I find it to be irresponsible as a shareholder of Green Cures to continue with the same opinions about the company which are a direct contradiction to prior opinions. They do not benefit Green Cures, they do not benefit shareholders, even those making the statements, they do not benefit prospective shareholders and add little t the discussion about Green Cures or their potential.
Thank you for the feedback OT. Always appreciate your comments. The post was more of a direct denial of a direct positive. It's just as easy for me to say it won't happen as it is for the next guy to say it will. Without proof that anything is happening we have guesses, but I do understand the risks and possibilities with the SEC. Not just with Green Cures, but with any OTC with continued questions. I just don't feel that pointing them out over and over is beneficial to an intelligent discussion.
The SEC will not be investigating GRCU. It is just as foolhardy, if not more so to assume they will. Where is the proof? We've been waiting for weeks now for your proof. Nada. Next.
Rob, that's the way it is bro. If they are really building something real in the cesspool of the OTC, they must be careful. They must go slow and they must follow the rules. Nobody said they weren't going to make mistakes. Nobody said that the PPS would maintain its levels when so many bought in during the trips. Nobody guaranteed us anything or put out flowery PR's. We roll the dice here. If it doesn't come up sevens for us, then that's the risk we take in this start-up.
If people think the new green rush is going to happen overnight and these start ups are going to fly, they've invested in the wrong sector and company, IMO. The sour grapes from hard losses is tough, but hopefull people are betting with their heads on Green Cures and not over it. All IMO.
Are you saying that the federal government including the federal bureau of investigations is going to be investigating your personal friend Robert Calkin who you had all the faith in the world in??? LOL. OK.
The SEC is not going to look into Green Cures D. It would be akin to me filing a complaint with the IRS expecting them to look into the inequitable tax structure and giving me my money back. Ain't gonna happen no matter how many groups rant and rave about Green Cures. That's just sour grapes and we all know it.
DTL, I'm sure Green Cures will respond accordingly to any filings made by shareholders without proof of any wrongdoing. The fact of the matter is SILENCE does not INVITE a SEC investigation. As we all know, promotion and promise without substance is something the SEC usually enjoys looking in to. Thankfully, GRCU has some substance and signs of progress. We're good, IMO.
He'll give us something my friend. Whether we like it or not is another story. I'm not giving up hope. I am disappointed with the silence, but nobody guaranteed this would be a sprint.
Saturday the 15th K2. I expect them on Friday to avoid lateness. That would not go over too well on Monday, IMO. Hoping for some relevant updates. Game ain't over yet!
We'll certainly get some sort of update this week Rookie. May be just the fins and maybe a bit more. Hopefully if we get a material event, we will see some additional updates throughout November and December. Calkin never promised quick returns on this. Tough road to recovery now, but never can tell. A big update can bring us back to respectability quickly,
Actually Green, that's been there. The tincture which is supposedly strawberry is not.
Must have been updated today Green. It hasn't been there and I've been keeping an eye out. Seems like GRCU thinks it business as usual regardless of the floundering fish on life support.
GRCU
Wish I had the same type of ESP you do Rick. I don't know what the hell is going to happen next. I do know if the ship goes down, I drown with her!
71% down as well, but not quite out yet. Holding and waiting!
Why buy the 4's when folks are presently selling it to the grave. Might as well wait for the 1's. Tough waiting game. Hopefully Green Cures doesn't give us the basics end of week. I'm sure people here will sell it to the trips with that. Holding and waiting. Let's see what you've got GRCU.
17.9 million Americans now have access to legalized Marijuana. 141 million Americans can still be fully prosecuted with Marijuana being criminalizes. Discrimination at its finest. Class action lawsuit anyone?
All comedy aside, looks like the declassification may be this administrations legacy with little to chear about from the guy in charge now.
Bottom line, when it happens, I think Calkin strikes with GRCU. Waiting game. Hard, tough to swallow waiting game. Sticking around for the finale.
That's my saving grace now. If we had the flowery fluff, I'd be even more worried. I'll accept the disappointment, but I won't give in to giving up.
That's the 64k question Shelby. It could be for CCI it could be for GRCU, it could be some other endevour? Nobody knows. It's a guessing game for all of us and we've all been in the dark for the past two months. Hopefully we find out soon so a recovery can take place.
May be about GRCU and may have absolutely zero to do about GRCU. The fact that he is focusing on CCI is clearly apparent. Heat doesn't mean I'm turning negative. I'm not. I've been here long enough and showed enough faith and support to express disappointment. I find this PPS to be an insult based upon the potential of the company and the ability of the man who is the CEO in creating successful businesses. I'm sure more time is needed. I know patience is necessary. A lot more patience and a lot more time. However, anyone who says they aren't disappointed with the share value at present would be disingenuous. Even if purchased in the trips and help what a tough pill to swallow watching an 80% decline in value. Yes it can come back and yes one solid, tangible, fact-based PR can push us forward; but how low do we have to go before we recover. Frustrating.
As hard as it is for me to admit, I must agree with you on this. I'm not going to say that things won't turn around. There is still plenty of time and opportunity for Green Cures, but the only facts we can go by at present are 60 days of silence and a spiraling PPS. I don't see how Roberts posts have anything to do with GRCU. Perhaps sometime way down the road, but for stabilizing value of our investments, it'll do as little as the last few.
Besides the visual signs of slow progress, it's always nice to communicate them as well. They've missed big on that. Perhaps it's because they are working on things and do not want to say, perhaps it's the political and legal climate. I have no idea, but I do know that a corporate update would have been nice, even if to maintain the status quo. This doesn't mean I'm panicking or selling. I'm not. But right now, it pretty much stinks.
A major catalyst for Green Cures and any other wannabe. Government rescheduling. When it happens, not if, we stand to capitalize big. An Obama legacy? Don't count it out.
I Glow where is you proof GRCU is a share selling scheme?
Where is you proof??????

