Cueva you are so 6 years ago. Let's help bring you up to speed. The year is 2017.
Let's go back in time to March of 2011 when World Moto had a prototype.
https://www.wired.com/2011/03/entrepreneur-brings-meters-to-motorcycle-taxis/
Now let's fast forward like the ghosts of Christmas to October 2015 when World Moto said they were shipping meters. Whatever that means.
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/world-moto-begins-moto-meter-shipments-300153711.html
So let's recap. 6 years ago Uber was a San Fran prototype. 6 years later Uber is worth $70 billion dollars. in 2011 World Moto was a prototype. It has only reported $1,500 in revenue since 2011.
Are you staring at reality with a clear picture yet? Each year that passes the Motometer looks more like a CD in a downloadable market.
Newspaper? No you learned that from me since I'm the one who keeps posting revelant information here.
Appreciate you saying thanks. You're welcome.
First day on iHub. Welcome. Hope you've done some research here.
No sales could also explain why they have been dead for a year.
Too bad Uber bought them. Now they can't sell hundreds of thousands of meters to Sri Lanka.
So what do you think. Does World Moto even know regulation has finally officially passed somewhere?
http://www.adaderana.lk/news/38614/gazette-issued-on-new-regulations-for-three-wheelers
If you want updates and PR's on auto Meters you should invest in a company who makes them. ??
I hope it isn't the pics with him and Donald Trump or Richard Branson. Those were discussed here 3 years ago when people were convinced that due to those pics they were going to invest in World Moto.
Sewer all I can say is it's going to be YUUUUUUGGE.
Hmm.. I was there with a 5'10 blonde girl who looks like what you would picture a 5'10 blonde from Scottsdale would look like.
??? You know in Thailand us Americans all look alike..
I was trying to mount a meter on his head. I hear World Moto has a patent for that.
Cool experience. I took a Mahout class. They assign you your own elephant to ride around, feed and wash. They are all rescue elephants and are treated pretty well.
Lol.. :)
Col when I think of you
I imagine you wearing a red sweater vest watching the trolley disappear into the tunnel to the land of make believe where you tell fantastic stories to all of us.
Choo! Choo!
Actually they weren't.
World Moto said they shipped meters. The 10K showed $1,500 in revenue. It's anyone's guess as to what that $1,500 was from. And if you can provide ANYTHING that details what that $1,500 was for, please do. Nothing exists. It's just you guessing like you do with everything else.
Does it really matter? There's a PR out there that says Uber put 150 meters in cars. And now you're saying a contract for millions of meters could be in the works.
You and a couple other people here think this company is being bought out by Uber. Trust me it isn't me who needs any help with perceptions or reality.
So sorry I couldn't recall you proposed $200 and your buddy chose $3,000 all on his own. You still feel guilty about your advise and it's motive to try and connect as many dots as possible with this company that is silent for no other reason than it claimed it made sales when it didn't.
They did convert 400,000,000 more shares for a couple hundred grand in the first Q for 2016 though. No sales. More debt/dilution. Unlike what you post here, those are called facts.
Nothing wrong with my perception Col. Let me know when you find that phone number to World Moto I need help downloading HailYes.
We ended the day with another new 52 week high. Yes there is a reason, but what? If there were truly something major in the works I would think volume would be in the hundreds of millions?
Far too much energy is being spent discussing the fantasy of Uber buying out World Moto.
If World Moto has a future it's in regulation of motorcycle taxis and tuk tuks by mandating the use of Meters. Uber serves a very small percentage of the taxi market. For the majority of people who are not technologically advanced enough to own a smart phone (only 17% of Indians own a smart phone) a metered taxi system is where World Moto could do well.
It isn't a coincidence that World Moto stopped communicating and essentially dropped off the face of the earth after proclaiming it was 'shipping Meters' leading people to believe it was actually selling Meters. They don't want to admit they lied and I think the company will be quiet until it finally has sales to report. Question is can they hold out long enough before they can no longer trade stock for cash?
It appears to be lost on this board that Uber became a multi billion dollar company with its GPS based App that has antiquated the use of a physical meter. The notion that Uber would somehow be worth more by relying on outdated technology is hilarious.
Uber agreeing to use Meters in one state in India is a temporary set back in the ride hailing business. Technology will eventually prevail.
It doesn't matter what the US govt data is. It only matters how India views GPS.
So your reasoning is that a taxi driver in India drives a motorcycle during the day and a car at night? Or do you think a taxi company has 100 motorcycles and cars and only plans on purchasing 50 meters to use back and forth, thus grounding half their fleet at all times.
It's all fascinating. Too bad none of it is true.
It's a fact, not a belief, that India is pushing meters as they don't believe GPS is accurate for calculating fares. It has nothing to do with competition.
The article that Col shared said 150 Uber cars had meters installed courtesy of Uber. It also showed a pic of a meter made by Pulsar Technologies. There is no reason to believe a moto meter was used in an auto application when they showed us a pic of another auto meter. If you're looking for anything positive out of that Pulsar meters sell for $350 new. I found a few used ones on Ebay but even the cheapest was $99.
Sorry but I don't see where I was wrong

