Tesla has a unique product. Musclepharm has nothing unique. All their products are simply copies of other companies products and sold at a discount.
LOL That ship has sailed.
The golf world thinks Tiger Woods is a head case — and he might have to leave the sport to fix it

And they have lost over $120 million doing it.
I can buy 2000 Ferraris over the next 6 years and sell each one for $50000 less than I paid and generate $500 million in revenue and still lose less money than Musclepharm has.
I don't think anyone that they have signed has contributed anything good. Quite the opposite.
Look at the list:
Michael Vick
Rampage Jackson
Tiger Woods
CT Fletcher
Flo-rida
Johnny Rehab
LaRon Landry
Colin Kaepernick
Hmmmmm . . . you might want to check your ticker. Mine says 7.79.
Comparing Dymatize's time to reach a certain revenue to Musclepharm is ridiculous. Dymatize made profit - big profits - EVERY single year in business. Musclepharm has lost over $120 million.
This is why Musclepharm's stock price is well below a penny pre-split.
I've said it before and I'll say it again - Musclepharm's business model will never be profitable.
This stock will NEVER see $20. Never.
Bad time to be adding fellas. Lots of ugly coming down the pipe.
Muscle Milk recently settled a similar class action for $5.3 million. The difference here is Muscle Milk could afford it. Musclepharm cannot.
Is this a serious question? The lawsuit was just filed last week.
You should see the lab test. It's ugly. And it's ironic that ChromaDex is the company that performed the test.
Not looking good.
You're absolutely right. The class action lawsuit for fraud that was just filed is a completely new problem Musclepharm is facing.
Straight from Musclepharm's website:
MusclePharm is recalling all products containing any reference to NSF, the use of NSF marks, or any indication that the product is NSF certified, approved, or made/manufactured in a NSF certified or registered facility.

It's well documented.

Wikipedia
In March 2012, NSF International notified the public that a MusclePharm product improperly bore the "NSF Certified for Sport" mark.[56] In December 2013, NSF launched a lawsuit against MusclePharm[57] and declared that MusclePharm is not authorized to use any NSF certification marks, to claim that any of its products are certified by NSF or to claim that they have been manufactured in an NSF GMP certified or registered facility.[58]
Given their past conduct with false labeling I would say it's a logical assumption.
You know I never say that $6 million show up on the financials. I wonder why?
Not that it's any of your business but I'm here to get and give insight on trading this stock.
Why are you here?
Wrong product. It's the Iron Mass that Musclepharm have been scamming people with.
Retire on this stock. Now that is funny!
You mean according to that blog. What does the FDA have to do with that blog?
According to the FDA? That's a blog that has nothing to do with the FDA.
Wow - 6s will be here sooner than I thought.
How low will it go?
This is a new class action lawsuit that was filed against Musclepharm last week.
Being technically legal and defrauding the consumer are two very different things. As with virtually every class action lawsuit this one has nothing to do with legality.
This wouldn't be as big an issue if they were swimming in cash but we all know that isn't the case and they sure can't pay their lawyers or settlements with shares they pull out of their a$%.
. . . and the legal feels mount.
The web site is reporting about the lawsuit. The lawsuit aledges Musclepharm is claiming the protein has twice as much as it actually does.
What can Musclepharm do? Nothing.
This class action lawsuit is against Musclepharm only. There are other lawsuits against a few other companies that were pulling similar scams.
LOL - Not so sure a lawsuit for ripping off consumers is even remotely a sign of success.
Here's some more info on the class action lawsuit against Musclepharm for spiking the Iron Mass protein.

Looks like 6s will be here pretty soon. Even the biggest supporters of this stock have lost faith.
Ouch - hello 7s.
I wouldn't let bother me too much if I were you.
Musclepharm should make a Johnny Rehab line.
Clearly he and Musclepharm have put no effort into becoming educating on the products or the company or how to promote them when these key opportunities arrive.
This is what happens when the money used for these endorsements is not earned.
Musclepharm endorser Johnny Manziel enters rehab program.
They sure know how to pick them.
Looks like that lawsuit is still going strong. Racking up those legal fees.
Haha lol. That's funny.
Looks like Musclepham will have more to worry about than the SEC investigation. Since they have been scamming consumers with the Arnold supplements FDA and FTC are soon to jump on board.
Pacer.gov
You can search all lawsuits that are filed. Just search Musclepharm. It was filed on Wednesday.
They are now involved in 3 separate and on-going class action lawsuits.
New class action lawsuit filed against Musclepharm for lying about the protein content in Arnold Iron Mass. They claim 40 grams of protein and tests showed less than 20 grams.
Case3:15-cv-00413-JCS
"After scientific testing of the Product, the actual total content per serving of
protein is actually around 19.4 grams (as calculated from the total bonded amino acids) as
opposed to 40 grams of protein claims by Defendant for the Product. See Exhibit A"
