Hemp products are legal in the US. I haven't found a statement anywhere that says once you concentrate hemp oil down to a certain point it becomes illegal. Do us a favor and find where it says that and let us know, because I can't find it.

Vmax, I have suggested that you ask Dixie directly for the answers to these questions many times. I have also posted a reply I got back from them regarding this situation.

I second Fidelity. I have been trading with my IRA account for about 2 years (almost exclusively with the application on my Android phone). I absolutely love it.
