Well I have 5 million shares now and I feel content with that amount until merger. Fortune favors the brave and the real test is now for us when things look grim. Very hopeful the tune on this board does a complete 180 next week :). Getting a head start on the 3day weekend so I'll be relatively inactive here till tues.

READ: Merger confirmation possibly coming next week is a blessing

It is pretty clear to me over the last few days, and especially today that the summer low volume slump is coming to an end. For example with VII*, I haven't seen a stock do that in months, and I am starting to see other stocks bouncing as well. I think it's safe to say that our pps' sell offs have been exaggerated by the overall bearish summer activity with not as many bullish buyers to pick up the slack just yet. Historically, August is usually the worst month for OTC and the heart of that is in the last two weeks especially, which is coming to a close. If you follow certain members on twitter, and/or if you've been around, you'd know that investors start flowing back in after Labor Day which is viewed as the end of Summer. Considering this, if the merger completion announcement happens next week get ready for an even better, sustained, run then we would have had over these last few weeks with all these buyers coming back to the market! This could also be why they are not releasing anything new as of today, as there would be less eyes and less buyers on the news. With this in mind and all the pieces coming together like werpo.us, I am not selling until we reach the finish line, period. By the looks of it, other longs are doing the same as the ACD goes up daily and bashers with motivation for cheap shares get ignored and laughed at. All imo and good luck to all!

Rookies or not, this POS had disappointing Q2 financials which is not good however you spin it. I re-took a very small position on this dump but I'm not investing more until this company gets moving again.

Why would this underwhelming 10-q suddenly generate bullish buying activity that's been non-existent here for almost a month? So if people are not excited, positive, or hyped they will dump and frankly there's nothing to be excited about right now with DIDG. Yes, there is the same insider shares being held out there but we could see Form 4s at any time telling us that they are pulling out to varying degrees. Furthermore, its not a guarantee that the price goes up, these people have lots of money to throw around and if the company fails to go their way then it's just another tax write off. No koolaid here, just a real outlook.

Easy 1+ bagger reversal at these levels

Very, very underwhelming Financials today.

Financials are unaudited. There is hardly anymore revenues and still a lot of liabilities to say the least. How do they expect to pay off all the debt? Expecting 1-2 day sell off just like VPO* had after its disappointing financials then consolidating at new lows. Mark this post. Disappointing.

"Supposedly" ? This does not sound definite or reassuring. Why doesn't Marty elaborate on his relation with Sheen? I never hear him talk about it anywhere. Who knows if or when it'll ever happen.

Merger news must be real close with all these bashers, old and new, trying to make one more final push for cheaper shares..

Nobody is really bailing outside of some really scared/inexperienced traders. In fact the accumulation/distribution line is moving up despite the share price going down, which means people are holding and a reversal is on the way. Shorters and people trying to get cheap shares are on here spreading fear, doubt, unsubstantiated claims and outright lies to get your shares. Look at their post histories.

There is no "delay." First off, it's still "early week" and second, they didnt say there'd be a PR immediately after signing, so we could easily see one tomorrow even if they signed it today let's say.

Buy the quiet, sell the noise. Smart traders are loading on daily bottoms here because we know the merger will happen and the pps will move in an instant. Last week it did almost a full 100% reversal (just on word of a PR coming alone) in the time it takes to go pour yourself a drink in the kitchen and comeback.

Shhh!!! Don't tell them! I want cheaper shares lol.
