Who has this much stock to dump? Where did all these shares come from? Can't be short term trades of late. There weren't even buys to have this much sales volume.
Whoever these new sellers are, they can crush this stock into nothingness. STOP. Let the stock breath a little. Or else you will choke off your own golden goose!!!
I called 3 times, they never called me back. NEVER.
Almost down to half cent again. No one to answer the phone. Can't even afford an operator or answering service. What kind of big shot are these clowns? All fake pumps. UGLY.
Good PR, but bad pump. If stock crash through the 7's, it will fall much further.
BK courts take forever. Even this 750K is only a first drop in the bucket to get the thing flowing. With the creditors in the millions, I am sure they are still working out who gets what before the court will approve any kind of resolution. Have you ever heard of a fast BK case involving penny stocks? See ya in another 2 or 3 more months. Any movements now is just the CEO making some noise to get volume moving. After he runs out of hot air, it drops again.
With all that said, stock should be much higher than current levels after the deal is done. But when??? Investors in pennies are not long term holders (even if they proclaim otherwise). If the CEO lets the stock drop without screaming BUY-THIS-STOCK-WHILE-CHEAP-SHARES-ARE-STILL-AVAILABLE, then the stock will fall again to 4 cents where I will scoop some up for another short term trade.
Who is David Cohen and why does he get pay so much money?
Bottom line, 8 cents. Is it now time to buy or wait (to hope for cheaper price)?
Thanks, just saw it.
Catsrevenge, do you have a link to this info? Thanks.
You mean they have very little revenue and loading up on debt? Where are you seeing this?
Without pump, what is a fair price? I don't want to pay pumped up prices. (LOL, I only want to sell at pumped up prices.)
From Michael Stone: I'm betting the farm that LVVV bounces off the .10 cent level where it closed yesterday...
...You might be thinking (WHY) am I so confident regarding LVVV
Here's the deal:
This is "only" my opinion, and also the opinion of others in the chat boards. However, it makes sense!
On December 13th, LVVV announced they were paying a dividend.
Basically "Shareholders would get 1 FREE share for every 5 shares they owned"
Leading me to...
Why did we see big gains this morning, then heavy sell side pressure?
Again, this is just my theory. What I think could have happened today is shareholders finally got there FREE shares from the dividend.
Since they are FREE with literally NO cost basis why not sellinto heavy volume while you have the chance?
This is why I remain ULTRA confident in LVVV and continue coverage betting the farm on the $.10 cent level!
6 SPAMS in two days from Michael Stone on this stock.
Don't know what to think since there is no one at the company to answer the phone. Only an answering machine. All operations are in Asian. Sorry, can't fly there to see if they even exists. All we have to go by is whatever they feel like filing.
Call them. Phone number is (415) 830-8210 according to Yellow Pages.

Good. Now try getting out on a few shares and watch the bid drop through the floor. Getting in is easy. Selling at a profit is very difficult with this stock. Tried to call the CEO a few times. No operator. Only an answering machine. Left 3 messages over a 2-week period with NO returned calls.
You can't do the math until there is a true bid/ask based on active trading. These "shell" bids and asks are only market makers repositioning marker postings. Put in a real buy or sell order. You will see the bid or ask change drastically with just a small order.
I don't think they have much revenue. If Kenactiv did have huge revenue stream, they would not need to reverse into OPHI. Companies with good size revenue base do not go public via reverse.
OK, that means I have 3 shares. LOL
Kenactiv means almost nothing to you. With old OPHI shareholders reduced down to only 3 percent, the amount of revenue means very little in way of dollar appreciation to your limited number of shares.
Kenactiv basically bought the "shell" shares for $230,000 per year (for 3 years via Billy's and Alan's employment contracts). Total cost of shell is $720,000 pay over 3 years.
Legally, I don't know how Billy and Alan got away with issuing 97% newly minted shares to vote for the merger. Seems to me this effectively cut out all shareholder rights to long time faithfuls (in exchange for free money to themselves).
Bill gets $150K for 3 years and Alan gets $80K for 3 years. Shareholders got NOTHING except to have their shares reduced down to almost ZERO. WOW.
They issued the new shares and allow the new shares to vote for the merger. This meant old shareholders lost most of its voting power. In other words, the company doesn't care about your rights. YUCK.
Getting in is easy, but getting out north of the bid with a profit is much harder.
Why will it go up 100%? All the PRs seems to be fluff when there are no signs of money to back up the business plan.
Stock trades at $0.0001. How much money can they possibly have? LOL
Do they have any money to do something good?
Talks big, but do they have any money to get the job done?
SPAM last night on this one.
Is he the same Derek Nguyen who used to be the CEO of Data Logic?
Bad legal advise. Didn't know the NASDAQ rules.
20,346,990 shares being registered under S-1. WOW. Hope they know how to get the most money while building shareholder value.
Have been reading all the PRs since 7/2012. WOW. NASDAQ took them out like CRUSH.
What happened to cause the great downfall?
That would speak to the ugly one-year chart, but does not mean they're a SCAM. What makes you think they're a scam? The movies all seem OK.
Heard about this stock today. Have not bought or nor sold short. Simply doing some DD first. Is this stock for real? For a 2-cent stock, news and fundamentals seem too good to be true.
Dead money for at least another month. The BK court system takes forever. Each step has a long lag time. With only the deposit being made (approved) now, it will be another month or more before the next court date. Sadly too, the company doesn't seem to be working on anything else either. With nothing to drive the stock price (other than court news), this is dead money for now. Say whatever you want about cheap shares and get them before they're gone, nothing big is going to happen until the deal is done.
Basically both saying the same thing. Bottom line, the old OPHI became a shell for reverse. Share structure was set up for a clean RS. Reset. New game with new players and prospects.
The only free trading shares are held by old shareholders. All the newco has to do is set aside a little piggybank money to keep the share prices up until they're ready to pump into a new P&D.
This transaction tells me Billy & Alan gave up on being a public company and this was their only way out. Sadly for the company, it wasn't the only way out.
Kinactiv, a private company, became 97% owner of a publicly traded (OPHID) company. Yes, they bought the shareholder base and thereby becoming a public company via merger. I would not be surprise if newco will spin out OPHI back to Billy & Alan as "paycheck" in the future (free & clear) of all bills.
WOW. They became a shell for reverse.
WOW. 1 for 80. (24 cents)
