You're not alone that's for sure. I bailed 6 months ago, took a hell of beating. That was the intent of Norris. Just check in once and a great while on this one. I predicted the R/S a long time ago, just didn't know it was going to be as large of a ratio as it ended up being. I so wish the SEC would shut down all these penny stocks. They're rigged from the get go.
You're spot on. Run to the bottom.
Why? Why buy more now? The pattern is set. I've seen this pattern over and over and over. Over the next months, maybe a year, this will bounce up a little, then sharply down. A year from now, this will be at .0002, .0001. It will hold here for another 6 months and then the R/S of 20,000 to 1. It will come back out after days of no trading in the dollars. My point being, you'll get cheaper prices in the months to come. To make anything in this, 15 million plus shares will be needed. GLTY.
I too was hopeful we weren't going down this scam road, but we have. This thing will be trip zeros shortly.
I think you're onto something. I think it is.
Oil and Gas industry in the hottest prospecting fields in the world and yet, no movement, no updates, nothing.
Thank You for identifying this.
I really hate it when posts are made on old news.
The purpose, to elude that such actions were current like a pump of some kind. Although still positive, don't make it anything more than it is. Pumpers, stay away. Let this succeed or fail on it's own.
Been a while since leaving FNRC. Thought I'd check in real quick.
I see nothing has changed, nor does it look promising that it ever well. I really thought this one was going to be different, the one real long shot that could have gone some where. Silly me and silly all of you that stay.
With Robert McIntosh's credentials and experience, I would think every aspect of this has been addressed, thought of, scheduled, setup, and then some with contingency plans for back up. I realize there are always the unknown factors as soil cnditions, equipment breakdowns, weather (not so much), funding setbacks, etc.
Weather? I see no adverse weather conditions down there other than a little on the cool side. Certainly not bone freezing cold.
I doubt weather is a factor. I do agree though. Little more patience as they explore and begin to drill.
There could be a multiple different PR's coming out soon but this is OTC. In order to make any or some money you must have 10, 15,20 million + to make a difference. I believe the company to be reputable and will steer clear of dilution, dumping, etc. But they have no control over the MM's. They will keep this down and make being profitable near impossible. I really wish for the day the government, the SEC would shut down all OTC activity.
You're not alone 1c. Many if not most are in that boat.
Some made some $$$ last year when it for some reason hit .58.
I took my hundreds and ran into other things with more promise.
This is headed to the notorious R/S. That's the pattern I've see.
GLTY
Guess always good to have a back up plan. Certainly shows fnancial backers they do have alternatives if the said financial advocates change their minds. They must be drilling now and I would hope agressively. Hopefully the soil is condusive to easy drilling and not hard rock to slow things down.
you have a better understanding on this than I. Although, I've learned when a little disconcerning news crosses one's path, step back and pause before making a quick knee jerk reaction. When I read "Producing Properties", "Financing Through 2015" and the Aquisitions & Development Agreements" I do find it a little concerning why the A/S or the O/S would even be needed to be elevated. For once, just once can a company just show a little gratitude towards their shareholders? Just a little bit instead of executing moves that devaluate the PPS, thus, loosing money for all willing to taking a chance
Edgarf;
Why the departure? I'm not happy with the newly found annoucement, but not exactly sure what it means.
I like the fact that AAPH sells it's oil to a big reputable company, Sunoco, a part of he Energy Transfer Partners out of Philadeiphia. Sunoco (SXL) is trading at $75 a share on the NYSE. Wonder if there was or has been any discussion of them absorbing American Petro? Long shot thought, but not out of the possibility I would think. 2014, bring it on!
15 billion given to Norris and his buddies so they can sell it at .0003, 2 or 1 driving the pps down to oblivion. Who would be ok with that senario? Like I said, I bailed on this 6 weeks ago. Took a beating but glad I got out. SEC will catch up Norris, just needs some time. Wish that was some comfort to you long folks. Hope you can recover in somehting else in 2014. GLTY.
.22 would be beyond expectations..........I like $2.22. Where it should be. My word, more snow tomorrow. It's pretty, but a lot of work. Stay warm all.
LOL, over and over and over. You don't see anything wrong with Norris using shareholders money to rent an apartment, or buy a hous to hide under the excuse it's to save shareholders money. That is the most silly thing I've ever read!!! Especially when one looks at the history on this so called investment and what they have accomplished or produced. Yet, you see no wrong in these paid P&D and hundreds of shareholders getting ripped off because of false advertising! I'm sick of this. I'm copying all the past and false statements, copies of the results, copies of where 1st NRG is today, and sending it to the SEC as well as my Senator. They may blow me off, but this is beyond silliness!! Good people have trusted and got sucked into this thing and lost hard earned money.
