DEFINITION OF DILUTION - ITS A SHAME THAT NOT EVERYONE HAS TAKEN FINANCE/ACCOUNTING CLASSES OR ELSE THEY WOULD KNOW WHAT TRUE DILUTION MEANS RATHER THAN TRYING TO MISLEAD PEOPLE INTO THINKING MORE SHARES WERE ISSUED WHEN REALLY SHARES JUST CAME OFF OF RESTRICTION. COMING OFF RESTRICTION IS NOT DILUTION AND THE ONES THAT HELD THOSE SHARES MAY NEED SOME CASH CONSIDERING THAT IS HOW THAT GOT PAID FOR THERE SERVICES. PEOPLE NEED TO LOOK AT RESTRICTED SHARES AT A LIABILITY RATHER THAT EQUITY. NOW IF MORE SHARES WHERE ISSUED OVERALL THEN WE HAVE AN ISSUE AND THAT IS TRUE DILUTION.

OVERALL ANALYSIS = STRONG BUY

Q1 2014 Sales = Decreased by $193,000 compared to Q4 2013 = UNFAVORABLE

Gross Margin % = Increased by 7.2% = FAVORABLE

Net Income = Increased by $60,700 = FAVORABLE

Earnings per share = Increased by $.0001 = FAVORABLE

Overall analysis

Sales went down slightly but 4k Studios revenues increased drastically thus allowing for the much desired service revenue which will remain no less constant.

Gross Margin % had its first increase in over 4 quarters. More net income can be realized with less product cost possibly do due to NTEK moving down the learning curve and achieving economies of scale. Service revenue is also a factor.

EPS has also grown over the last 4 quarters which is always desirable giving us a P/E of 100 X which is down 50% from last quarter where it was over 200 X. Now is the time for the value buy!!

You can look at it however you want to but the numbers don't lie. They always tell some story.
