I can see that happening... soon
Somewhere around 40mm 3's went off ;)
Nice buys end of day, I suspect much more to come WWIO
Well said, agreed MLHC
Amazing day, many more to come IMO BBDA
BBDA looking strong today
Once 4's clear this can really move IMO
Looks like pressure building, could pop soon IMO
BBDA winners, winning
LOL, BBDA
I saw this, the case is closed. They got what they wanted out of Weber. It's likely no coincidence that the hearing was in February and now this month there's people cleaning it up.
The real DD is nice mfayman, reverse merger plays are great BBDA
Got a link? The case is closed!
Luckily in this case...
Weber consented to the entry of a judgment, and on October 30, 2018, the Honorable Dora Lizette Irizarry, United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of New York, entered a final judgment permanently enjoining Weber from similar violations in the future, ordering him to pay $208,000 in disgorgement, $23,436 in prejudgment interest, and $160,000 in civil penalty, and imposing a permanent officer-and-director bar and penny stock bar.
Case closed, nothing inherited
Wrong!...

Irrelevant, if someone buys a car with a history or a house with a history or even a pubco with a history they are not responsible for that history, period end of story. Where shall we move the goal post to next?
Agreed mfayman, BBDA has plenty of promise going forward
And what is wrong with that? Don't ever buy a used car that was in an accident cus now you're responsible for the accident? Is that how things work?
Um, yes. Pub cos go into receivership all the time. By your logic even a court appointed receiver is now on the hook for what the old management did? That's absurd and runs against everything our legal system is predicated on.
Does anything in the tweet say BBDA and LEA$ will be engaged in business together? Nope. It says they are both RM candidates.
No different than buying a foreclosed house. There's no correlation to previous owners. Nor is their debt the responsibility of the new buyer.
FACT: There is no SEC case against the BBDA entity...
The SEC sanctioned the former CEO personally not the entity of BBDA and the case is settled.
"United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of New York, entered a final judgment permanently enjoining Weber from similar violations in the future, ordering him to pay $208,000 in disgorgement, $23,436 in prejudgment interest, and $160,000 in civil penalty, and imposing a permanent officer-and-director bar and penny stock bar."
Let's see that again... "ordering him to pay $208,000 in disgorgement, $23,436 in prejudgment interest, and $160,000 in civil penalty"
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2018/lr24329.htm
The case is closed, Weber is gone nobody had to pay that debt to assume control of BBDA. New management is free to move forward, change ticker if they want, and do any and all things to resurrect the entity as they see fit.
Move your bid up, IMO LOL BBDA
The tweet said both are RM candidates, I read that as each will be merging in their own companies respectively, nothing necessarily connecting the two other than same entity resurrecting both.
If it goes even half of what LEA$ did, nobody will care who had it a few ticks cheaper, I'm perfectly content accumulating in this range, the "front loaded" thing is weak sauce
Time will tell, everything I've seen says this could be a nice reverse merger
It's all eyeroll level junk theory, the only facts are that McCallister is new CEO and that the same entity controls BBDA and LEA$, everything else is speculation.
If I were said entity who has already spent considerable time and money reinstating, updating OTC markets on LEA$, releasing filings and am likely attempting to do the same here, I would be furious at erroneous attempts to undermine it before it has a chance
False, it said the same "entity", facts matter, go get some, if said entity selected this Bolbat (whoever he is) to head up LEA$ it does not guarantee that he will have any connection to BBDA as "both are reverse merger candidates" i.e. separately, IMO
Some guy did something once therefore scam, LOL ridiculous
I heard BBDA is run by Russian Oligarchs in an elaborate scheme to build a golf course in Moscow.
Well, well, well how many monkeys can dance on the head of a pin? Nothing but smear merchant speculation and tin foil hat conspiracies that have no basis in the facts as we know them.
Bolbat is off topic, ya know. McCallister is CEO here
Call the House Intel Committee it could be Putin running BBDA
Tell us what you know about McCallister to call him a conman? Exactly zero
Russian bots operating out of Macedonia control LEAS, everyone call Adam Schiff and get him a dossier. Duh duh duh
Nice day of accumulation BBDA
Agreed, float locking up here
I see verified profile, TA, and twitter, I do not see any promo bull horn on OTC markets. They just got control of the company there is no way they even have shares in an account to "dump", tin foil hat stuff.
Fact matter, verified TA, profile, twitter and filings dropping, negative conspiracy peddling means nothing LEAS
Next leg up, pennyland IMO
