There's a more detailed filing out there that does show an increase on O/S. nothing wrong with that. But people like to speculate dilution atomically when I reality we don't know what the shares will be used for.
Much of this volume has come from the buying and selling between MMs. Don't forget they trade for themselves too. They scared you out of shares, bought them in the .018s and are now placing large orders on the ask for a nice profit. This is what they do until the company sends out updates and MMs can't play games as easily. Chart says accumulation is up which is a good thing in my eyes.
Just because the O/S has been raised does not mean they will come to market. You and I have no idea what they are being used for. Private placement, share swap..who knows?! You have contradicted yourself in your posts. You said the 8-k verified dilution in one post then in other you said Eric did. Which is it? The 8-k certainly doesn't state that and I have verified members who I trust more who have spoken to Eric and he has not let any info go.
Manipulation
You can call it a "fall" but that's because we were purposely taken in that direction. Nothing relating to the company really supports that fall. The fundamentals here have not changed, if anything they have gotten better. People took the merging of the two entities as a negative and ran with it by mistating facts. I am sure that move was a requirement to get their financial house in order. Plenty of people took that opportunity to add to their large positions as seen in the accumulation on the chart. You've been here for awhile with the same tune so I am assuming your position is quite substantial as well.
How do you know for a fact that they have come to the market? They may have been used for private placement. Can you please provide evidence somehow of this. Thanks.
Haha ok. But you were stating the market cap would be so and so based off of 1b shares. Market cap is derived from an OS not AS, so that's where my assumption came from. Glad you picked up more. Our time will come.
Wait now you admit that the O/S is 500m and A/S is 1b? How come you decided to scare people earlier with claims of a 1b O/S. You're only hurting the pps when there are posts like that. Truth of the matter is nobody is 100% certain until we hear from the company. The chart tells us that accumulation is up on low volume. Meaning somebody is sucking up these shares for good reason.
IMO
Totally agree with you about the accumulation. That tells the whole story. Don't sell because a few random people have popped up to scare you out of your position. Read the DD. Most of the true longs here keep getting put in iHub jail or they are staying away from all the nonsense posted here. They know what they own.
Can we stop posting anything from PR log or Sierra. We have been in a downward trend ever since that blog came about. It's all speculation and opinion. Nothing is coming from the company in those regards.
Long AAPT
Seriously? You didn't know she was in Europe??? The company also verified she was in Switzerland. Hmmm I wonder why she would go there. Oh yea there's a little company called Nestle who does what besides produce animal products??
"Nestlé, by contrast, built its pet food empire more recently via acquisition, buying Britain's Spillers Petfoods in 1998, Alpo for $500 million in 1994 and Cargill Argentina last year."

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - May 29, 2012) - All American Pet Company, Inc. (OTCQB: AAPT) (PINKSHEETS: AAPT) --
Positive meetings with investors, distributors and production resources in Germany and France present opportunities for expanding US operations of AAP to international markets including Latin America and Japan. Euromonitor reports the up-trend in pet care spending has increased exponentially during the last five years. Industry media attribute the expanding world pet market to the global humanization of pets -- research shows that more than half of all dog owners sleep with their pets.
"While North America is the largest ($56.7B) pet products marketplace servicing 78 million dogs, it is also the most mature pet products market," commented Barry Schwartz, CEO, AAP. "To fully realize the potential of our innovative lines of wellness products we will look to the expanding global marketplace ($24B) to leverage our brand's unique franchise and retail footprint with the other 80 million dogs of Europe, Japan, Russia and Brazil."
Within the pet product sector, industry analysts indicate that consumer preferences for premium and super-premium all-natural products offering specific wellness benefits are seeing and will continue to see the greatest growth. Pet owners are highly receptive to products and services that replicate the ones they use themselves. AAP's new PAWtizer™ is a perfect example of a human product mirrored for pet use.
Lisa Bershan, AAP President acknowledged, "We have a super sales team and first to market innovations. Offering our lines of wellness product firsts will get us in the door and customer loyalty will certainly keep us there."

