Windbag just look at my previous posts and Trumpf webside…
...in the future will be soon...
>>>Kanya - can you elaborate a little more? <<<
as you may be know Trumpf TRUPrint 5000 machine was not sold yet.
Trumpf TRUPrint 5000 is a Multi Laser Printer and will have most probably Sigma inside.
Other Germans (EOS, SLM, CL) do have only Monitoring options so at the End of that development all German OEM's will agree on a cross license agreement with the best technology (developed by Sigma and Trumpf).
And this will happen latest at Formnext 2019 in Frankfurt Germany but Trumpf will announce something by Middle of Oct.
>>>Kanya - have you heard anything about this rumored 150m buyout by Materialise?
Thanks bud - Endra is done for the day so we won’t here anymore from him.
Goes for anyone else also Vision, Silver <<<
no I believe pure speculation
but wait until middle of Oct when Trumpf will announce something...
anyhow the Germans will do it together...
Siemens and Sonaca Optimize Metal 3D Printing for Space Applications

Siemens NX and Simcenter software solutions enable engineers to explore a wide range of design concepts in an automated closed-loop process that takes into account technical performance, manufacturing process requirements and operating costs.
Busy days and weeks in Korea...
>>>Where has our guy Kanya been lately? Miss your posts buddy <<<
...no worry here, great developments ahead...
PrintRite3D® applications
in medical implant 3D printing
Quality control of laser additive manufactured medical implants is of great interest, especially if nondestructive quality control can be performed on parts before implantation. In-process quality assurance, using melt pool-plasma radiated emissions can identify the presence of thermally generated anomalies when captured during the laser additive process and analyzed using PrintRite3D® visualization and real time melt pool analytics software.
Sigma Labs recently conducted research to test PrintRite3D®’s capability to identify anomalies in medical device 3D printing applications with excellent results.
PrintRite3D® successfully found critical anomalies and recommended corrective actions in the production of acetabular cup implants used in hip replacement surgeries.
>>>silversmith, It appears that Sigma’s AI is a “slow learner”. JMHO <<<
your HO is outlandish (RFB wording) may be you are RFB, anyhow do you have any knowledge about AI?
What do you know about robotics and related programming?
I assume zero, so please keep quiet!!!
>>>GetRich1day, See my previous posts... eom <<<
which one?
TruPrint family is growing – thanks to a real world premiere!
https://www.trumpf.com/en_INT/landing-pages/global/formnext/
Starting from mid October 2019 you can find out more about our exhibits and new products here on this page – so come back again!
>>>Why do you think all German OEM's will standardize? I know you've been saying that for some time but goes against competition unless everyone is forced in that manner. Trying to understand the thought process.......lead me to water bro I will drink. <<<
In Industrial production processes you need standardization to ensure quality of the final product.
In the still very new metal AM processes you do have the same situation.
Look at the German OEM Cross License Agreements...
Look at the Materialise Built processors for all of those OEM's...
and I would say all OEM's are forced to apply certain standards...
But we will see still competition especially in application of that technology and that is the key for success...
>>>kanya, Now that Trumph has embraced an AI approach to ipqa, do you think they will drop Sigma just like GE did when GE went AI? <<<
I think you misunderstand something as AI is exactly what Sigma Labs is doing with IPQA and customer experience Input but without IPQA you can not apply AI as a marketwide standard...
and I do think even more than before that all German OEM's will finally use Sigma Labs IPQA and related AI to have that Standard...
and for GE I think they are not strong enough only with lonely German Concept Laser against the rest of the OEM players (finally will use the same approach)...
Trumpf at EMO Hannover Germany
https://www.trumpf.com/en_INT/company/press/global-press-releases/press-release-detail-page/release/emo-2019-3d-printers-from-trumpf-offer-sustainable-production-process-for-heat-resistant-materials/
The TruPrint 3000 3D printer that TRUMPF presented at EMO is the perfect choice for traditional applications that involve Inconel®. Featuring a cylinder-shaped build chamber measuring 40 centimeters by 30 centimeters, the TruPrint 3000 can fabricate multiple parts at the same time. The system also offers solutions for automated quality assurance such as powder bed monitoring and melt pool monitoring.
