Dam dilution has once again killed the run. Unbelievable.
Would you quit saying the same thing.
61 million is nothing for OTC land. Still very small. Even the AS limit is way lower than most OTC companies. Thanks for the PM yesterday stating your buying up today in this stock!
Hi Airdawg.
Dang, I was hoping my funds would have cleared today. I was looking to purchase at .01 as I knew once it broke that resistance it would skyrocket up. Oh well, I think they clear tomorrow and hopefully I can buy in early before this takes off. Per review of the chart, this definitely appears that it's going to break .02 now. Things are really looking bright for PKGM!
I think it matters more where it closes. Seen many stocks that drop below key support but bounce back above it before the day is over. Then the next day it runs hard. See TP*C as an example. It went from .006 to as low as .002 but closed around .003 (which was key support) then bounced hard back above .006 in the next couple of days.
I'm thinking about adding as this should be very thin going back up to low to mid .01s. On low float stocks, as quick as this came down this can bounce up very quick.
Yes it's unreal how it happens the majority of the time. I'm expecting at least one more large bounce before this completely dies off perhaps.
I think we close above .01 as the selling has seemed to have dried up.
The pps has seemed to stabilize. Traders will start to buy in again using this as a bounce play.
Look at how TP*C dropped from .006 to .002 and then bounced back hard to above .006 again.
As long as this closes above .01 today I would still consider Friday and today healthy consolidation.
It does look like selling has started to dry up. I wouldn't be surprised to see this bounce back in the low .01s before the day is over.
.0085 .0086 has to hold. If it does, I could see a bounce back into the low .01s this afternoon and stabilize there. If that support doesn't hold then I think it is officially game over. We need the filings bad to regain shareholder confidence.
I have a feeling this afternoon we either bounce back up above a penny or we totally tank.
That's awesome......so glad you're loading up. Thanks for the PM!
Even 6 months is light years away in OTC land. And I highly, highly doubt 6 months. Most preferred shares that I've seen issues for an acquisition have at least a one year restriction.
That's a lot of assumptions. As other people stated, they didn't purchase it because of revenue or the financials, but for the technology and how it will enhance Pocket Games Inc.
Near future? Where does it state that. It says it was issued with preferred shares, meaning most likely at least has a year restriction.
Please post correct information.......
You're in love with this stock. You must be really loading up big time.
What exactly are you saying?
Agreed. A pullback was bound to happen. It tested .01 and held and then started to rebound towards the end of the day. It was obvious fake ask walls were being put up all day to instill fear in people. It was very manipulated today. Definitely a lot of consolidation the past couple of days which will make the next leg that much stronger.
Look at TP*C. It continued to run after news was released and still continues to move up. I would say there would be a major sell off and consolidation but this already consolidated nicely today. In addition, the price already had a major sell off last week and snapped back. This really hasn't run that hard yet.
We need an official PR stating all CDs have been paid off badly. There is just no buying pressure and the most recent dilution killed off a major run that was about to happen with the 8k announcement and LOI for the acquisition. I'm very disappointed as I thought the major bids last Friday would cause this to run back to at least .0015+ this week. I sold out today (although I may regret it to enter into a new play). I will be watching this very closely in the coming weeks as I still think this is one of the best if not the best OTC company from a financial standpoint.
All you chart experts, based on today's action, what do you expect to see tomorrow?
Agreed. We are stuck in this tight trading range right now. A PR stating that all CDs have been paid off might be the cure.
Well said.
It looks like they have the following notes coming due in the spring:
On April 28, 2015, the Company entered in convertible note agreement with a private and accredited investor, KBM Capital, in the amount of $65,000, unsecured, with principal and interest(stated at 8%) amounts due and payable upon maturity on October 28, 2015. After six months, the note holder has the option to convert any portion of the unpaid principal balance into the Company’s common shares at any time. The Company has determined that the conversion feature in this note is not indexed to the Company’s stock, and is considered to be a derivative that requires bifurcation. The Company calculated the fair value of this conversion feature using the Black-Scholes model and the following assumptions: Risk-free interest rates ranging from .03% to .08%; Dividend rate of 0%; and, historical volatility rates ranging from 195% to 236%. As of August 31, 2015 the note balance was $65,000 and the unamortized discount was $50,547.
On May 14, 2015, the Company entered in convertible note agreement with a private and accredited investor, KBM Capital, in the amount of $50,000, unsecured, with principal and interest(stated at 8%) amounts due and payable upon maturity on November 14, 2015. After six months, the note holder has the option to convert any portion of the unpaid principal balance into the Company’s common shares at any time. According to my calculations the two CDs will start converting at the end of April and mid May respectively.
I'm not so sure about that. Most OTC companies have negative equity, where their debt outweighs their assets. They also have billions in OS and still find a way to operate. Even without the SBA loan, he would've just had to issue more CDs. It wouldn't have been good at all for the shareholders but the company would've survived.
The SBA loan helped out significantly with now being able to payoff and refinance the current CDs and have some cash in reserve for operations of the company. Also, obviously the decrease in interest expense.
Any kind of decent buying pressure and this moves to .0015+ in a hurry in my opinion. .0009s are pretty much non existent. People are starting to understand how undervalued this is right now, especially when they announce that all CDs have been paid off and refinanced with the new SBA loan.
Definitely has to go down as one of the great runs of the OTC.
Yes this is very thin going back up. This is very undervalued at the moment. Just waiting for confirmation of all CD's being paid off with the new SBA loan with a much lower interest rate.
Please stop with your nonsense and talking to yourself. Thank you.
It's different this time though. We are not having the mass selling that is equaling out the buying. I think there is a very good chance that all the CDs have been officially paid off and refinanced with the SBA loan.
That's what I'm thinking..... It said in the prior 8k most it was going to use to refinance the old debt. If we get rid of the toxic CDs, this should run with ease.
20 million at .0010!!!!!!!
Something is up!! Perhaps all CDs been taken care of
You wanted it, you got it:) above .0010 we go!
Here we go!!!!! Bid building!!!!!
Has to be!!
Holy cow 20 million bid on .0009s!!!!!!
Wouldn't take much at all. Just one hard slap and the .0010s will be gone. The encouraging thing is they have seem to thin out a little. Started at over 8 million and now down to 6.5 million.
Same here. The bid keeps building at .0008s. Eventually some of them will start to move that bid up to .0009s.
Right now we have a market cap below $500k.
Yep, again proves he has a lot of skin in the game and feels confident he can.