Actually we already knew the O/S was 320m months ago. Which means they only issued 140m shares of the MD company. Didn't Lisa go to Europe to find new investors??? Don't you think these shares were used already in other ways? There has been no sign of dilution and people forget that the company raised capital by selling shares to 11 investors. Combine that with 1m loc and that gives them working capital. We do not know what Lisa did in Europe but for all we know those shares were used in a swap deal with a larger company.
Is logic lost on you?
Yes I can read. But the MD corporation is no longer in existence. They were issued before June 11, 2012, these were shares that were already in the open market, shares that you and I and others own.
AAPT MD was incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland on February 13, 2003.
AAPT NV was incorporated as a Nevada corporation on May 22, 2012, and is the entity to survive the Merger.
This is also taken from the same 8-k filing
Article VI - CAPITAL STOCK
Section 1. Authorized Shares . The total number of shares which this corporation is authorized to issue is 1,000,000,000 shares of Common Stock and 10,000,000 shares of Preferred Stock valued at $.001 par value.
(b)
Each share of AAPT NV Common Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time (if any) will cease to be issued and outstanding and will automatically be canceled and retired and resume the status of authorized and unissued shares of AAPT NV, and no share of AAPT NV Common Stock or other securities of AAPT NV or other consideration shall be issued in respect thereof.
STOP POSTING INCORRECT INFORMATION. THE A/S is 1billion but you do not know what the O/S is! Market capitalization is based on the O/S not A/S. You do not know what those shares are being used for, if anything.
Have they told you that? They recently fired their CFO and brought in a new one. Perhaps he is working on that. Perhaps they merged their two entities in order to sort out their financial house. Their tier listing doesn't require regular filings. Perhaps they are preparing them for an uplisiting.
IMO
JMO
MOMO
Did they tell you they were scared to do so? Maybe they are working on them as we speak.
No worries. I am with you. Love having a page just want to see all the correct info. AAPT has a habit of doing things loosely in these regards. Social media needs to be taken seriously regardless of whether or not individuals here think it's important. Traditional marketing and advertising is out the window and AAPT has a good chance to make their presence known without having to spend loads of money. Just want to see things done right
I emailed them too. Facebook wasn't even created in 2003, let alone having "likes" or "pages." The 2003 refers to the founding of AAPT and it shows at the bottom because that's how the timeline works.
Ok thats fine but damn how do you post a link to a website that isn't even hosting any content or connected to their existing sites?! https://www.facebook.com/pages/All-American-Pet-Company/326670114081121?sk=info
Maybe it's a future domain they will have a page on but still, so amateurish. A gmail account too? I wish they would stop this kind of stuff. They need to hire a social media pro. Quit those silly iphone videos as well. 18 year old interns can build a better page and brand awareness. OK rant over.
I am very long on AAPT but that facebook page does not look like it was created by the company. First off the All American logo looks like it was taken from google image search. Second the about information lists the website wrong and the email address at pawtizer@gmail.com?
I could be completely wrong but it looks suspicious.
They did not authorize an increase. They were probably required to take on those existing shares in order to merge the two entities. This does not mean they will use them. People claiming dilution as a fact should back it up with proof of dilution. There are many big lurkers here with loads of shares that could be selling off for a variety of reasons. People see a decline in pps and scream dilution as the only possible answer. Truth is nobody knows what the shares are being used for and who or what is selling right now.
I agree with you. Too many people came in expecting to hold for a few months and see tremendous gains. If it was this easy to run a business everybody would do it. Things take time to develop. The DC wasn't even on our radar a few months ago. Look at it now. AAPT is hiring new employees to run this place. They are worried about creating a successful business right now, not a short term pop in the pps. I am adding when I have funds and I have bought in between .0018 and .07. For me these figures mean nothing because I don't plan to sell for a long time or until I am forced to.
Thanks. However .50 is too low in my opinion. I'd rather ride it out with AAPT doing this on their own and reach targets higher than that in a years time. The fact the some people have 15+ million shares could also be a reason why the AS increase.
We all know Lisa has a habit of starting successful companies and selling them off. It's proven. However this is more of a passion project for her and I don't think she will let it go that easily. I could be wrong but depending on the O/S, if we get retailer news this could run .2-.3 easy. From there a .50 buyout is not enough.
Also I think they needed to merge the two entities in order to complete and uplisting. This has to be a goal for AAPT regardless of a share swap.
We don't know what the new shares are classified as and what restrictions will be put on them.
Calculating Market Cap
Market capitalization is just a fancy name for a straightforward concept: it is the market value of a company's outstanding shares. This figure is found by taking the stock price and multiplying it by the total number of shares outstanding. For example, if Cory's Tequila Corporation (CTC) was trading at $20 per share and had a million shares outstanding, then the market capitalization would be $20 million ($20 x 1 million shares). It's that simple.

Good post. I could be wrong but because of the merger of the MD and NV entities, does the standing company have to automatically take the existing shares on board? Is there a way they can re-structure the share count after the fact?
Perhaps they were required to sort of this situation before moving forward with any financials and or share swaps.
Haha so you dumped another million?! I thought you told everybody you were holding 2 million long because you knew AAPT would get there eventually.
Because he is making the market cap seem like it's based off the A/S and it's not. We don't know what the current O/S is and he is making it seem as if it this stock were to reach $1 it would be a billion dollar company. Just because the A/S is 1b does not mean shares have come to market. We do not know this. So him posting that is rubbish. You responding to me in that manner is rubbish. Why don't you pick up on his incorrect post instead of policing me. iHub is good enough at that.
They are resellers of product. AAPT manufactures and distributes their products. The selling is done on the retail fronts, which that website could potentially do. I think there is enough distinction there.
AAPT is going up. Don't give away your shares to fear. Don't let the nature of this board distract you. The DD is there (for the time being).
Or they merged the two entities together so they can clean up their business as required by an uplisting? It would seem silly for them to have two outstanding corporations. Perhaps they have been instructed to do this to become current.
This bounce back today is like the AAPT of old. I remember the days it would drop 30% in the am and finish up green! Good day going into a new week. Can't wait for Monday.
Thats what I will do, try a small chunk for practice/confidence purposes. But we all know what could be looming in terms of news and I would be kicking myself to be caught without even 30k shares.
Haha i know, but still a novice and wasn't comfortable timing the exits, the profits weren't too substantial at the time. will be trying it on the next run however.
I bought in at under a penny and holding all my shares tightly. Don't want to get caught flipping.
