Thats true but I'm not willing to take that chance especially how they dont give you straight answers to begin with. I'm just here to warn people that they could be charged due to them having that in Red on the confirmation page.

I'm sorry that word "May" just doesnt settle right with me. Theres just to much to go wrong when its worded that way.

UPDATE ON ZECCO! I just logged into my account at zecco and put 200k $EMXC shares up for sell. On the confirmation page to send the order it had the following below in Red.

"This security may not be DTC-eligible and may be subject to Physical Stock Certificate Fees as high as $700 per order. Moreover, sales of Low Priced Securities may be subject to buy-in, without notice, when certain market conditions are met. By submitting this order you indicate that you have read and understand Zecco Trading's Low Priced Equities Disclosure and FAQs."

Do what you want to but my suggestion is to stay away from them because they have the above warning in red for a reason. They may or may not charge you but why would you take that chance? If they do charge you then they are covered due to the above warning in Red.

I personally wouldnt take that chance on that crooked charge! Take it for what its worth and good luck if you do!

One more thing I noticed while dealing with zecco, their customer service wont give you a true straight answer and they seem to dance around it. That alone is why I moved to Scottrade.

To sell, anywhere from $200 to $700 so avoid zecco and any other brokerage that uses penson as their clearinghouse.

I have hundreds of thousands of $EMXC shares sitting in zecco and they are charging the non-dtc fee's if you try and sell because their clearinghouse is penson. So avoid them at all costs!

My millions of shares are at Scottrade so I can sell and trade them anyway I like and at the normal comm. fees :)

Well as a long supporter here I do appreciate your thoughts into $EMXC and your best wishes for us. This company is for some and not for others and I can understand why there are people on both sides when it comes to $EMXC.

I've traded blue chip stocks and made alot of money as well as in penny land. I cannot put a finger on what it is about $EMXC that attracts me to it but I will tell you that this stock will be the talk of the town very, very soon. Call it a hunch, a gut feeling....For me its a No-Brainer! I'm probably one of the few longs here that have thousands upon thousands invested in $EMXC and I ocassionally add more from time to time without hesitation.

I've done my own DD, homework when it comes to this company and I see nothing but a very bright horizon and future for all that take that stand and believing in this company. The future is now so dont live in the past! I'm not here to sell it nor am I here to change anyones mind about $EMXC. I am here to give congratulations to the one's like myself that see the huge potential and hope to meet you all when this escalates north to Alaska. A huge amount of us here will be very wealthy and I hope your newfound wealth doesnt change you in the wrong way but changes you for the better for your family.

For those who doubt and choose not to invest in $EMXC I wish you good luck and hope you find your fortune in some way. But in the end I will feel your pain when your doubts keep you from joining us.
