FYI. Not for use as any part of Due Diligence for this company. I read the Bullboards on Stockhouse and there have been many posts of various direction as to the status of the company, financing and management. Here is a brief clip provided today by "Cashflow" as a post response from Roger White, in response to a very negative prior post regarding the company. Take any information, comments as just FYI and not as true or false until you can determine them for yourself. I haven't determined either as of this time, but found it interesting that Roger White would notify Stockhouse and have a malicious comment reviewed and a request for removal be considered as it is deemed false, per Roger White.
Content of the TLTFF Bullboard post:
Roger White Email Update
Thanks for the e-mail.
Sorry I didn’t respond to your phone message in a timely fashion last week.
The Company as a policy does not comment on the departure of employees from the Company, but what I can confirm is that both Michael Borovec and Alan Chan were terminated from the Company for performance related concerns. Their Labour Canada Records of Employment clearly identify both of them as being terminated by the Company.
It is also interesting to note that this poster”Need2Know68” came into existence on February 14th, 3 days after Michael Borovec was terminated by the Company.
The intent of the Stockhouse e-mail by this poster is clearly meant to try to induce shareholders to sell their holdings with false information. As a result the e-mail has been reported to Stockhouse to be removed for spreading false and libelous information.
Now for the facts.
The Company has cash on hand of approximately $4 M as of March 1, 2016 with a combined burn rate of approximately $300k per month for both divisions (TLT – therapeutic laser division and PDT – Photodynamic therapy division), allowing a runway of 13 months at current burn rates.
As the TLC-2000 revenues ramp up, in the coming quarters, this burn rate will diminish and eventually disappear into 2017 in the TLT division. In the PDT division, a burn rate will continue until this technology is commercialized in 2018 / 2019.
Revenues are expected in the $5 M to $10 M range for 2016 as the TLC-2000 starts to gain traction in Canada and the US.
The Company is well financed to execute on all of its strategic initiatives in 2016 without the need to raise additional capital.
Therefore, the Company has no intention to raise capital at this time and has not pursued any capital raising initiatives.
As the Company achieves its strategic milestones, especially the start of the Phase Ib clinical trial for bladder cancer in April 2016 and the growth in revenue of the TLC-2000 therapeutic laser, the Company expects that the stock price will mirror these advancements and the Company will be in a position to pull down on > $10 M in warrants that would be in the money, thus lessening the need to raise any capital in 2016.
As the Company continues to meet strategic milestones and show success in its 2 divisions, the Company intends to uplist to the TSX later this year and uplist to the NASDAQ in 2017. The Company would raise capital as it uplists to NASDAQ to grow its PDT and TLT divisions.
The Company will report out on 2015 FY financials on April 29, 2016 and on 1Q2016 financials on May 30, 2016.
Sales of the TLC-2000 are good and continue to ramp as the sales and marketing teams expand their initiatives throughout Canada and in the coming quarters in the US.
All is well and progressing as planned.
Hopefully, this helps.
Let me know if you require further clarifications.
Thanks,
Roger

Again - this is a repost of a message from Stockhouse on the TLTFF Bullboard. Not intended as factual as I can't confirm it, but found it of interest.

Really? You're the voice of reason? So you just showed up to contribute your wit and wisdom? Or was this your first post and you're trying to make a good impression? Obviously you have no clue about surgical robotics or medical devices. Seriously - go back to speculating on gold and oil. Typical day trader.
Regards,
BK
I still can't believe that there are shares available at these prices. Why would anyone sell at $.59??? This is a completely retooled, next generation medical robot, with cutting-edge interface/3-D vision and full mobility. And we know exactly when and where it will be unveiled. Look at the DNA and IP of this device. Field trials are right around the bend. I wish I could see it for myself. Thank you to those able to go to these events. The video recordings and conversations should create a fundamental shift for this product and our company. IMO

BK
Credit for this video reference goes to GeoOracle at the Stockhouse Bullboard for TLTFF. Just haven't seen it here yet. Like the info and the details.

Has anyone been able to reach Lefty or Daktari to see if they will be at SAGES? Or get an update from either of them? I miss their input. FWIW, I've been a part of technology launches and they make a HUGE difference, so I'm very anxious to see any video and get live reports from either of these events. Thank you to everyone participating in the distribution of any new information.
Regards,
BK
I understand your perspective. This may help. The Conference that has just concluded was attended by very influential medical staff and surgical assistants. Those folks are the ones that have access to the medical facility and hospital surgical staff. By showing SPORT, there was more downside risk exposing it to such a large audience unless it was functional with capability that would not only interest this audience but could perform based on current robotic surgical units in the field. So I felt very strongly that this was the beginning of the move up incrementally. IMO
Regards,
BK
Nice to see buyers moving in. Looking to replicate last years move to $.70+ again. No reason to not have that expectation. We're another year further down the road having met the milestones thus far with both divisions and the requisite approvals.
Regards,
BK
And now the pps games begin again. More for me. Nice.