Explain to me how, how in the world will FNRC investors re-coop their money? With the billions of shares bought and provided by the CEO and buddy, and more today, how, how will this even get above .0006 or even 7 or 8. Even if someone has 20 million shares and you sell at .0008, that's 16 grand. Great! But what level did they get in? I don't get it. I'm out but still track this out of curiosity. I don't get it. GLTYA that are in it.
I'm confused more and more as I review AAPH's history and mission. Been in business for 10 years, not only drilling but producing liquid gold on an annual basis with a reputable buyer, Sunoco oil. In Novemeber last month the PR of the Acquisition and development of the Kansas-Missippi project to show further development and progression. In March of '08 I believe, it climbed from the pennies to almost a buck and held for a couple months. The available shares, float, and interest seem to be in line. Why is this at the low level of value it's at? I would think this to be .50 if not a buck right now. I know it's expensive to explore, drill and produce, but the buyers are there. What am I missing?
To heck with cheapies......Let's run man. Let's get into the dollars and turn this into a class act, reputable company worth something. Enough with the OTC games. Boost this worthy company to what it should be and for it's shareholders.
The info was techical oil/gas exploration data of which, I know little about. I'd rate the response a 10 because it was not fluffy stuff. Very factual info of which APH has in the works. You can't make that type of info up. All depends now on results as far as us investing folk.
Pwm31.
Would love to share, but I don't pay for the private reply feature on ihub and, whoever it was the responded, asked I keep the information private. I assured him/her I would do so. It's positive information, that much I will share. Will I be loading up by the millions tomorrow. No.
That's petty much where it's at with everyone left in it. All or nutt'in honey. I got in because of a pump and misleading PR that a joint venture was about to take place back in March or so. Carelessly, I jumped in. But it is those types of mispresentation of information that has kept the pulse beating. Mr. Norris still has a few tricks left and I'm sorry, but the inevitable R/S is looming. Hope not for you, NoPay, etc. Good luck, and happy holidays for all.
It would be nice if you are right Denise. I have washed my hands of this a few weeks ago, but I still like to monitor it's activity. I was in from Feb thru Dec 1st. There have been so many pumps and promises during that time frame it makes one's head spin. The credibility of Norris and what he's done to share holders is diplorable. So prove me and the other like me wrong in our opinion. I hope for those of you long and strong your patience will pay off.
I don't think so, but then, dreams sometimes do come true.
I did so and got a reply. Most informative and was surprised that someone, whether it be actually Bob or some representative got back to me.........today..........a Saturday.
Most appreciated.
I'll give that a try. I scanned the web site but didn't find it. Might you provide that? I've got a couple questions.
Thanks.
In sending or requesting information at the listed e-mails, i.e. info@aaphinfo.com and investors@aaphinfo.com bounce back.
They having server problems or what? Anyone else having this kind of problem? I'll try the phone number and see if that's working.
I like what's been said. My toes are in the water. First sign of frost bite and I'm gone. But I like what's been said. "Go Bob". Make me a believer!
Lastly for tonight, my last and most recent gamble on an Oil/Gas opportunity was and has been in business starting in 1988. Had one big spike last year in 2012 from nothing to .58/share. So some folks did make some money, but the share structure was much diffenent. The available shares in the spring of 2013 were at 500 million. In the matter of a month without warning, the available shares jumped to 2 billion. That kicked the legs out of all the value it had. Dilution became excessive. I see a concerning pattern here of which all should be watchful. Don't kid yourself that in a year, this will be over a buck. That would be sweet if it would.
LOL....I am a very familiar Kansan as a graduate of both high school and college. Although I live in Minnesota now and the University of Minnesota football program has a past Whicita coach, Jerry Kill. Doing a great job with an impossible task of turning the program around.
My interpretation from ChitownMike is that DD can be misconstrued rumors, and real and factual information can be steered off on nonfactual points to the actual information of the company referred to. That's my take.
Well........no offense, but anyone can come across as a "nice guy". Especially when funds are wanted to continue operations.
And...what verifications do you have this was in fact the CEO of American Petro-Hunter Inc?
That too will be beneficial. As the old saying goes, "proof is in the pudding". So we shall see soon. Just stay away from FN$C.
I like that response. Just don't like the trend of what little I've researched. There is no reason for oil and gas companies anywhere in the US to be taking advantage of trusting shareholders, old and new.
Granted, new here. Thought I'd spend a little DD here as it looks like this has potential. Did the exact same thing at FN$C. Called the listed number off their web site and got a bogus investor that knew nothing of the company and wanted to know how I got his number. The next day, I got a recording it was FN$C, but never a person to talk to. Remember, this is OTC of which 99% of companies are allowed to deceive and falsly advertise to TAKE investors money legally...for now. Hope this isn't the case. GLTYA
O come on..........
Sure he does. He knows the Reverse Split is right around the corner. Kevin's last card to play in taking shareholders money.
I'd like to say GLT everyone, but good luck involves uncontrolled circumstances. This is far from that.
I uderstand you're lips are zipped. So then, you must know something none of us know? "yup" or "Nope"?
