I don't pretend to know about forensic anything. I do know a bit about accounting and technical analysis. Their financial reports suggest they know little, if anything, about financial management and the chart has me on per .0084.
A pr announcing they retain a current pr firm is painted air. It says nothing. A Community College visiting them is little more than neighborhood news. Where is the value in any of this? I suppose it calms a few rickety nerves.
e
gcbr...........
That's what I thought about BIFT. The Nashville, TN police used a portion of their technology that identifies locations of police cars on a city map. That company made a few bucks selling that stuff. But they were crooks and remain crooks.
DNAP obviously has something that sells. A miniature revenue stream exists. But as managers, I know several teenagers who can outperform them any day of the week.
The first pr post said absolutely nothing. The second pr post said nothing of value - typical otc press releases.
e
inside-out and DNAP.................
dmceng................
Yes. Those dollar amounts could easily prove effective in downward price activities. And it does not lend insight to any future contracts.
I don't mean harm. Learning should be made from this for future investing. These kinds of contracts and financing are dangerous, if not deadly, for share prices. Considering national market participants would eliminate most of this kind of thing. The otc environment provides opportunity for corporations to get involved in questionable finance, share dilutions, etc.
e
dmceng..........................
That's hard to say. I can only find about 700K for 2004 and over one million bucks in 2003 for convertibles. But the report states newer obligations coming. And these numbers do not include warrants. I saw one notation on the balance sheet for "intrinsic value of debentures". I have no idea what that means. It has to balance something out on the asset side.
While this info is ugly, there are one or more notes (entries) for "debenture retirement" for around $170k.
I looked at La Jolla involvement in DTMG and saw repeated financial deals where recently they had acquired more than 6% of outstanding shares. While that may seem insignificant, you can throw in some warrants and the free mechanism to short that many shares at will and repeatedly and share prices can easily find trouble.
Who knows. It may be a one time deal or something worse. Ya can't say for sure. But since DNAP has gone convertible share price has fallen.
La Jolla Cove Investors................
http://www.ljcinvestors.com/index.html A bland and abbreviated look. Unusual.
They worked with Datameg, DTMG recently. Did some financing for convertibles and warrants. Outstanding share quantities increased. Price has fallen since being involved.

There's no talking you out of DNAP, even if I wanted it. I just don't understand it. Loving red heads is understandable........ sorta......... My ex was red and English. She spoke French and Russian. I spoke a little Spanish and German. I could only stand being around her when she wasn't speaking English. So, I kinda, sorta, maybe.......... ya know.
So what does La Jolla Cove do, if you know about them? This, I figure, is a learning process. You can tell me about La Jolla. If not, I'll look it up. This kind of info could prove important in the future.
Great day for the markets, huh?
e
ES 60 min lean was upward and ...............
upward it has been. A look at the daily later on for the current boundary candle. Here is the 60. I'd post from live charts but they need reformatting, etc, to post here - hassle.
At first you fellas............
were throwing jabs about technical analysis and then about financials. It appears you only care look at some distant vision that may or may not be true. At least there is a miniature revenue stream. That is better than a lot of these companies. I just don't understand this concerted behavior.
Here is a cut and paste from a very recent SEC/Edgar filing from DNAP:
When we decided to enter into the pharmaceutical market we in some cases
is combining both the technologies we have developed for the consumer market and
the forensics market. We have no currently available products for the
pharmacogenomics market. We are currently developing products for all three
markets, which are in various stages of progress.
WE MAY NEED IMMEDIATE FUNDS AND MAY NOT BE ABLE TO OBTAIN ANY ADDITIONAL
FINANCING IN THE AMOUNTS OR AT THE TIMES THAT WE MAY REQUIRE THE FINANCING OR,
IF WE DO OBTAIN ANY FINANCING, THAT IT WOULD BE ON ACCEPTABLE TERMS.
ACCORDINGLY, WE MAY HAVE TO CURTAIL OUR BUSINESS IF WE CANNOT FIND ADEQUATE
FUNDING.
We currently have no legally binding commitments with any third parties to
obtain any material amount of additional equity or debt financing. However,
management intends to continue its relationship with La Jolla Cove Investors,
Inc. and it will continue under its agreement to receive funding totaling $8
million. As of September 30, 2004, La Jolla Cove Investors, Inc. (LJCI)
converted $185,000 of convertible debenture into our common stock and exercised
non-detachable warrants to purchase 2,775,000 shares of our common stock. The
combined transactions resulted in us receiving cash of $2,931,695 net of
$188,305 of cash stock issuance costs. It is anticipated that the minimum
conversions of the outstanding debenture into common stock and the related
exercise of the non-detachable warrants will fund our operating activities
through 2004 and that together with the additional funding anticipated to be
received from Dutchess, our operations will be funded through 2006.
