People read this board that did not take part in your survey.I certainly did not take the survey.
Do you know someone who did da...? And why would I care if they did and how would that affect me?
Hey dread, I am entitled to my opinion just like you are to yours.
I posted "good news is presented to shareholders"
You posted "Good news hasn't been presented to shareholders really yet"
Dino
Funny to see someone get upset about Torvec at a time when good news is presented to shareholders.
Dino
Now that explains the Camaro I saw in the shop area when I visited the office recently.

Current News January 8, 2010
We are very pleased to report that we have sent General Motors an IsoTorque® differential specifically designed for GM’s Cadillac CTS. GM intends to evaluate the IsoTorque not only in the CTS but for potential use in a completely new model under development.
You will recall we sent an IsoTorque to the GM High Performance Division and that this division completed a positive, but basic evaluation in October of 2008 before GM entered bankruptcy and the division shut down with its engineers reassigned. This was both an obstacle and a benefit for Torvec. While we lost time, many of the engineers who had first hand knowledge of the result of the division’s evaluation are now involved with many different platforms (car models are built on specific platforms, i.e. CTS = Sigma platform) and models across GM’s vehicle portfolio.
As a result, the engineers with whom we had previously worked will now be involved in the evaluation of the IsoTorque for the CTS. In addition, these same engineers are responsible for designing new models from the ground up as well as keeping current models fresh by the addition of new options. The titles of these individuals are impressive - titles include Lead Development Engineer, Advanced Vehicle Dynamics and Multi-Platform Driveline Integration. Andrew Gleasman had the pleasure of interacting with many of these individuals at the Bob Lutz CTS-V Challenge that was discussed in our November 6th update.
We are very confident that GM will have results similar to those that John Heinricy (Former Director of GM High Performance retired October 2008) experienced this fall at the New Jersey Motor Sports Park with the IsoTorque equipped Corvette. We would like to share with you at this time John Heinricy’s engineering report provided to Torvec and shared with people at GM as well as other OEMs. The report consists of a narrative of the results and the data collected in graphic form. Although GM has received this report, GM has informed us that it intends to conduct more extensive trials, such as winter handling/traction, slalom, emergency lane change, and skid pad G’s.
Based on our experience in racing and our own internal knowledge with our Nissan 350Z, we feel confident the IsoTorque will out perform technology currently in use by GM.
GM has indicated its evaluation will be conducted shortly. Torvec representatives will be in attendance. Once we have more information, we will pass it along to you.
Although the task of specifically designing our IsoTorque for the Cadillac CTS took many months, we now anticipate we will move forward with GM more rapidly now that our engineers and GM’s engineers are working together.
Lastly, our 2009 annual meeting of shareholders will be held at the Casa Larga Vineyards, 2287 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, New York 14450 on Thursday, January 28, 2010. The annual meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.

Information on how to access the proxy documents online was mailed December 14, 2009, but also can be found here at the SEC website.
Please read this information as well as the proxy statement online, so that you will know what we plan to do at the meeting. Also if you have not voted online, please sign your Proxy Card and return it in accordance with the instructions accompanying the Card. This way, your shares will be voted as you direct even if you can not attend the meeting.
We look forward to seeing you all there.
Sincerely,
Torvec Inc.

Let's response was directly to Debreeze's post about the "Panarama Dodge guy". I guess we'll have to wait for Leitrim to straighten this out. In the mean time I'm siding with Debreeze. Can't wait for the class action suit. I hope the insurance premium is paid up
I did not miss any point. You now admit to posting a false trade of Torvec stock
Focus on facts.
Dino
dabreeze you are posting false information... check the trades and you will see there has never been 10,000 shares of Torvec sold at $0.35. It has never happened. There has never been an accumulative total of 10,000 shares of Torvec sold at .35 in their history.
You heard wrong and it is getting really annoying seeing all the misinformation posted on this board.
Dino
sulax, the poster took advantage of the freedom of speech that we protect here in America when expressing his view that the stock was a buy? What was the point posting that to me?
The gentleman that you claim "stammered through his speech" was not Gary Siconolfi, who is Torvec's current Chairman of the Board. Leitrim has come forward and posted that the gentleman he was speaking with and about was not Mr. Siconolfi.
Posts like that are proof public message boards can be extremely lacking in factual information, and should not be used solely to make decisions concerning ones investments.
Dino
Leitrim, start a classaction then.
Message boards are filled with "pretty sure" information. Joe Alberti(sp), not Gary Siconolfi.
Maybe Joe's middle name is Gary.
Dabreeze, I have more value things to do with my time:

