My best guess to why It's moving on no news are two fold. I think one or a couple of people have discovered this future gem of a company and are building a position. the 2nd reason is that the impatient among us who were willing to sell their shares at any price to take the tax loss and move on are almost done selling. Just a guess. Looking forward to the uplisting in January. Can't wait to hear how many more dispensaries SING has signed up.
Looks like big hyperbolic statements are stacking up on the SING message board.
Because you said you did.
"Who's the idiot now for selling at 0.125.."
You didn't say you sold some. Why would you brag about selling if you didn't sell all of your shares? Why do you keep calling the company a scam and yet you kept some of your shares and are now looking to buy some more if the company can prove itself to you. If you really believed it is a scam why would you own any or buy more?
SING is NOT a scam. Scams don't have revenues. Scams don't have a low float. Feel free to be critical all you want just stop with this Scam nonsense.
How does this have no correlation to the company?

Meanwhile you're still posting on this board and you're not invested in SING. You've already gloated how smart you were for selling. Time will tell on how smart you really were. I for one appreciate that he post updates. I don't want to check facebook or Twitter everyday. He's doing the board a service. Since you're not an investor it's none of your business what people post on the SING board.
Thanks Crisco. I was at a retirement lunch and totally missed the takedown. Hope you were able to grab some bargains. So bummed I couldn't score some .003 - .005's. Crazy price. Nice volume today. Patience pays off on a day like today. People are getting a great entry price. I continue to lower my CBA. Thank you impatient sellers. We will be rewarded in 2015 IMO. GLTA.
"Someone tried to take this down with a sell .005 of 19,600 shares@ $98 as eod".
I noticed that too. What's that about? What does someone have to gain doing that? I guess nothing. All they're doing is losing more money. And for what? What's their motivation? Why would someone set their sell price at .005 at the EOD? Makes you go hmmm.
SiNG still on track to uplist to the OTCBB where there is no minimum share price requirement. Doesn't matter if it's below .01. Doesn't matter if it's .005. Uplist is happening. Just a matter of time now. Uplist means more eyes on SING. Looking forward to 2015 but enjoying these 2014 bargains. Buy and hold. JMO GLTA.
SING
I agree. Thank you for all the info you post. Really appreciate it. Keep up the good work.
Nothing of interest? 90% done with uplisting process. Expects to uplist by January. New mobile App being created to cater to cannabis industry. More info to come in a couple of weeks. Continues to get point of sale machines into dispensaries. I think this is all very interesting. You may be right about the Stock price but that's only short term. SING is building a business and in the long term that is going to effect the stock price in a much more positive direction. All just my opinion. Good luck to all.
Almost 400K in revs and reduced their operating expense by more than 50%. Just getting started here. Ignore the noise. Just my opinion. Good luck.
Man you sellers must be getting killed on this. But then again you are the ones setting the price. Doesn't really reflect the true value and potential of the company just your impatience. You only get what you ask for. Thanks for giving people more cheap shares. Much appreciated. Looking forward to SINGs new website, the uplist and an update on all the new dispensaries they've been signing up. Good things are coming in my opinion.
Someone deleted blew horseshoe but I still wanted to help him.
So I will try this again. Some people on the board no longer want to invest in SING. They have been selling. There has been a debate going on about whether or not SING is a good investment. They obviously think it is no longer a good one. Apparently They took the debate personally and now want to be the kind of person who says "I told you so"! "I told SING was going down to sub pennies"! They own a lot of shares because at one point they believed in SING and bought a lot. They continue to set the ask below a penny for no other reason than to prove themselves right. Willingly losing money just to say I told you so. Trying to sabotage the up listing. We need volume to take away their power to temporarily drive down the share price. Not enough eyes on this stock. One or two people can effect it. All just my opinion of course. Now I hope this is clear enough for you to understand but dealing with you in the past I pretty much know how you'll respond. Name calling. I still wish you the best of luck and hope you have a great thanksgiving.
Who said they love it? Theywith SING and have decided to move on. Just go back and read the message board. You can figure who they are. You can see where a healthy debate was apparently taken personal and threats were made to drive the price down to sub pennies.
