Good one.
Tell your friend's dad to go to this website by Kim Cherry-
http://www.alswinners.com/
The information here has been more valuable than the best neurologists in the country. My dad's eastern docs have helped him as well more than the docs. They will just give him a death sentence with no hope.
My dad has been on an extreme diet for the past 2 years and also make sure he gets checked for Lyme disease- sometimes it takes many tests to show it, but can be a cause.
My dad has ALS and he would probably choose the 50% option- and if I had it, I would too, knowing what I know now.
Thanks for the good link.
Yep they are.
I like Leo.
I don't know how some of these types sleep at night. Bad karma making money in a bad way.
Good post Karin.
Interesting
I am glad about that.
Thanks interesting. Higher nicotine fewer puffs.
And Hilary Clinton is probably not. So unfair
Interesting thanks.

It sure is.
Will Tech Data (TECD) Surprise Estimates in Q2 Earnings?
8:40 am ET August 18, 2015 (Zacks) Print
Tech Data Corp. TECD is set to release second quarter fiscal 2016 financial results on Aug 20. Last quarter, the company posted a positive earnings surprise of 15.94%. The company has delivered positive surprises in two of the trailing four quarters, with an average beat of 19.62%. Let us see how things are shaping up for this announcement.
Factors to Consider
In the last reported quarter, Tech Data reported encouraging results with both earnings and revenues exceeding expectations.
The company has been undertaking strategic initiatives to review and strengthen its operations. The exit from its businesses in less-profitable regions like Chile, Peru, and Uruguay is also a positive.
Recently, the company extended its collaboration agreement with Sphere 3D Corp’s ANY subsidiary, Overland Storage. The agreement will enable Sphere 3D to offer its cloud and hybrid cloud solutions through Tech Data's cloud solutions store. In July, the company announced an update for its StreamOne platform and also announced its latest additions to the TDCloud portfolio. These offerings are designed to offer channel partners with new cloud opportunities and capabilities to strengthen their businesses.
However, the ongoing business transition is likely to affect financials in the near term. Moreover, Tech Data’s performance will significantly depend on the demand for personal computers.
For the second quarter of fiscal 2016, management expects low to mid-single digit sales decline in Americas and low to mid-single digit growth in Europe. The guidance is inclusive of $70 million loss of sales owing to Tech Data's exit from its businesses in Chile, Peru and Uruguay. The company expects a non-GAAP effective tax rate of 30% to 32% and average U.S. dollar to euro currency exchange rate of $1.05 to euro 1.00.
Earnings Whispers
Our proven model does not conclusively show that Tech Data is likely to beat earnings in the to-be reported quarter. This is because a stock needs to have both a positive Earnings ESP and a Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy), 2 (Buy) or 3 (Hold) for this to happen. That is not the case here as you will see below.
Zacks ESP: Tech Data has an Earnings ESP of 0.00%. This is because both the Most Accurate estimate and the Zacks Consensus Estimate stand at $1.02 per share.
Loose lips sinks ships.
I guess the joke would be on me too, then.
I like your thinking.
Thank you.
I just had to turn away from it and actually do some real work today. I thought the cc yesterday was good.
Yes nice close.
Thanks for writing this.
Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.
I was just getting ready to request that!!
I think I learned a good new word to use.
Great post, thanks for taking the time to write this. Much appreciated.
Lots of low life's out there.
Sounds good to me!
Good post.
I am happy with the numbers. Van is sticking to his rule which is fine by me.
Have they dropped coverage on other stocks that went on to be ok? (not including DSNY)
Good. Thanks
Thanks for posting that. Good to read again.
