Criminal? You haven't seen the terms of the debt conversion to equity and yet this word is used?
What a joke!
Ahhh.... I believe they used the word "restructured" in the heading of the press release, duh!
As soon as you read something as ignorant as "looks like the insiders were dumping" it's easy to analyze the pure ignorance and lack of knowledge that went into that statement.
Maybe, a better understanding of SEC rules and guidelines are in order
You left out testicles....
This CEO has done 100% of everything the company stated they would do in their press releases.
If he had done nothing, but the stock went up, I'm sure he would be called a great guy.
Actually, the loan was a convertible note, duh!
Converting it into equity by the affiliate parent company with preferred shares is a far cry from the complete rubbish being stated.
Better to stick with the facts.
Please feel free to prove me wrong.
That's a ridiculous theory with zero merit. David Dorwart has the most to gain and lose with this company. Additionally, all the employees of Good Gaming are also employees of his $140 million company ViaOne Services. He doesn't need to "screw" anyone.
There are bigger and better things in store for this company. This management is nothing typical to what we experience with "pie in the sky" OTC companies. We can either be patient or sell. That's our right as a shareholder.
Bitching, moaning and making things up serve no purpose here.
Is there a point being made in this post because I am totally lost.
Highly doubtful
Armchair quarterbacks never tell you what to do beforehand. Only what you should have done after the fact.
Stock hasn't gone from .75 to .03 cents.
What's the point in making shit up?
And, for those who rode it up to .75 cents, they would have never been able to if they hadn't accumulated a position cheap.
What exactly has the company failed to do?
Pretty sure the reason it went up was because of their multifaceted marketing efforts, which are far from over.
I'm sure we will see steady increases as they implement the efforts that are working.
Gee....If I had that outlook I would probably sell and move on.
Fortunately, there are lots of shareholders who feel differently.
#shortingtodayisbuyingtomorrow
Dropped by over 1,000 or increased by 6,000 over the last two weeks?
Seriously..... There will always be people who see the glass half empty.
Check out this marketing...4,000 likes in the first hour!

No basis of truth in that analysis.
No one should compare this company to what we typically see in the OTC market.
This stock went up on press releases where the company did exactly what they said they were going to do.
They have been extremely transparent to shareholders and management has a proven record of success.
I can totally understand that position
Give me a break! This company does not partake in pump and dumps. They have no convertible notes for a "dump" and every press release has been backed up with facts.
Big contest coming up....

Probably should do better due diligence and look at their last press release to see how they corrected their financial statement.
Huh? They've been marketing the hell out of the game on Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Reddit.
Where have you been looking?
Really?
I guess you missed the 2 press releases they put out last week.
That lack of leadership also launched their new game while also eliminating $2.6 million in debt and over $15 million in losses from their balance sheet without an immediate increase to their share structure.
Not sure how all the Tik Tok videos, Twitter, Instagram and Reddit ads went unnoticed over the last 3 weeks but there have been like A LOT!
Geez.....
Seriously... no news, no marketing, no leadership?
Someone would have to be living under a rock to say this and mean it.
Well, if this goes to a penny with an 80 million float I'll quintuple my position.
Wow! Had to go back over 3 years with one single press release to say the CEO has a credibility problem?
Ever think the You Tuber was a flake and didn't own up to his responsibilities?
I know, I know, these kids on You Tube are always reliable. That's why they make so much money going out in public in their pajamas.
It's easy to be an armchair quarterback and keyboard warrior. The accountability is zero and anyone can make themselves look like they're always right.
People with balls take real risk and call it the way they see it.
Speaking of promoting the game.....

That's completely inaccurate.....
From March until August virtually every time the company put out positive news, the stock actually went up.
The 52 week low is .016 cents.
Where are we getting "new yearly lows" from?
Oh yes, more disinformation.
This company has never put out "fluff" news. Every press release has substance and most are followed with an 8-K filing.
The misinformation is laughable.
Whoever listens to rubbish advice will be crying when this stock rebounds.
Hahaha......
The rhetoric is hilarious!
The company eliminates $2.6 million of their debt for preferred shares to an affiliate and the best we can do is say it looks "shady."
No, it's called ingenious not shady!
We hit 10,000 on discord and this should be a homerun.
With this float, if the price drops, we will accumulate and be in control of our destiny.
Yes, ViaOne Services is converting their two notes for $2.6 million in exchange for preferred shares of stock in Good Gaming.
This will leave Good Gaming debt free on their balance sheets and give ViaOne an even bigger equity stake in the company.
Because the debt is converting into preferred shares there is no immediate dilution. Not only are they considered Insider affiliates, but they are also long term holders.
Really? As opposed to putting out misinformation, show us the fictitious debt you're speaking about.
Let me help you out..... It doesn't exist.
Oh please, tell us what happens when an affiliate insider decides to convert?
Disclosure filings? Restrictions on selling?
Anyone think that a company like ViaOne would take stock in lieu of cash repayment on a "crappy stock?"
STFU!