BK
I don't disagree with what you've said. But you've said for as along as we all have been here. Change it or shut**. Really, by trying to make what ever point it is, you're driving all of us to ignore what you have to say. Contribute and stop whining. And get off the financing. We all know how to manage a budget. Nuff said. Harumph.
Regards,
BK
Very nice effort. Thank you.
I had a comment a few months back outlining the business market segment for college and professional athletics. Getting this device into the Olympic Training facility in Colorado Springs would be the ultimate reference for US and international athletics.

BK
R U with us or working against us? I can't tell. Every time we make any move up, you start beating the financing drum to scare the hell out of the uneducated that read this board. Just once I'd like for you to say ANYTHING that's of great significance and positive without trying to drag us backward. I think you're working for the darkside. It all makes sense because you don't have anything good to say, or contribute. We can all do the math. IMO.

BK
So they have $4.9M at the end of January and what they took from the shelf. Right? So they could have approx. $15M? Which is a guess. Which could be another 5 months worth of working capital? Which takes us to end of June? Again, just guessing the amount they took from the shelf. So....take a breath and get away from the big red button. Please. Point made. Horse is dead. Your Dr. must have you on more blood pressure med's than a retired sumo wrestler, with heart disease, diabetes and chronic fatigue syndrome. JMO

I'm in agreement and grateful as well. Here, Here! Harumph.

That thing is so big, you have to trim back the trees. Yikes! That is funny. Thanks.

All he's going to do is provide an opportunity to buy lower for a little bit longer, then loose is shirt. I hope none of the regulars read and short this. I don't care how correct he thinks he is, a broken clock is correct twice a day. And I'm buying a lot more soon. IMO

BK
Posi, please tell me that woman has a sister.

My opinion is worth a cup of coffee until this thing moves. I really think that we've come so far that most of the investor community is from MO, for now. (As in show me and I'll believe it) It's going to be a watershed moment when we get to see the cadaver procedures or some programmed manipulation of the most common series of moves for the specified indications. Basically snake arms waving wildly in synchronous movements. (Hopefully to very good music. We all deserve some levity) I've been a part of product launches, but none for medical devices and certainly not a robot for surgery. There can only be so much buildup, then we get incremental increases as new information becomes public and new waves of investors put their money to work. Being in a bigger stock market will be very beneficial as many investment firms and hedge funds and perhaps big private equity firms start to take a piece. It won't be very much longer. Hell if TITAN would buy a billboard on TimesSquare this would be over a $1 US next week, and $2 in a month. They have to decide how they're going to release the information to the world.
And......I'm still of the opinion that there are/were forces tasked with keeping this pps lower artificially. That's real dangerous if there are hundreds to thousands of new investors and they absorb all of that trash low-ball trading. I'd hate to have 10's of thousands of shares and trade it all away for a misguided strategy (By any competitive company for unknown reasons). Hell who ever is holding that many shares will make a good profit by just holding. Or maybe it's a group with controlled trading and they are just passing the shares back and forth.
Again, just don't get caught short when this stock decides to move. It's going to be one hell of a lot of momentum. I've seen small stocks move $2-$3 US in a few months. I had a stock 15 years ago that went to $.35 and then back to $5.00 in 6 months. (It's such a great memory.) There's only ISRG out there. Just one company for the entire market, and they can't market and sell to the entire market because the product is so big and expensive. TITAN is the right size and price for a small budget - with more indications than ISRG. IMO.
Regards,
BK
Did anyone notice that Titan is mentioned in the Related Articles section at the end of the ISRG twirl-a-bed with your local robot, article? It's from last December, but it appears that TITAN now has a little bit of a sticky factor when ISRG is published.
Regards,
BK
I thought that presentation was really done well. Answered any prospective investor questions about near and mid-term business goals, anticipated market performance based on Marketing and milestones. It's going to be real interesting between now and June/July for this one and the other one we follow. Been a very good week so far.
Regards,
BK
I think the selling dries up once the unit is unveiled, or video is shown with the cadaver procedures. IMO
Regards,
BK
In this case, ISRG would be smart to buy out Titan and get down the road as far and fast as possible because SPORT would give them another leg up, and capture the new segment of the market that they can't reach. Which also makes a large supporting argument for the camp that thinks another big company MUST buy Titan if they want to compete in the robotic surgical marketplace. Whoever gets SPORT will also own the IP, which in and of itself will become a hugh barrier to this market. ISRG could strangle the market and tie it up in court for a very long time.
Regards,
BK
Oh my. I've been adding consistently recently. Now I'm gonna be "stealing" these shares, and ...... a lot of it very soon. There's no question in my mind if it stays below $1 for the next couple of weeks that its being artificially held down. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I NEVER imagined in my wildest dreams of seeing this stock turn back the clock to these pps.
I wish all of you the best possible outcomes.
Regards,
BK
We all will be happy when this pps goes above a $1.00 US. Then who knows once it's listed on a big board.
Regards,
BK
Welcome to the board. Anything that you can think of to extend the network and exposure for Titan to the public and investment community is appreciated.
Regards,
BK
It's probably more of a preventative measure to keep those MIS procedures from going to other countries. And to emerse the medical professionals in this segment as it becomes more prevalent.
IITF commented on the "ladies" from Brazil. But I do agree.
Regards,
BK
We're scaring the tar out of someone. Another day where someone sells a few hundred shares early in the day, way below the current price just to drive it down. There must be more to Titans progress than we are aware. IMO
Regards,
BK
I will defer to those professionals that provide contributions to this board, and that work in the surgical environ with first-hand knowledge of the customer/surgeon experience. While RBC did say that ISRG is increasing their revenue as compared to their previous quarters, it didn't say who within the surgical community they interviewed about their satisfaction with either ISRG or the DeVince itself. With more than 1,200 units in the field there's going to be a good number that like and support the tools from which they make their living and their professional reputation. Good questions.
Regards,
BK
I agree. I don't think a fully integrated system can be designed and synced in a year, let alone 3, and be as effective as what Titan's assembled/designed. Look at all of the hoops/obstacles - the SAB professionals, patents, systems, project coordination, etc. If I was a big company, and I think many if not all do know about Titan, I'd be saying and throwing up as many roadblocks as possible. After all it's just words, and they have a bigger audience. Someone is going to have to pay big to play, because time is not on their side, and it takes time, talent and good timing to bring significant products to market. Whoever's next get's first crack at all of the customers ISRG has pissed off, (and educated) but didn't buy their product for a myriad of reasons. Again, so if any other big company wants to play in this space, and get ahead of Verb - they will have to consider buying the IP. IMO.
Regards,
BK
Clearly, look at today's close. Someone had time to watch the open, and then sold way below the first trade after it went green. Then tried to do it again at $.75, the end of the day. Once those trials begin, and any videos are released we'll never see this range again. I'd be holding those shares, unless it's selling low for another reason - which would be to artificially manipulate the stock. Fortunately, there are enough investors to buy every day. We're just getting cheap shares as gifts.
Regards,
BK
Why sell at $.78? If your going to sell, price it higher because shares below $1 are still getting bought everyday. Just saying it out loud in the room.
Regards,
BK
Nice to see coverage from an investment site that I haven't read before.
Thanks for finding and posting.

