Rarely are your statements facts. Most are opinions, and most of them set up your next opportunity to libel Mr. Berman, which you take advantage of multiple times each day
Well get to it then man...show the proof and file the lawsuit.
your previous posts certainly have not been positive by any stretch of the imagination nor has Silver Plated.
Heck, look at the way the company turned on one of its investers when questioned about salary and expenses.
What did the company do to this investor?
Agree Boss. They are definitely moving in the right direction
stop badmouthing the stock and it just might
Where is the evidence there is no rec license?
Thanks smallcapguru.
I would think that they would look at a few things first.
Do they in fact own shares.
Have they ever owned shares.
Whom do they associate with.
Do the associates own or have ever owned shares.
What is the motivation/intent for the questionable behavior.
EVERYTHING on this public board is available to the SEC.
you're killin' me Smalls!
So, file a lawsuit already. good luck by the way
Isn't there a SEC rule that prohibits people from trying to change a stock price with false information?
Why yes there is sir. Berman was sued for it with his previous company. Go figure!
I am very happy that you approve of DECN's business model.
Now you are just resorting to random statements as answers to questions?
I take it English is not your first language? I do have trouble understanding some of your posts due word choice.
PetSure is already on sale and appears to be doing well.
And what metric are you using to determine that Petsure appears to be doing well? There are not even any reviews on these sites for this product.
Did you two miss this from Parttimetrader?
This is from the 10-Q 11-20-17
On July 1, 2017, GBSN received a provisional Nevada recreational cannabis license for branded recreational products. The decision to sell to the recreational market through the addition of GB Sciences’ own trusted-ingredient retail brands, strengthens the Company’s vertically-integrated strategy of controlling product quality and purity from seed-to-sale. Premium flower and medical-grade oils for use in vape pens and tinctures will be sold under the Cultivation Labs banner
Sometimes I wonder if you guys are on the wrong board
So, in all of bermans career shenanigans he has simply been the bewildered patsy?
Nope, you know. I was there when those statements were made about the reason for the South American not listing a phone number. So, that is corroborating evidence. And, it was not related to the PA dot connection you tried to make in the last post.
No one hounded the SA because they couldn't find him but not because they tried. Because he didn't exist. Of course, that last part is my opinion.
Hey, you are the one that said show proof. So, I did.
The excuse for no phone was that they would be tortured by DECN shareholders.
Please show proof that the company said or did these things, although it turned out to be true.
I remember this. Pretty sure it was said by you, one of your previous aliases on other boards or Barb Asbell.
Yeah, you pretty much missed the satire of the lemonade stand post.
The company's original documents from 2012, 2013 and 2014 were subpoenaed by the PCAOB and never returned. Certainly you understand administrative subpoenas and their force and effect
This whole narrative is laughable. Berman was already shopping auditors repeatedly when this happened and to say that he gave someone his records and cant get them back is like saying his dog ate his homework. Convenient excuse but not buying it.
MMM, pretty simple really. ELECTRONIC RECORDS! or, copies, if you are that archaic. Public vs. non public is not really at issue here. Companies in need of audited financials use public accounting firms year in and year out to qualify and produce audited financials. When my company is audited, the auditors actually come to our headquarters and review records. Its not rocket science.
So, lets get this straight, Berman, the king of all business managers/marketeers, handed over all his original documents to some sleezball accountant and cant get them back? that's your affirmative defense?
The whole idea that in todays world Berman cant reproduce records for other companies to audit their books is preposterous. I strongly believe he cant get the books audited because his records are in shambles and he has nothing to back up his revenue and expenses. No auditors want to touch him.
And, since it is down in the range I hope you are right and it settles in at around .20. I will start building a bigger position if it does that and await the next rally in the MJ sector.
In fact, virtually all of the MJ companies are down over the last several month. Time to buy when everyone is running scared.
Jeez, we went to 1.20 from .28 because the whole sector rallied. Pendulum swings both ways. and, it tends to swing in each direction a little too much before it corrects. If you bought in at the wrong time then you will have to manage your investment by selling, averaging down, or sitting tight until the pendulum swings back the other way.
Hmmm, all these new names showing up out of nowhere. Seems like boiler room fishiness to me.
Well, I guess you can keep on waiting then because I have never even mentioned a class action suit. You just keep making things up to detract from the miserable results of DECN.
when the BOD of a public company elects you as CEO, you will be able to do anything you want.
And so shall the shareholders, past shareholders and whoever else wants to join the ruckus...like it or not
The 101st time you have thrown your hat at taking over the CEO position. Good job.
No, this is the 101st time you have made that false accusation.
Sorry but I am having difficulty believing your position if you cant find one good thing to say about this company even in the face of a peer reviewed article.
I totally agree Surf. My last statement was made in jest.
Probably because people here keep bad mouthing their own investment. Odd, but true.
I plan on loading as the price drops. I'm just looking for a good place to jump.
Yes, but its not because of JP salary. its because the whole sector is out of favor at the moment. MJ is predominately driven by trend traders at this point and with lack of substantial news its going to bleed to the downside. But, I suspect it will com back in the fall. And, those companies that have been working on building a business will do well. I think GBLX is one of them
Nice. Good to see the CEO is acquiring shares in respectable amounts. Looks like he can acquire a lot more too.
I wasn't talking to you Boverfeild
Thanks Onthesound. I appreciate it and I know a few others do as well.
Well then, there ya go, talk to the John Poss about this. Posting on a message board is not going to enact any change. And, with your holdings they will probably listen. But, don't expect them to give up their salaries for you.
I will no longer respond directly to your posts on the off chance you some paid boiler room loser. And, I will probably no longer respond as even though you exist since you have failed to ever post anything positive about this company or your own supposed investment.
With that said, if you cant find a footing in this economy you must be a homeless guy on the corner begging for change. Most anything with a pulse should be making money right now.
Jeez, could we give them a little time to build the business? Building facilities and ramping up employment are usually good signs of things to come. And, that cost money upfront which generally means, in the beginning, that cost will outstrip revenues. Future investor/traders are going to look at the potential.
If people would take a macro look at the MJ industry you would see virtually all stocks are well off their highs because of the sector. Right now, this is a trader environment. So, if you chose the wrong time to get in, then you will have to wait until the next sector upswing. What you should be hoping is that the companies you have money invested in are building a solid core so that when traders show up in force, they pick your stock because it is attractive. Then boom! Or, you can sell and buy back later when you feel there is better momentum.
based on past Q's it looks like report will be in the next week or so. Anyone know of an exact date?