It doesn't matter how many shares
of FARE are out because we have investors that hold long term. I will be VERY happy when we hit .03 because I suggested for someone to throw $200 at it @ .03. Yet he through $3000 @ FARE. FARE has been a long term investment so .03 can't come soon enough for me to shake this donkey off my back!!
Regardless....
Anyone in under .20 will be very happy$$$

World Moto has been making misleading statements and statements that never came to fruition since I invested with them back in 2013.
When you say things like HailYes has 5 million downloads when the app clearly doesn't work, you are making misleading statements as well.
World Moto has referenced Uber in PR's before. More recently, Uber referenced World Moto in one of it's PR's quoting the size of the motorcycle taxi market. That is why they are showing up in Google searches together. These things have simple explanations that don't lead to Uber and World Moto having a business relationship together.
Don't forget dolphins.

There is nothing in any of these articles that discusses Meters. These are governments protecting local taxi operators.
The issues UberMoto has are regarding licensing. They are not licensed as taxi operators.
In December last year, Uber’s founder Travis Kalanick launched UberMOTO in the south Indian city of Hyderabad. In March this year, both Uber and Ola had launched bike taxi services in Bangalore as well but had to halt operations days after the launch due to regulatory problems. The state government cracked down on the two companies on the ground that as per the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 enforced in Karnataka, a two-wheeler is considered to be private transport and bike taxis need to be licensed for commercial use.
http://techcircle.vccircle.com/2017/01/05/exclusive-uber-puts-a-pause-on-bike-taxi-service-in-faridabad/
In order to beat competition and government regulations, towards the end of 2016, Uber entered into a strategic partnership with Indonesian taxi company, Express. The deal gave Uber access to Express’s fleet of more than 11,000 taxis and 17,000 drivers.

Authorities have pointed out that they were not opposed to technological advancements for public transportation, but both UberMoto’s operators and their privately-owned motorcycles lacked proper registration.

75 days is for accelerated filers. SEC has varying due dates.
World Moto is a non-accelerated filer and their 10K is due March 31st. With exception to 2015 they have always filed an NT 10K and have filed between March 31st and April 15th.
Why March 15th?
3 new 52 week highs in what, 2 weeks? Hope we find out what's behind it soon.
No donkeys?

Agreed. I knew it was a long shot when I invested. It isn't worth it to me to sell. I'll ride it out good or bad.
It was listed suspended for awhile and now it no longer appears under search engine results. Just says not found. Exactly the same pattern as last time. And to clarify the first time the site went down was about 2 years ago. Twice now in a year.
Share dilution would drive the pps down. Something else is driving it up.
This is the 3rd time it's been down.
3 times in a year and later reinstated?
If Uber chooses to use Meters it would make the most sense to go buy the Meters. Not buy or create a company who makes them.
World Moto did a 181 FORWARD split which the exact opposite of a REVERSE split. Your 'facts' are pure fiction.
You know they never did a reverse split so why make comments like that.