This is new: up to now only TruPrint 5000 was offered with melt pool monitoring >>> the industry is demanding...
>>>While many machines benefit from in-process verification, this is a must for hybrid machines. Because hybrids print the forms that must be machined, they must complete multiple operation steps in sequence—<<<
good point truthandlove!
Good luck for tomorrow trading!
Great Leadership!
Congratulations to the team of Sigma Labs!
sorry I forgot to add <<<
wickw: that looks not so good for the GE AI guys as they have only limited production experience with AM and lasers...
>>>The whisper on the street is that SGLB's two partner OEM printer manufacturers are integrating PR3D to establish true closed loop control of the print process.<<<
and Trumpf will add AI as the leader of metal production technology
During the next days we will see much $ elevate PPS...
At the End of this months we can count 3 leading machine OEMS with Sigma Labs Inside!
Only a few longs will be in at that time...
Things will happen now and quickly...
We’ll talk about the possibility of a $50 pps after it gets to a $5 pps a year from now. When you talk about a $50 stock your talking about something like Coke Cola. Not happening soon.
Great!
The show finally starts...
MM's will like it...
German Industrial 3D Printing Co's Play Nice
...I received the following press release from Concept Laser this morning. It’s short and sweet
https://www.industrial-lasers.com/surface-treatment/article/16487188/concept-laser-eos-and-trumpf-extend-their-patent-license-agreements
https://3dprintingindustry.com/news/german-industrial-3d-printing-cos-play-nice-11483/
https://www.eos.info/Press/eos_slm_solutions_agree_cross_licence_for_laser_sintering
Dr. Hans J. Langer, founder and CEO of the EOS Group: "We welcome this opportunity to intensify our collaboration with SLM Solutions with regard to patents that will enable both companies to continue to expand their innovations in the area of metal-based additive manufacturing."
Now we are waiting for another sweet announcement which confirms Sigma Labs Inside and this time also the big players like Airbus and Siemens and Materialise are involved...
>>>While I agree 100% with your statement. I’m taking the individual sale as more of confirmation. OEMs and Materialise are the golden gooses that get us where we want to go.
Yes both will happen. We need Materialise and they need us. OEMs will need us also still think we are a little ways out from both of those. My 12-18 months for a sale is now 24-48 months but things will start soon. <<<
Machine OEM's can and will not wait long >>> supply pressure...
It will happen this year
>>>SGLB
Waiting—
GLTA!
<<<
no
Expecting
may be someone will tell us something different especially for L2...
and MM's with the big blog at
etc
and look at the chart still in down trend with no any hope for recovery...
this stock will go back to OTC
...
>>>Still always nice to see the bid higher.<<<
when did we saw this during the last days, weeks or even months?
>>>Because the stupid people put their money in 2 to 5 years ago. The smart money is getting in now, right? Its different this time.<<<
Even stupid people can get rich sometimes, is this not the American Dream story?
AM2019 is off to a good start!! Team Sigma set up and ready to demo PrintRite3D Real Time Melt Pool Analytics.
>>>Wut? <<<
No Wut at all just relaxed as things are happening now quickly...
>>>Kanya - you make so much sense.
However my biggest fear is that a buyer of the company makes an offer imminently of say $8 and boom it's gone.
There is not enough insider ownership (even if you include Schwarz) to stop such an acquisition at such a price - or even lower e.g. $6
#1 concern.
And if you are an HP, Siemens, DMG MORI, Materilaize, EOS, Mitsubishi, Airbus, or many others you must be very tempted to do such <<<
No take over with a cross license agreement (even Siemens or Airbus could be part of it)!
Finally after significant revaluation SGLB PPS will stabilize at $100.
Finally all German machine OEM's will agree on a cross license agreement with Sigma Labs to ensure consistent quality assurance!
Finally we will see sales contracts signed this Q!
Revenue stream will stabilize and reaching break even early next year!
Sigma Labs will be the IPAQ metal AM standard for various kind of industries...
>>>ALL GERMAN MACHINES by August 31st.<<<
agreed that would be great...
