Clueless response imo. Perhaps no new shares
NITE accumulating actually while only showing 10K Bid
More buys at ASK than selling at Bid, a good sign.
For those that doubt that Vela owns CM. Here is company description on the job link:
CMMobile Global Communications Limited ????(??)???? (“CMMobile”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of VelaTel Global Communications, Inc.. In 2001, CMMobile was granted a license as a “Mobile Virtual Operator” (“MVNO”). CMMobile offers a wide variety of mobile value-added telecommunications services, such as “1-Card-2-Number” service which is the most well-known product for the frequent travelers between China and Hong Kong, Prepaid SIM Card and Pocket WiFi Rental. To cope with our continuous growth, we are seeking high caliber professionals to join us.

I agree, VFIN is a short that will get crushed imo
If it's to buy you should have gotten filled at .0003
Seriously, only 2mm left at .0003
Seems like new buyers, very interesting
.0003 is very thin
Got it, only in Velaland.
K_dog, you sold today?
I agree with you there
Saw Colin tweet the following yesterday: "CMMobile HK just signed a major mobile alliance with NTT Asia for cooperation in Asia especially the greater China region."

Not saying that, have no idea when they will file, if they do. just talking about delisting deadline
Hmm, I got next year
He may have meant March of next year
The SEC said "can". What makes "can" definite? Also when did you ask George and what was the question? Thanks
What? You are worried about delisting but the point is they don't have to file to remain listed on the the pink sheets.
OTC Pink marketplaces may trade without being registered with the SEC.
Reporting requirements http://www.otcmarkets.com/learn/otc-company-reporting
Isn't that for listed companies only?
CMMobile is not a debacle, they were just admitted to the GSMA where it mentions 500K subs. Chinacomm and other failed ventures were debacles.
It's CMMobile Global Communications Limited. Not China Mobile Limited as you say. You need to do some research.
Thanks Stan, encouraging
I would not respond to you either, especially since you have posted his email responses on here, even with his email address. You should at least paraphrase.
Thanks for the laugh
They should AX both
The SEC will eventually AX Ironridge though
That may very well happen BUT they won't do the until they have no choice IMO. They will fight the Judge May ruling because it is precedent setting and its affect on all current and prior cases. My money is they tweak the ALJ process and can't see a relatively new federal judge from Georgia shutting down the ALJ. Jm2c
OK, do you understand the current status between SEC and Ironridge?

SEC is appealing these rulings by Judge May that ALJ is unconstitutional. Even if they don't win the appeal (which I think they will win), case will just be held in federal court rather than the AlJ. Judge just ruled on ALJ not on IR violations.

It was only a temporary ruling in the ALJ process. Perhaps it's better it goes to federal court