No deathbed here. More like growing pains. SING is relatively a young company involved in two young industries. What is going on here is small minded sellers who are setting the price below a penny to get back at people on a message board who they disagreed with. It's amazing the level some people will sink to protect their fragile ego. About a month ago one such seller threatened the board with this scenario we're seeing played out with the stock price. Without a lot of volume here they have the power to do it. Only temporary. GLTA
I agree Q3 numbers were not bad. Hang in there. We just need to get through these guys shares. They had more than I anticipated and are willing to go lower than I thought they would but hey their loss. Looking forward to seeing the new dispensaries numbers SING has signed up. I'm thinking we'll get that PR'd in early December. IMO.
Yes SING is definitely involved in Washington and Oregon. The CEO is originally from Seattle. He's talked about Washington in a Moneytv spot.
SING is NOT a scam! Scams don't have revenues of almost 400K in a quarter. Scams have no revenue. Scams have billions of shares. SING has less than 300 million OS and 500 AS. They are trying to uplist. A difficult and rather long process. They don't control the stock price. Impatient sellers and cheap buyers do. The CEO is not getting rich off the company. They've reduced their operating expense by more than 50% yoy. The company is growing in 2014. They are part of two future billion dollar industry with mobile payments/marketing and MJ. So please stop with the scam BS. We get it. You don't like the way the company's run and you don't think they have a future. That is your right. Just continue to sell and move on then. You trying to sell while at the same time calling the company a scam is like cutting off your nose to spite your face. The only person your hurting is yourself. The longs here are taking paper losses and lowering our cost basis.
Nice volume for SING today. No reason for this to be under a penny. Some vindictive seller set the price at 0.0099 on purpose. Plenty of people would have bought at a penny. There was no reason to set the price lower today. Sickening.
I understand. I just don't think it's fair to compare 2013 revenues because they were inflated because of the six sigma purchase.
I believe this is old news. Listed in the Q2. The only thing new we learned was:
Officer Compensation
As of September 30, 2014, no compensation is due any officer. The Company’s CEO received NO compensation during the three months ended September 30, 2014.
What is your point by posting this?
You're upset cuz last quarter management got some preferred shares? Big deal. We went over this when they released the Q2. What's important is SING increased their revenues from last quarter. Their growing. Next quarter is going to be even better IMO. They continue to sign up more dispensaries and grow their customer base. Who cares about preferred shares given to CEO and upper management. All they are is an incentive to grow the business and increase the revenues. If they don't do that then the preferred shares will be practically worthless when the time comes to sell them. Give these guys a chance. Still early in the game.
Nice volume so far. I think we are almost through buying up the two or three people selling who post on this board shares. I think one of them may be done because after a nice break he's back to bash and post inaccurate numbers. SING is going to be fine. All this is is an opportunity to buy shares incredibly cheap IMO. The Bashers called it. I didn't think they would be able to pull it off but they seem more than willing to take a real loss to drive the price down. I'm not selling. My loss is on paper. Their loss is real. Tax write off for them I guess. One of the Bashers called SING a scam! Do scams have revenues of almost 400K in a quarter and growing? Nope. This is a patience play IMO. GLTA.
Nice to see the growth over last quarter. Q4 should be even better. I think we are finally getting going here. I think we'll see a moneytv update soon. Find out how many more dispensaries they've signed up.
Dude are you serious? What's scary is your lack of comprehension. What don't you get about what I am saying. I'm trying to make the point that Singlepoint clientele is not just MJ. I think a lot of people don't understand that. Obviously you fall in that category. One more time for you. SingleSEED cannot handle credit card processing cuz Singleseed is focused on MJ. Singlepoint can process credit cards for all of their non MJ businesses. So when Singlepoint puts out a tweet saying
@_Singlepoint_: SinglePoint can now handle all your credit card processing needs from ApplePay to Pay by Text. Request more information now!
Why would you ask the question of legality? Does it say anything about Singleseed in the tweet? Do you even understand how the company operates? Do have any clue to their business model and organizational structure? Or are you only capable of name calling.
