By the looks of what?
True. But cheap people like me are just now getting around to finally figuring out we may have a bottom here. I'm really trying hard to add another half-million below 41 and I'm not quite there yet.
Thou shalt not have thy bacon and eat it, too.
Waiter! Another serving of indecision for Mr. Spillway.
Well said. I'm not sure this Letterman thing is anything we can take to the bank in terms of hard currency, but it's just a neat thing to hear a well-know person like him talk about our company (and our stock).
Bottom line, excitement factor is at the top of the scale.
After looking at a 2 year chart of FXEN, I can see why you would call it an old friend. I'd be proud to be friends with any stock that did that for me! Wow.
OK, so far I have one vote for adding cheap shares, and I have one vote for a run.
I had planned on adding another 200k at zero zero four today. I might get to anyway, but I'd rather have a run.
Unofficial poll: Which would you rather have today?
a) Opportunity to load up more at .004, or...
b) Run up to .007 or thereabouts?
Brig IS the law.
Buzz! BUZZ! Wake up, it's 8:10am in New Jersey.
Excellent point.
Most excellent! If Dave knows about it now, lots of people in the industry will soon know about it.
BTW (I say this with a grin on my face) isn't a "live tape" kind of an oxymoron?
You're stealing a favorite line of mine! I'm fond of saying that Q is the next Weather Channel, LOL. Not in content, but in coverage... oh, you know what I mean.
Liz Taylor... wow! When I was a teenager I had many a fevered dream about her. How great that Q is doing a special on her. I hope somehow, some way I get to see it.
EGR didn't exactly break out, but it did have a nice gain on top of the gain from last week.
OT: For sure it will be a dandy, unless it's 12 degrees with blowing snow.
Editorial comment: Randy Moss needs to be bitch-slapped, or traded to the European Football League.
May be one of the few good plays today. But I cashed everything out last Friday & I'm taking a few days to try to forget about the market and the SHO rule and the QQQQ and puts and calls and resistance and everything else for a while!! Screw this market, it can do just fine without me for a week.
I have a real job. Trust me on this, it sucks. Well... other than the fact that my employer pays 100% of my health and dental insurance, it sucks.
Me, too. The week between Christmas and New Year I could do no wrong. Everything I touched went up & up. Last week everything I bought rolled over and played dead.
Discouraging, to say the least.
OT: I hope the rest of you are enjoying this titanic struggle between the Vikings and the Packers. It's 24-17 Vikings right now, but Green Bay has the mo-mo early in the 4th quarter.
I just spent about ½ hour looking over the teams in the playoffs this year & I'd say the Pats have as good a chance as any of the other teams, and a better chance than most. If they win the AFC Conference championship, I don't see an NFC team that would be an odds-on favorite to beat them, either.
I would only think it fitting for the Pats to win the Super Bowl this year, to go along with some baseball team that I think is in your area winning the World Series... LOL.
You're welcome. You want any more of these buffalo wings?
My favorite time of year! Waiter, more salsa & chips please, and a fresh beer for my friend over there.
ISO popped up on my scan last night, too. Should be interesting to see what it does on Monday, but right now I feel like I'll probably join in the fray early.
This one year chart shows that a buck in not out of the question.
Oh. Now I feel like I came in at the middle of a conversation and I'm so confused now I'm just going to say good-night and go eat some roasted chicken.
Everyone have a great Sunday! Lots of good football on tomorrow, if you're in the mood to put your feet up all day like me.
Skunks is not an unreasonable person. I think there must have been some confusion in the message numbers... I'm sure Skunks will get it corrected.
I don't, but if you ever do find out, please remember me and tell me how to do it.
Well, together or not, they are still both interesting people. Brad proved himself to me in Seven Years in Tibet, Jennifer never ceases to amaze me with her 100 Megawatt smile.
'Course I'm old, and I find I like young people a lot more now than I used to.
I'll certainly listen. We usually have NPR on in the house as we're doing our weekend thingy.
The weather here today was incredible, light breeze, clear skies, and temp near 70. So we were in and out all day, but I'll try to be in the house tomorrow afternoon.
BTW, Nashville is almost 300 miles west of where I live. Culturally, it's a different universe. When you live in the birthplace of bluegrass, Nashville music sounds about as strange as African drum circles. :=))
Thanks for thinking of me.
BitTips, as usual you bring a considered, reasonable point of view which all of us would do well to emulate.
What you said needed to be said, and I just wish I had found the words to say it as well as you did.
IRSN chart... hard to predict what this thing will do. I've had some success with it in the past, but who knows what it's up to now?
STTC chart... looks like one to watch on Monday morn.
NAY! Speak not ill of Brig. He has more sense than any 5 of the rest of us put together.
GLOW chart. Chugging right along.
Yes, I am. My motto in life: "LET NOTHING STAND IN THE WAY OF A GOOD TIME".
It was Brig that first made me aware of my mental state. I've been a happy man since then.
*Spillway <- The Village Idiot*
IPI chart. Another one to look at over the weekend, it had a good day today.
TPPH is "jiggy" as Buzz would say. But I'm an idiot, so do your DD please.
CTIB chart. Might be something to look at first thing Monday, eh?
TRPH took off nicely today. This one went completely under my radar, but someone's made some good money on it today.
