Can't wait to see VFIN disappear once and for all...
As I've said before, I'm glad the O/S is close to the A/S, once this BS is over, I don't see another dilution like this happening in the future, so great opportunity for new investors here IMO
nice
Just keep taking from the weak!
Every day we get closer to the inevitable here
Well it's entertaining to read the board with so many speculations, guesses, predictions, etc, etc...
We can guess to if or when developments will eventually happen, but it appears as though many have lost sight on the fact that we are a revenue generating machine right now!
so are we, or are we not processing for BoK (I suspect so, despite some claiming otherwise)
when will the apps go live?
When will MJ-Pay go live?
When have we begun to process for VX Gateway?
how much more volume has been added to Simplifile?
Do we have other banking partners?
Are we registered in California & can we bid on Gov contracts?
When will we hear from the Feds about electronic checks?
All I have to say is "I don't really care"... I don't care because we are making significant revenues without any of the above & I don't care where the revs are coming from & with audits, that will just confirm our direction. If we show the ability to make at least as much as Q1, I'm thrilled & if or when the other stuff materializes, the better we will be.
I will say, I was stressing when we fell from 8c till we hit 4c, once we fell lower, my stress reduced significantly, not sure why, but probably because I began to remember that this was a long term investment & watching the negativity pick up on the boards despite the forward momentum of the company & I'm glad to have a 2nd chance to increase my holdings (even at higher levels)

Lmfao, yeah, let me take your word for it over the PR & telling tails from BoK financials...
Need a bit more than trust me on it
I've never found proof of the contrary, only telling signs that they are. Have anything to backup your claim?
Mine's in one of my articles
Reminds me a lot of the run up we saw from .0022 to .007ish when we saw significant selling, presumably due to debt conversion. But if you all remember, we went down to .0014 before the eventual lift off that we all saw & dream of again...
I'll confess to being a fundamental investor & the downtrend in the pps sucks big time, but as you said, the fundamentals have never looked better, with a number of significant catalysts that can occur at any time & the RSI yelling BUY...
I have no issues buying down here & will continue to do so, if it continues to fall. I have no crystal ball, but grateful for a 2nd chance to buy at these low levels
Good luck to all!

Some speculate that the banks make too much $$$ on ACH to move away, but take BoK as example, they did not lower the charges to customers, instead they took the money saved through MYEC & pad their bottom line.
I think it's much more advantageous to save 50%+ per transaction, than focus on the couple of points off the top they make via ACH
IMO of course
Thai
Question is, was he trying to bash? Or just doesn't know enough about the technology?
Either way, that should clear the air on the topic
Lol

Hi again,
sorry to bother you.

MYEC Product
I have been in corporate treasury for years and have been watching this stock for the past several months. To all that don't already know, Certegy/FIS Global has had a product just like this on the market for the past few years. FIS Global is a multi-billion dollar organization. $6 billion if I remember correctly. I honestly see their patents having a hard time having any value for a process that has already been used for the past few years. I could see a small settlement, if any benefit is derived. FIS has much more resources to allocate for legal purposes than MYEC and that sadly enough more often than not is what will win a case - the quality of one's legal counsel.
FYI - I don't own any shares in the company, but have been debating. Less
thanks again MM123