Despite the LJCI financing, we may need immediate funds and may not be
able to obtain any additional financing in the amounts or at the times that we
may require the financing or, if we do obtain any financing, that it would be on
acceptable terms because of the following:
- we have no assets to pledge as security for the loan
- we are in poor financial condition
- we maybe viewed as a high market risk
Our failure to obtain sufficient additional financing could result in the
delay or abandonment of some or all of our development, expansion and
expenditures, which could harm our business and the value of our common stock.
This doesn't get into other stuff that is in these filings. It's just one snippet. Some of it is quite depressing. All this info is public and found through links on Ihub.
I find cheapie stocks because of volatility. I can buy MSFT and 10% in a week is good and rare. I can buy DNAP and 200% in a week is okay and somewhat common. The trouble is too many players are tugging on the stock right now and trading it has left the building. Convertibles, dilution, and no telling what else is going on.
Sorry, folks. But it's all true. Ya might wanna look into these La Jolla Cove people and see who and how they have worked with others. One loan had 12% interest on it in the same report.
e
and again, learn English...........
English is not a strong suit for a few around here.
These links are very relavant to DNAP. Look at the balance sheet. Read the p&l. They tell of mounds of financial trouble.
e
paul....................
First, what a wonderful day to be trading! Yippeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!
I told my investing story somewhere on Ihub. Not sure where, but here it is in a brief synopsis:
I began "investing" around 1984. I had some hit and miss success. And somewhere around 1987 I began studying technical analysis. Lots of hair pulling followed. In fact, I still give it a good yank once in a while. But with time my proficiency improved........ enough so that I quit "investing" and began "intrading", for lack of better terms. My success improved still. A few years later I began trading using only technical analysis. Swings were common but daytrading was largely my focus as far as studying went. I now concentrate nearly all effort on financial futures contracts.
I had traded BIFT numerous times and doing quite well with it when I stopped to read posts on a bulletin board about the company's technology - seamless, wirless Internet at speeds of 1.5mbps and higher. At some point the objectivity of the technical analysis left me and the subjectivity of "wanting to believe" permeated my success to that point. I went the mountain. I spoke with a subsidiary president of the corporation. In fact, he was one of the three invortors of this new and marvelous technology. Hecky, shoot! He even hooked up that magic box on my own laptop and we drove around the city watching my computer perform miracles. I was running a browser, watching the Golf Channel and CNN, all at the same time without a moment of trouble or glich. He told me of all the grand events that were about to occur.
The mountain was good, brother. I went home and bought all of BIFT I could (it had changed symbols). No more trading. Nope. I had the inside story. I saw. I believed. I was going to be rich.
Nevermind. He and his fellow crooks had bridges and repeators in trees, telephone poles, etc, along the traveled route. The technology was little more than what some hotels have only with the criminal element attached. They had diluted the share quantity through stock payment schemes, finance deals, and debentures, etc - much similar to DNAP. $2 to .0003. Got vaseline?
I wish longs and believers the best. But from where I'm sitting, I have doubts. I have never seen a single corporation survive the deals these companies arrange. Whether or not they have a product or technology worth something is not important if they are giving away the very financial guts of their being. My example did both - lied about their product and sold their soul. And that president who lied to my face is in business again selling much the same thing in Texas. btw, it's legal.
My story? I'm trading. And I'm stickin' to it.
e
'mornin', dear.......................
Short thought here will connect this post to my bashing DNAP. That is not the intention. I hope someone might become smarter for it. And if one should read this link and the other I posted, they may recognize a few similarities in what you may be doing here and in other stocks. Again, most people do not understand the dynamics and complexities of trading stocks. The links I post are only a nutshell observation. I hope one can learn from them.

inside-out futures.........................
ES and NQ daily charts have pictures brewing but boundaries are marginal for two reasons - extremes relative to bb, and boundaries are mildly violated. The use of lessers might afford better insight.
The 60 min ES hints of upward movement. Note how each picture and boundary has played out in previous signals.
The 30 min ES appears undecided. The time of day may be a problem. Consider the 30 min boundary or watch on the sideline. It's best to play fully qualified signals than gamble with questionables.
gunna...............
No. At this point, it appears other players in the story may be controling things. There are several ways to play stocks. Most people do not realize this. Forces greater than common knowledge are at work. Thoroughly read the link I posted.