He couldn't be any worse than the Panorama Dodge guy a while back. He couldn't even complete a sentence...now that was PAINFUL.
Dabreeze, DOING YOUR YOUR DD OF THAT MEETING,YOU WILL FIND OUT THE GUY LEITRIM WAS TALKING TO IN THE BACK OF THE ROOM WAS NOT GARY
Just another false statement posted here.
Leitrim the hearsay quotes you provide are exactly that, hearsay.
"I was told they laugh at how misguided posters on this board are"
"sit down in the back of the bus and shut up"
But go ahead and post them as if they are fact, just like it was posted here that there will be no shareholders meeting and there is a class action suit and the speaker at the meeting you refer to, "The Panorama Dodge Guy", who has never been associated with Panorama Dodge is indeed "The Panorama Dodge Guy"
<< "90% of the misinformation about Torvec bandied about here originates FROM Torvec" >> WHAT!!! LEITRIM, not one post to this board originates from any keyboard of a Torvec officer, but yet POST IT AS FACT and find that out in the class action lawsuit.
Leitrim you posted to me:
<<"I know you could care less what my opinion is">>
NOW THAT IS A FACT!!! I just do not want to see fellow shareholders talked out of their shares.Someone is selling shares here, but more importantly to me is WHO IS BUYING THESE SHARES. Dino
Dabreeze, Torvec has never mis-stated financial income statements and their financial's have been audited by a very reputable firm. That is why there is no basis for a class action suit.
Where do you find an attorney to file a class action suit against a company which you expect to go broke, and has no cash? Who wants to put up the half a million or more retainer for all those dispositions?
But y'all keep yelling fire in a crowded theater, keep the survey's coming, along with all the other mis-information passed out here about Torvec.
Call Torvec whatever you want, but this is a real company, which is gonna manufacture real products and sell to real customers. Twist it, scam it, spit it, negative slant it, torture it, bash it, brand it, or kick it for all I care.....but its gonna happen, whether you like it or not! Dino

These questions will all be answered during discovery!!!
Don't you think all these counterparties will be disposed??? Ford, GM, Chrysler, Lockheed, Watershed counterparty, etc., etc., etc., etc.,...discovery will take a while. We will know whether Jim misled or not...
Provide facts to support the rumor floated here that a lawsuit is being filed against Torvec.

Dread I could care less whether you buy or sell TORVEC. << Any tax accountant would agree with that strategy. Sorry you don't, Dino >>
Just curious after a meeting has been held for so many consecutive years, why you floated the rumor about the shareholders meeting << Maybe they are postponing it again like they did one year some 10 years ago.>>
<<IF and when there is a meeting)>>
Also I really do not know why I was mentioned in your post to KNOTBAD, but thank you Dread for the good luck wishes.
Dino
Hi KNOTBAD
Not my intention to argue with anyone. Dread did post that he sold shares and would be able to buy back lower if so desired.
Just courious why the moderator of all people would float a rumor (IF and when there is a meeting) that the shareholders meeting could be canceled or postponed. Seemed irresponsible to me.
See you on January 28th KNOTBAD. Enjoy the weekend.
Dino
Thank you Yunier, you have been a great help. I am not a stock guy, so your bright outlook has been very encouraging for me to hold here.
Dino
Yunier, another 100 percent correct call."News coming next week" News is out. Thanks for the post.

I did not think you would sulax......