To help you further cuz I can tell you need it. The message said
@_Singlepoint_: SinglePoint can now handle all your credit card processing needs from ApplePay to Pay by Text. Request more information now!
See it says SINGLEPOINT. It doesn't say Singleseed. So when you ask "is that federally legal" the answer is yes. Everybody knows you can't use credit cards for buying cannabis. Singlepoint isn't signing up dispensaries. Singleseed is. The message DOESN'T say Singleseed can now handle your credit card processing needs. Got it?
Nice! Why don't you reread what I wrote. Calling people names. Classy! Let me tell you again cuz you obviously have a problem with comprehension. As I explained Singleseed cannot process credit cards cuz they are in the MJ business. Singlepoint is in the mobile payments business so they can process credit cards. They have business outside of MJ. Is that clear enough for you?
I disagree. The website redesign is needed for a number of reasons. One is to show off the much nicer looking cashless ATMs they now have access to through Redfynn. Those cashless ATMs they were using were dated and cheesy looking. Was not a fan. You can read the details of the redesign on their facebook page. It's good that they are creating an investors relations page too. Further legitimizing themselves and starting to act like an OTC company and not another stinky pinky. Everything is pointing to an uplist before end of the year IMO.
Yes mobile payments are federally legal. Some forget that SING is a mobile payments and mobile marketing company. Singlepoint can handle all your credit card processing needs. Because of current federal laws Singleseed cannot handle all your credit cards needs. Because Singleseed is in the MJ business so it will handle payments through cashless ATMs until federal laws change. They will also act as a dispensary's Advertiser through connect by text and their loyalty program. In the coming years Singleseed will continue to build its business and add dispensaries. When the time comes and the federal laws change Singleseed will be positioned to seamlessly transition to credit card payments. Meanwhile Singlepoint will continue to grow its business outside the MJ industry.
Insider buying at OLED. Story released today. GLTA.
I think we will. I'm curious to see how many dispensaries are using their text to connect feature. Nice volume today. I think we just need to get rid of the weak hands that want out and then we move up. It seems like one or a couple people just want out and are willing to sell at a loss. They seem to sell at the bid or just above instead of patiently waiting for their ask to fill. I slapped the ask in the AM. Can't help but add at these prices. 2015 is going to be awesome for SING IMO. GLTA
What are you talking about? They are not going to name the previous service provider in the PR. They found a new one they feel is better than their old one and allows them to provide a better service to their customers. It's a good thing. IMO.
Disappointed? LOL!!! When I first invested in this company they had Zero revenues and the promise of a revolutionary solar cell. I thought it was a good investment then. I think it's a great investment now! This is a penny stock that has the potential to do 20 mill in revs this year and is on the verge of announcing a manufacturing partner for their revolutionary solar cell. IMO This has just begun. Patience people. GLTA...
Agreed. But what's really funny is the 625 buy right at the open to push price down. Throw in Juniors negative post right around the same time and it all seems a little suspect. Business plan is being executed and up listing is on track to happen before the end of the year. Oregon, Alaska and DC are now open for business and SING is ready to advantage of these new markets. All that is required is a little Patience on the part of investors. Takes time to build. Just my opinion. GLTA even Junior.
Why 12 days? Why not 15 or 20 or 365 days. Math is funny like that. When you choose the parameters you can make it say what you want. And of course I have a bias. I invested in SING! If your not bias toward a stock you have invested your money in then it's time to sell and move on. Otherwise try exercising some patience. Relax. Don't watch the day to day. They've got a plan in place and they are carrying it out. Give them a chance. Nothing is "going off the rails" as you so hyperbolically stated in an earlier post.
My bad MJNA is now up .002. What a run!
What run? Because MJNA is up .001? Looks like GWPH is down almost 4 bucks today. Or do you own medbox and that's why you say their running?
Not much running going on except the continued daily hyperbole by you. Please just sell and move on if you don't like how SING is doing business. The CEO didn't make you invest in SING so stop complaining about him. It takes years to build a business. Give the guy a chance. I'll never understand people who invest in a company and instead of selling and moving on when they're not happy with the company's direction just whine and complain on a message board.