No bothers
FIS Global is a processor, they are not our competition (though they currently use ACH), however they do have a same day payment option (for a premium). Wouldn't be surprised if they eventually become one of our clients.
Not sure if you've read my article "The ABC's of MYEC" seekingalpha.com/instablog/7510531-marke...
Think of FIS as HP, they need to choose a processor, either Intel or AMD (ACH or Check21) as described below
So what is the deal with Check21?
The best way of describing MyECheck (Check 21) is to offer a comparison to computer processors. Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) had a monopoly on the CPU industry for many years until Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE:AMD) made an appearance to the market offering a cheaper alternative (the dwindling market share of AMD is beyond the scope of this article). The difference in comparison to ACH vs. Check21 is that the service is significantly less expensive by more than half the cost, transactions take between 1 and 3 seconds as opposed to ACH (which typically take between 1 and 3 business days) and because of the speed of the transactions, fraud related to chargebacks cannot occur.
Furthermore when we look at the processor industry, the CPU is in essence much the same as the backend service (as is ACH or Check21) in which regardless of who is providing the frontend system, be it Hewlett-Packard Development Company (NYSE:HPQ), International Business Machines Corporation (NYSE:IBM), DELL or Apple (OTC:APPL), they all have the option of choosing Intel or AMD regardless of all the bells and whistles each offer to try and capture market share. The same applies for the checking industry, it doesn't matter if it's a bank, fund processor, retail chain or any variant of special service company that move money from one account to another, they ALL need to use either ACH or Check21 processing.
On the bright side, the last trade brought the RSI down to 52, which is a good sign going forward
With a load of cash on hand, I'd be thrilled to hear that & it would certainly warrant a PR
A little doubtful, but nice to dream...
I'd only expect to see that when the company starts seeing significant revenues, maybe Q3 or 4???
It is what it is... Who says you never get a 2nd chance at a good thing?
It's been pointed out VFIN is sitting @ .0158, so the selling at the moment appears to be shareholders. I presume because of fear, in anticipation of the pps falling further. Shouldn't be long before the selling stops at the moment imo
It's what I thought, but then... Wouldn't it be in their hands rather than being sold on the open market?
I'm glad the O/S is very close to the allowed shares, so we shouldn't see this happen again in the future...
Agree 100%..
Sit on the bid & receive a gift
Definitely not
Have always been, and alway will be a strong supporter here
The recent PR adds to our revs, not take away from them
So there appears to be some dilution going on, we all knew it was coming...
Changes no fundamental
The pps sucks, but I see a nice opportunity here & am glad it's happening now & not at higher levels
I'm pleased to have picked up an extra mill today, 335K @ 0.0135 & the rest @ 0.014, If it keeps going down, I'll keep buying
Love how someone hits the ask & it's followed by dropping the ask
Building interest???
38s looking good for anyone looking for an out
But it won't be me, I know what I own
Yup, we all know the potential here, but had I known we'd be at the current pps, I could have invested elsewhere while all this BS developed...
A bit tired of 'potential'... Let's see some monetary results!!!
Never thought I'd see red in my account considering I began accumulating in the .002 range, but since accumulating along the way has increased my average to above the current PPS, it's difficult to watch.
I can only sit-back and hope the bleeding ends soon, but seeing my 8 month investment fall to these levels is difficult
Good luck to all
Thai
sickening...
who the hell would slap the ASK under this situation...
Wait on the bid people, let the stupidness come to you
Lol, today's seller of 20K is going to be kicking himself soon
MMs not willing to short at these levels!!!
Despite the low volume, we're actually getting stronger by the day!!!
That's the only missing part to this puzzle at this point... EYES!!!
Bid sitting now will do us more good than anything imo
The seller did us a favor & brought the RSI down to 58
That bid at 3901 is a telling sign to me that they're content to sit on the bid and accumulate as much as they can to cover from their losses from anyone foolish enough to sell into the bid
At least we've reached a level in which the MMs feel that they do not appear to be comfortable to short this share any lower
Excellent DD as always!
LONG GBHD!
New "Global Holdings (GBHD) Investors" FB page can be found here
Funny how iHub shows 27K in trades, yet if you add up the trades of the day, it doesn't come close to that number...
Could this be a MM trick? Possibly a T-Trade?
Though, I'll add that I'm not excited to see the impending movement of the 50dma about to fall below the 200dma, that's not great :/)
Just over a week away from Dividends & 22 days away from audited finances
Well under valued here, that's all I need to know.
Until the market reflects the true value here, I'm content to hold onto my shares & collect the quarterly dividends :)
What I like about recent trading patterns is that it's obvious no one here is running for the hills (extremely low volume, even for this low volume stock) & the bid sitting is playing out perfectly! (PPS is somewhat stable & it's bringing down the RSI to more reasonable levels), which over time, will set us up nicely for our next run (which can happen at any time)
So by all means, continue bid sitting, as you're supporting your investment while we wait for the impending golden cross. With the Fins out without general public knowledge, we're fortunate to be in the position that we are
Yup!
Even with minimal trading, I consider today as great progress
I don't work for the company, lol
Feel free to ask Rich if you'd like more details, his email address is rich@yesinternational.com
So a recap for those following along, Q1 Net was $935,365, net through the past 6 months was $3,072,609, which means net for Q2 was $2,137,244.
As we are just in the process of ramping up here, as conservative observations, one can conclude Q3 & 4 should net at least as much going forward, which would mean (as a minimum) the company would post net revenue for the year of $7,347,097
With Net revenues for 2013 was $1,943,783, so 2014 should represent a growth of 377%!!!
with the current PPS at 46c, that would give them a P/E of 16, considering the anticipated growth & number of catalysts, I would consider a P/E of 20 to be EXTREMELY conservative as an entry point & not commonly seen for such large growth companies, which would represent a share price of 57 cents under the current share structure
GLTA,
Thai
P.S. - Someone once asked how many people are employed by GBHD, I inquired about it & at the moment they have 12 direct employess and over 100 in contract employment arrangements
You're an expert right?
Thought you were learning, no?
I think you're employed by them to try and keep this bad boy down, good luck with that!
$20K of buying & we're in the mid to high 50s
If you don't plan on investing here, why don't you put your research skills to use to try and find a better investment?
Or come back when we hit 20c so you can say "I told you so"? I'm sure we'll hit $1/share before this ever sees those low levels again IMO
I'd say good luck, but I wouldn't mean it & you're not investing anyways
God I hope you're right