Thanks for civility.
New share distributions are visible in charts if you know what to look for. And being aware of setups that regularly produce in cheapies helps tilt odds more in the traders favor.
I have been looking at charts since 1986 or 1987 on a near daily basis. Somewhere along the way it began making sense, and stocks, especially cheapies, have proved the most difficult of instruments to read. But cheapies offer exponential gains if the right technical setups can be found. That is the attraction here. And stocks, for me, are more of a hobby. Indice futures contracts are my main interest.
All of my recent mentions are in response to chrisbasket initial attack of me. Thereafter several others joined in verbal attack. The truth must be hard for them to accept.
Anyway............
Good luck. A bump is probably coming.

You boys are a hoot......................
Not one of you answered a single legitimate question....... only attacked me. This was one of the most read boards yesterday. You did a disservice to your "investment" in this failure. You are incredibly funny. Do any of you know anything about this company? (LOL) Apparently not. You speak only of faith, hope, and subjective thought. You look silly.
I told you early on I hope DNAP has something of value. But in reading of its actions and financial reports it appears distracted by mere survival and dilution of shareholder value, and that is putting it kindly. Ya need wake up. The clock is ticking. A price bounce is likely coming soon. Here's your chance to step clear in the best remaining conditions. The coming bout of dilution will eventually push share prices well into the sub-penny range. Look at all the other otc's who have done the same convertible ventures. It is coming to a DNAP near you. Buy and hold, baby! Yeah, right.
I'm not doing laundry and housework today, so my visiting the computer will be minimal. Other entertainment will be necessary instead. Keep up the hope? It hasn't helped, has it? I'll keep you informed of it's technical progress. It's only right you know when a relative out condition surfaces. You need all the help you can get.
Your pal,
e
you should learn about truth eom
goober............
I feed myself. This is why I am not long in great companies like DNAP until it is appropriate, and then only for a short while. You should learn technical analysis. You should learn accounting. You should do anything other than buying and holding this stock. Doing the former would do you well. If you truly understood accounting or finance you'd be high on the banks from this stinky fish. Learning them takes a few years. Learning technical analysis takes several years. I strongly sense you have done none of these.
How much have you made on DNAP? I traded it a couple times a few years ago. I believe I did alright on it - 50% or more each turn.
Read those links I posted. Read the financial reports. Does anything look familiar? Yeah. I know. I'm a plant from some secretive society on another planet whose purpose is to spread fear and manipulate volume. Yer a hoot, goober.
e
they've been starting up for how long now? eom
You boys need to grow up and..........
get educated on the deal being given. Here's a quick and shallow nutshell look. Be sure to explore the links. http://www.taylorstock.com/OTCBB1.html
Did you know XOXO (XO Communications) Kmart and others went otc before screwing their shareholders? There are reasons for this - to screw the shareholders, of course. Pick a card....... any card.

goober...........................
easyidiot?
What a clown you are. You don't have the capacity to address my pose, so like children, you attack me. I am looking to go long. What a bunch of ill-mannered losers...........
The only possible way to have made money on DNAP is to have traded it. Yet no one here has the first ounce of comprehension of what that is. They prefer to tout a stock that is cash-starved and produces little of nothing; posts regular dismal financial reports; dilutes shareholder positions through increasing share quantities and convertible debentures, a catastrophic death spiral for all who do it; fail to capitalize on government giveaways; enter joint ventures that produce meaningless jumbo; and fail to elevate themselves to national market status after years of business. Yep. Buy and hold investing is the way to go on this baby! How much ya lost on this masterpiece?
These boys were freaking out a day or two ago about the website being down a few hours. That was too funny. Were you guys afraid they took down the tents on ya during the night?
Look at the balance sheet. Look at the p&l. Pathetic. The only hope for this thing is players to pinch bounces. Fools do it any other way. You fellas appear to have that covered.
Comparing this to Amgen or anything remotely successful is just blind hope. This company is in the grips of a debenture death spiral. It is only a matter of time before a complete and final implosion. It's guts are slowly running from a gaping wound and onto the floor.
Enjoy the ride.
e
inside-out 30 minute ES and NQ..............
Subsequent breaks of the picture/boundary setup lend very tradeable pinches. Again, apply boundary rules within the daily, switch to a 30 or 60 minute chart, and wait 'em out. Monday suggests a new trade is on.
retired...................
Did you know it is widely believed that Sarasota and Boca Raton, Florida are the scam capitals for otc corporations? They do have some pretty good marinas, however, to park large numbers of private ocean-going yachts.
e
retired..................