With Lymes disease such a huge problem in the Northeast I wonder if Brilacidin can help.
I believe SING will prove you wrong. I believe you really don't understand what SING's business model is. I believe people who spend their time posting on a message board when they are not invested in the company have ulterior motives. And if you are invested and are not happy then sell and move on.
Update: Nokia Earnings - Impressive Q3 Beat, Telecom Equipment Is Not A Dead Business
Seeking Alpha
08:34 AM ET | by AtonRa Partners | About: NOK
Summary
Q3 revenue and EBIT exceed consensus by 9% and 28% respectively.
The Networks division stands out, confirming our view that recent executive comments were encouraging.
Nokia Networks is gaining share in most parts of the world. This bodes well for 2015.
Nokia (NYSE:NOK) reported an impressive Q3, with both revenue (EUR3.3bn / $4.2bn) and EBIT (EUR457m / $579m) exceeding expectations (+9% and +28% respectively). This performance was mainly driven by a strong beat in the Networks division which delivered 13% revenue growth (vs. consensus at +2%) and a 13.5% margin (vs. consensus at 10%). Interestingly, strength in the Networks division was broad-based with Nokia gaining share in the U.S. (revenue up 53%), performing strongly in China (+38%) and recovering in Europe (+9%). Nokia now expects Networks' EBIT margin to be slightly above 11% vs. at or slightly above the higher end of the 5-10% range previously.
In our most recent article on Nokia, we said that recent comments from Ricky Corker, executive vice president of North America for Nokia Networks, that the second half of 2014 would be the busiest ever in the United States for the Networks division, were obviously encouraging. It looks like the company has benefited in the U.S. from the launch of the Sprint's (NYSE:S) 4G network project. More globally, it seems that Nokia Networks is gaining share in most parts of the world, as illustrated by the recent China Mobile (NYSE:CHL) deal for $1bn. This suggests that the telecom equipment business is not in terminal decline and that Nokia is likely to have a strong 2015. It's also quite obvious that Nokia Networks has become picky when it comes to signing new contracts with a clear focus on profitable deals, while cost-cutting efforts are paying off.
In all, we remain Buyers of the stock. While Nokia Networks' Q3 performance is likely to spark a relief rally and to sustain the stock valuation going forward, we remain convinced that the Advanced Technologies division also offers significant upside ($1.6 / share) as it is undervalued (full details in this article) vs. IP licensing peers Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM) and ARM (NASDAQ:
Welcome to the board. Not only will it be a great source of revenue they're may be no competition! I think the marketing part of SING's business is going to surprise a lot of people with the amount of revenue they're going to generate in the future. They've already built the mobile platform so there is little to no overhead. SING gives them the tools and the dispensary fills in the blanks. And as anyone with half a brain can see the growth of dispensaries in the future is going to skyrocket. IMO SING's mobile platform will become the industry standard for reaching out to dispensary customers. And then throw in the fact that SING's mobile platform can also be used as the Dispensary's Point of Sale. Wow what potential! All just my opinion.
Agree but you left out half the potential. SING is not just a point of sale company. Also a marketing company
Quote from the CEO
"We've been in this business for a long time, we know it inside and out, its very exciting because we think we really have a niche with the dispensaries. For example, what they would do is, they would pick a box on our website where for x amount of text messages a month it's 29 dollars, $49, $99, $199 and then its just a reoccurring revenue to us, and that customer has the ability to go into our platform and send a text message to any of their clients. So this is something that no one is doing in the marijuana/cannabis business and we think its going to be a huge success for us, in fact, just in the last 2-3 months we are starting to sign up a lot of clients with this. Having said that, we're really going to have a huge push, we are going to send out an email blast to all the dispensaries and drive them to our website."
We definitely needed the JV. It was all about hooking up with the Chris Mills connections and giving SING instant street cred in the industry. Maybe you missed that point in the PR.
SinglePoint CEO Greg Lambrecht states, “We entered into the GreenStar Payment Solutions joint venture to speed our entry into the cannabis space. We now feel comfortable in our connections and knowledge to move forward in being a leading payment solutions provider to the recreational and medical cannabis industries.”