We're good. It's easy to misinterpret a point that's trying to be made on a message board. I generally respond to the entire audience, while referring to the person that may have asked a question or made the specific comment.
The way the market is going, TITAN may become one of a few upside risk stocks to buy in the near future. The test units speak for themselves. I am really surprised at the ASK target pricing, because there seem to be a lot of sellers at very low prices as compared to where we are in the product development/field test stages.
Regards,
BK
Who knows? If I said "yes" it would be a real WAG. I think it really depends on what's released about the progress of the SAIL training, then the various locations for field trials and updates about the actual testing. If we can get that info. All of that information will be very BIG, and $3 seems too low. IMO But.....who knows? Distribution agreement(s) are a contributing factor too. ISRG has created a business model and educated a broad spectrum of customers so if Titan gets out of the gate strong, there's a real possibility of market acceptance and penetration. Ideally, I'm hoping for a backlog of device orders. Those are all good problems to have.
Regards,
BK
The patent application was filed in Dec 2013, and is for the 3 segment sub-assembly for the snake arms. It's important. Further, it shows more progress. I'm still waiting to hear more about the cadaver procedures, because the EV units are being tested to the design spec's, and to the spec's outlined and discussed with the FDA/HC for certification. It's getting interesting.
Regards,
BK
Happy New Year to everyone on the board. I look forward to our mutual successes and group support throughout 2016.
Regards,
BK
Can you elaborate a little more? Do you mean that the hospital was just waiting for a field trial unit to be completed and they would accept an installation for testing/verification/training? Just want to understand what you were trying to say more clearly. It's a big deal that you were involved and all on this board appreciate actual conversations and contact with regard to Titan and hospitals/surgeons.
Thank you.
Regards,
BK
Seems a small group of traders are getting desperate. Selling lower and lower. Still buying. My legacy thanks you.
Regards,
BK
Wow, day traders are getting hammered. Thanks for the shares.
Regards,
BK
Hey Jet, I don't mean to impose on your week, but since you're in Toronto can you please see if Randall knows what Titan's intentions are at SAGES? I think that any information from Titan would be helpful so close to installing the field trial units. I don't mind calling to ask but he won't return my messages, perhaps because I live in Dallas. Thanks for your consideration.

BK
