I've seen the chart dozens of times. All I'm saying is that if we're going to talk about the greatest market, why talk in terms of prescriptions instead of profits? The greater market for profits is in ER.
not sure everyone with severe pain being stoned is a major threat to opioids. People can use opioids and go about their normal day. People stoned not so much. Got any more alternatives?
Please post some of these non-opiod alternatives that are such a sure thing. Nasrat has proven to be a straight shooter. I don't think he's just bsing or trying to sell me on anything. He would move Elite away from Opioid products all together if opioids had no future.
anything we can glean from this?
lol at any mention of needing an RS to get to dollarland once we have an approved ADF generic OxyContin. We would probably RS to reduce share count, but we'd be so far beyond a dollar before that RS.
I prefer his present method of answering emailed questions. He has been very thorough in that method, and he can cover a lot more questions and information bc it lends itself to efficient use of time. The "live open format" leads to people getting bogged down with a lot useless blah blah blah stuff.
This is an excellent reminder bc Nasrat has talked about that very strategy of delaying something so they could have all hands on deck. Nasrat made very clear that SequestOX is the priority bc of the technology pipeline.
This is what Nasrat said:
Isn't your number significantly higher than what Nasrat said the market is for SequestOX?
are you maybe confusing Perc with Oxycontin?
Approvals were never held up. Nasrat gave multiple examples of items that were approved during the same time stuff was supposedly held up. Look at the transcript. NO APPROVALS WERE "HELD UP".
I'm not as confident as you are that antagaonist ADF versions of Norco and Percocet will materialize in the foreseeable future. Sounds great, but Nasrat hasn't given any indication that I recall.
How about Nasdaq's question? I'd love for you to expound on what you said there.
Is this an accurate statement?
I have no doubt Purdue will file suit against Elite bc of the automatic 30 month stay, but wonder what Purdue's claim will be. Doesn't seem like they could sue Elite based on the patents at the center of previous lawsuit against Teva, Epic, etc, the patents having been thrown out.
Please specify the wrong levels
According to Seeking Alpha transcript, the only time Nasrat said "February" was at the end of the call:
That doesn't make any sense
Incorrect. Nasrat's response to the .02 predictions was, "... that’s BALONEY, okay. I have nothing else to say about that."
That is without question Nasrat putting his foot down by stomping on that sentiment.

The #1 Oxy drug in the world has proven to be very deadly. It apparently has been worth the risk. Funny how some drugs are determined by the FDA to be worth the risk and some are determined not to be worth the risk. How do you suppose the FDA determines which ones are worth the risk and which ones aren't?
The TMax doesn't suck, much less absolutely. The TMax is just fine with a normal meal or no meal. It's slower only with a fatty meal. And it's really not that much slower relative to the comparator drug. So as I said, the Tmax doesn't absolutely suck. More importantly, our country has a problem, and SequestOx is a potential tool in solving that problem. That is more important that a dinky Tmax issue with fatty meals.
I don't think that would make the phrase an oxymoron; it might make the words ironic or unfitting.
Your statement is inaccurate (or more a partial truth). Would you also call that a lie?
A light year is a unit of measurement of distance (space), not time.
It bodes extremely well for Elite.
Elite doesn't manufacture or sell Oxycontin. Why would it hurt Elite?
