I will buy more and I waiting that time when they show METAL3DX printer. They have everything talent to do that. I believe they do it. If they need money they need money, but smart money next time. If it smart money let support they.

SGLB and IMI doing really good job. They all have talent to do this TRUE. Packed for Printrite3D and Metal printer Metal3DX.
This 120 000 000 share perhaps it is not for only one people or company. Maybe there is two or more.
Next news is good, I think. And that will show last one did was too good news.Everyone didn't see that way.
Everything it is your front if you can see that.
You maybe are right for about this(bellow). If this can be TRUE, I take this for positive. Then everything going what I thinking.
Maybe be really good news next and i know it is something about this.
Do you think the new investors might include Frank Yopak of Interactive Machines?
Cola's $1.2 million divided for 4 purposes might not be enough to fund an industry-leading prototype additive-machine by itself. Perhaps some of the new 'low priced' equities in the hands of Interactive would serve the place of money in the unfolding partnership. An advance, for the work to be done at Yopak's Laser Strikes business/shop.
Google 'IMI background pertinent to B6Sigma MOU product development' (no quotes) to read a .pdf outline of the sub-systems the additive-machine prototype will utilize. The document is now linked on Interactives website but I did'nt spot it there when the quasi-JV was first made public.
Another thing I'm wondering. The second, chronologically of the upcoming additive conventions on SGLB website, did not name who from the company will participate last I looked. It would be interesting if the $1.2 million in shares brought perhaps a Yopak, or other reputable additive-industry hand onto Sigma's board, who was an occasional public face involved with the prototype build. Even Morris (now a GE employee) could be sat on SGLB board to show that serious sincerity of all the players.
I dont think much of the 'Sigma needs more executives talk going on' but an executive 'up to the elbows' in this business is another thing entirely.
We need 2 good news then we can take one so not good news. Then we have a future. If next bad, then we are fire.
I show my beard when I take off
Ash, I don't own a big beard, a little most.
I can be here and wait. I try my nervous:)
Maybe my beard will growing and stock too:)
You have a good comments, mostly best. Do you have a long experience for investment. What you think, can they build everything this money or are they need more money? If they need that is a big risk. My opinion is that is possible crush this stock down if they needed. For next they have to send a good news, very good news and something what is show that when 3Dprinter and printride3d is a ready.
What is they partner GE and interactive machines and how they going on.
This is very nasty wait news and exciting.Risk is a huge, do you have position here or are you out?
I think, I hold
SGLB<-investors are find you and trends show that, every 3D stock happening same things. It is promising good and it is coming more investor. It is take time, but there are coming huge population and they will buy everything what they catch.
I think SGLB show good fight for another 3DPRINTER (ARCAM AB, EOS, DDD). They have long investor in and more is coming so price is going up and up. I think SGLB it is better investment by ARCAM AB. SGLB it is offering fast grow, but Arcam it is not if they can be grow fast.Next year growing will stop for Arcam Ab if they don't have really a big news for a pockets.
I like both company but my opinion is SGLB can make BOMB!
Moving about round 06-08 and next news explosives up
wow, They make own METAL PRINTER - Metal3DX -
NICE NAME FOR PRINTER BETTER OF XONE.
They are building for concept and image.
Next time they show for products and GE is happy too, me too.
They image growing and they get new investor every day and now it is very cheap. 1-2 year they are much bigger. Destroyed for XONE!
Look at my message and see TRUE.
Mark Cola, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sigma Labs, stated, "We are very pleased to successfully close this private placement. Sigma Labs intends to use the proceeds from the offering (i) to fund further development efforts towards the commercialization of its "In Process Quality Assurance" or IPQA technology, including the use of its IPQA technology for "additive manufacturing" or 3D printing (a.k.a., PrintRite3D®), (ii) to begin the conceptual design work for Metal3DX, a high-productivity 3D metal printing machine, (iii) to expand its international marketing efforts, and (iv) for working capital and other general corporate purposes."
Do you see a pointed what is happening, read very in carefully.
Read also my paste message.
They need our support, if they have GE and inter.. Machines, they have everything be come huge. Think about head. That 120 000 000 share are they partners. They get value for next news what they released.
Don't go way, support they and you are winner too.

SANTA FE, N.M., March 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sigma Labs, Inc. (OTCBB: SGLB) announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Interactive Machines, Inc. (IMI) of Southwick, Massachusetts. The MOU sets forth the parties' intent to explore the formation of a joint venture or other arrangement for the purpose of developing and commercializing next-generation 3D Printing devices designed to produce an increased output of up to 10X over currently available 3D metal printing machines. The parties intend to enter into definitive agreements before the end of the second quarter of 2013. Demonstration of the prototype is planned for introduction during the third quarter of 2014, subject to the parties obtaining adequate financing to implement a business plan. It is anticipated that Sigma Labs would have worldwide, exclusive manufacturing and marketing rights to the device, and that Interactive Machines would own the intellectual property and receive a royalty from Sigma Labs for the use of its production technology.
Interactive Machines is an innovator in advanced manufacturing technology and has designed and built custom manufacturing solutions for Fortune 50 defense, aerospace, and semiconductor clients around the world. The complementing areas of expertise of the two companies will be important in creating a unique machine that is designed to significantly outperform existing 3D metal printing devices in terms of deposition rate while maintaining requisite part quality. Mark Cola, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sigma Labs, stated that "upon completion of the prototype, we expect to immediately showcase the machine to potential buyers, thereby enabling our team of companies to offer a new and unique production technology to the additive metals manufacturing market." Frank Yopak, President of Interactive Machines, stated, "I believe that the market for such a system is significant, as most users of 3D metal equipment are currently limited by slower production rates and lower overall machine productivity."
Pursuant to the MOU, neither Sigma Labs nor IMI is obligated to take any action until mutually acceptable, definitive agreements have been executed by the parties. There is no assurance that the parties will be able to enter into the definitive agreements on the terms proposed, or on any other terms.