Then answer a question about the company. They made little more than $100K last quarter and spent more than that on sales of the magic. It must be some really good stuff, huh?
Answer a question. One question.
e
The truth is/was...................
I was on your side until chris, baggy, team, dorsey, and cosmic all attacked me on premise that has proved correct in the past. Fear is a funny thing. You demonstrate it well. Your childish attacks address me, not the mentions I post. Are you so ignorant you refuse to embrace the same mathematics I use that are the base of the supposed technology you tout for DNAP? (LOL) You guys ain't right. And still no one has addressed one question I pose on the company. You guys are looking pretty freakin' silly.
Another note: I throw in an occasional slang notation of southern speech and you assume I am southern and make sterotypical innuendo. In reality, I am from Ohio, went to the University of Kentucky and did graduate study at Sullivan, and now live in Kentucky. Flaunting your ignorance serves nothing but that in itself. Besides, Kentucky is a leading heart, lung, and cancer research area among other things. Chances are high you will need the technology derived here at some point in your being...... Funny you should insult those who may save your life.
e
oh, baggy.....................
What does that have to do with DNAP? If you can't defend your pos company, you attack the person, just like a child would?
Still, no one answers a single question. The truth hurts, huh? Hemlock. Knothole in a barn. That'll get you high marks on the debate team. (LOL) Yer a sad and childish lot.
e
yeah...............................
The American Indian says it best: Don't you hate it when company comes and never leaves.
I paid my Ihub subscription. I do not violate rules. I post truth. Kiss my ass if you don't like it.
e
baggy...........
I ain't leavin'. The company here is good............... childish, comical, and seemingly frightened. My opinions are well documented and highly probable. All you fellas have is an otc company losing money that probably doesn't have much and profess buying and holding after years of balance sheet craps and falling share prices. No one has answered a single question on these points. Scared, boy?
Let's assume DNAP has a viable technology or product worth something. Why wouldn't they want to go to a national market and be respectable in their science and the business community after years on the otc? 'Cause they can't be underhanded there and control volume. Face the facts. Play the game. Make money for a change.
Light a candle, else curse the dark - Chinese Proverb.
btw, teamlasvegas...... I read Bartleby The Scribner too. Yer funny. Try again.
e
cosmiccomic.........
Had you read my posts you would know I believe all otc's are pos stocks and all bounce in high ratio. That is why I monitor DNAP - for bounce. You ain't too bright, are ya?
e
hey easy.............
I seldom look at finacial reports but just looked at the last Q for DNAP. Through their own admission, numbers are negative for shareholders. Is that the sign of a buy and hold company? Accounting was a bore in college, but I did paid attention......... Considering the crunch on cash it means an infusion is likely. More dilution? More convertible debentures? This ain't good for buy and hold philosophies, dude. Are you a DNAP employee or something?
You fellas are good on criticism of others, but poor on answers. Don't get pissed. You guys brought it up. Tell me why anyone should buy and hold this pos stock.
e
inside-out gold.....................
two at about the same level.
easy........
Has not the price gone south for years? Plain to see. What has the company produced that warrants buy and hold? Why has it not produced positive stock pricing? Buy and hold of DNAP has proven itself a serious mistake to date. I bring technical premise a bounce may be near and knocked for it here. You guys have only proven yourself wrong. You sound frightened. Congratulations.
e
team................
It doesn't take a genuis to see buying and holding DNAP has been a terrible mistake. The only way to have made money was to trade it. Are you a trader?
If DNAP is such a great investment, why has it been otc for so long. Why doesn't it capitalize on oodles and oodles of free government cash giveaways? Why isn't it a household name in an everbecoming popular science? Why new partners and new stories and no results? Why so long on anything?
It seems to me you know little if anything about the situation. Hell, boy, if DNAP is such a great deal, why ain't it flying in the clouds? Why does it continue downward in price (for years)? Buy and hold appears the worst advice anyone could do given the history of the stock. You must be trading it or know not what you speak of.
chris..................
Nah. What ever happened to game, sport, and the journey? And don't forget opportunity cost. Idle money is a sin in some circles. Besides, I don't trust these kinds of stocks....... too many things tilted in their favor to promote the hand being quicker than the eye. This thing will likely move sideways for a while yet. Unless you have tremendous luck or the skill and mechanism to trade it, this stock ain't fer flippin'.
Iffin ya don't care to hear a few blow-by-blows, just say so. But if many of those spd's pile up, ya might wanna disect the charts fer a better gander. Crooks can be anywhere.
Speakin' of crooks......... Ya notice that spike in price today?