My post was not addressed to sulax but if you can provide any facts to support or deny the rumor, rather than embellish it PLEASE DO Where did you hear they were postponing it till June?
I posted they were paying for a prototype, I was not implying. I am not Torvec's Investor Relations representative. Torvec has an Investor Relations to answer your questions you have addressed to me. Call them yourself.
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On November 18, 2009 Torvec and Easter Mining & Industrial Supply, Inc., 110 Phico Street, Chapmanville, West Virginia 25508 signed an agreement under which Torvec will design, engineer and build two (2) design specific prototype constant velocity joints and connecting shaft and will "load" such unit for testing upon a testing apparatus located at Rochester Institute of Technology's Center for Integrated Manufacturing Studies. The goal of this testing will be to demonstrate the functionality of the constant velocity joint.
Eastern shall pay Torvec $14,000 no later than November 15, 2009 and an additional $14,000 no later than December 1, 2009 for the Phase I of the program.
Thanks for reply sent to my mailbox allnumbers.
This is where I got that idea for my post.
Form 8-K for TORVEC INC
Promptly upon completion of PHASE I, Torvec and Eastern will mutually determine the number of Torvec constant velocity joints to be built and an equal number of conventional constant velocity joints to be acquired and used for the "maximum-strength" testing phase.
Torvec will arrange for the construction of an appropriate testing structure to be located at Rochester Institute of Technology's Center for Integrated Manufacturing Studies.
The "maximum-strength" testing phase consists in testing the agreed-upon number of Torvec and conventional constant velocity joints at zero degree and 28 degree angles until breakage occurs. The testing structure therefore will record all pertinent information during the tests leading to the destruction of the constant velocity joints.
The purpose of the "maximum-testing" testing phase is to compare the durability and strength of Torvec's constant velocity joints with the durability and strength of conventional constant velocity joints with "loads" equal to that to which such constant velocity joints would be exposed to in the operation of a 25 ton mining vehicle.
Eastern shall pay Torvec the program costs associated with this second phase which shall be based upon the number of constant velocity joints to be tested, the costs associated with the construction and operation of the testing structure and other costs associated with actual testing as furnished to Torvec by Rochester Institute of Technology. All of such program costs associated with this second phase shall be paid by Eastern to Torvec in accordance with an agreed upon payment schedule to be determined prior to the commencement of the second phase.
In order to assist Torvec undertake this project with Eastern Mining and in accordance with the Memorandum Of Understanding between Torvec and the Rochester Institute of Technology ("RIT"), Torvec and RIT's Center for Integrated Manufacturing Studies ("CIMS") entered into an agreement whereby RIT will assign qualified personal, perform specified services, build a testing apparatus and provide a final report with respect to all tests conducted at CIMS.
The parties contemplate that successful testing will lead to the commercialization of Torvec's constant velocity joint in the worldwide mining industry.
The agreement between Torvec and Eastern Mining and the agreement between Torvec and RIT's Center for Integrated Manufacturing Studies are attached to this Form 8-K (Current Report)
Who in this free country made you feel "we're suppose to get excited about a $28,000 contract from a company doing less in sales than a Bill Gray's restaurant"
Now people are now willing to pay for our protypes is the way I look at that contract. I looked at it differently. Hope I am covered by the same free speech bramble.
Dino
allnumbers let's all strive to put out accurate information about our company. Torvec is testing the Constant Velocity Joint for 30 hp... not their IVT.

"26-ton wheel loader application, with 200 kW (268 hp) input power"?
Isn't this a perfect application for the Torvec IVT?
Oh, that's right Torvec is testing for 30 HP
Thanks for a reply KNOTBAD.
Torvec would not have gotten involved here, if they did not feel it could benefit the shareholders in the future. Chatting with someone who feels the same is refreshing.
The IsoTorque results were impressive and IMO could be driving the volume lately. I have not been able to add to my position recently. Glad to see you were able to.
Dino
Thanks for also sharing and making it PERSONAL Leitrim I did not buy your shares. EOM.....
Dino
Hi Trucker,
I agree "now let's wait and see" As we both know this is only ONE of the projects Torvec is working on.
Dino
Letrim, I am not interested in PERSONAL "pat on my back" feelings towards me.