Sports Fans Buckle up for Tomorrow!
I have some news that will change GRCU forever.
There might even be a article concerning GRCU and TTDZ.
God, I love being the bearer of News. LOL!!!
So all GRCU Honks put on your cups - you might want to make it a steel cup - this is SKTO/AEGY type News.
Can't give it away until verified - but it will be fun.
To All of my Fans - Good Night!
Seems Ole I-Glow can bring the eyeballs to a board - most read and you know it is to read my posts.

Buyer beware!
Call Action Transfer. The typical reason for a gagged TA as we all know is some behind the scenes shenanigans like dilution or an increase in shares. Not happening here. Some agents general across the board rule is to refer back the company and GRCUs SS is clearly listed on the OTC market site. Not sure why it matters unless someone has some relevant info they know and would like to share.
Could be chance. He may have no other means to affect Green Cures at present, but by doing what he's doing and dealing with CCI. The man said it himself, two steps forward and one back. I don't know what people expect him to do by making Green Cures his first priority if his eventual plan is to grow, have dispenseries, etc when the laws in many states don't allow it yet. I've maintained that the silence is for a reason. I believe they'll speak up this week with fins and an update.
Don't know, but Calkin needs to wake the heck up and know what's going on. More fuel for the flames. Nice going Keith.
Yup, you're right. Read it backwards.
That's not how I read it bro. Seems madbeans is saying she didn't know RC rebrands and Casey is saying heck no, don't do that and call it special. Reread and let's see if we can break it down. Seems more like a defense. What'd you think?
You state,
It is morally reprehensible to be selling CBD products made from hemp.
Please correct me, but the brothers Stanley produced Charlottes Web from a variety of hemp and landrace strains of cannabis. Thus, they produced a rare strain of hemp which they labeled CW.
Following this up, Perry, Cohen and Broun introduced the medical hemp act of 2014 excluding industrial hemp and CBD from the definition of MJ.
I fail to see how it is, "morally reprehensible," to sell CBD derived from hemp when that is exactly what the Stanley's have created. Perhaps there is a study out there someone can dredge up to compare our hemp to theirs? I haven't seen it, but unless we are talking semantics, it seems Green Cures is producing CBD from the same hemp products as the Stanley's. Thus I'm confused with your comments. They seem contradictory.
What are the strains being produced from the Stanley's and how do they differ then Green Cures? What specifically makes the quality better? Is it the strain, potency, extraction process? I wasn't aware there was a comparison available. TIA for the info.
Tons of educators are wonderful in the classroom, but terrible at public relations. That's a fact, not an opinion as I've been running a public school for years and have seen it first hand. With that being said, I do believe the silence is on purpose. Things going on here are far more complex than we understand. Romeo Cruz said that to me personally in an email exchange. Just one of several email exchanges we've had below.
Thank you once again Mr. Cruz for your reply and the open dialogue. I appreciate any time you may have in your busy schedule as I understand the position and responsibilities you have very well. Since I am a shareholder, I did have some concerns about unaudited financials, however beyond that even, I have a concern about the lack of financials from the former management and how it could negatively impact Green Cures moving forward. Specifically, my concern is that any uncovered debt from past creditors will become Green Cures debt as creditors certainly wouldn't agree to absolve the company, sale or not. I know start-ups are tough and appreciate the progress made to this point. Enjoy your week.

Green Cures & Botanical Distribution Inc. to you
Dan,
There is a reason why we posted the list of transaction from 2011-2012 back in May-June. It won't be easy for just anyone to show up and say GRCU owes x-y-z amount of money. This business is more serious and complex than most believe, reason why we are here and others are not.
Have a great rest of the week.

I guess we will continue to have to wait and see just how serious they are.
Maybe there is a reason? Maybe he doesn't give a crap if we like it or not. Maybe it's too big to blow. He did say that in his cryptic FB post. At the very least, I'm interested in what the fins will show and what else they have to say. Like another poster said earlier, hopefully it won't just be about another tincture and what is coming end of year. We don't have too long to wait for that. Friday or earlier.
No disagreement. They've botched it a bit. They've also been poor with communication. The PPS at this level is absurd if they think they're legit. No doubt two months of silence is unacceptable, but nothing can be done about it but sell if dissatisfied. I'm not there yet.
Yup. Play what you can afford to lose and let the company have the time it needs to become successful. I've built one myself and know from experience mistakes will be made, barriers are imminent and much time is necessary. Perhaps RC and crew aren't as good of communicators that I may be, or perhaps they are navigating this sector carefully with the scrutiny the SEC has on it? I don't have the answers and I am also down hard. Yet, I'm not out and I've lost nothing because I'm still here, and here I'm staying, for better or worse. The sector in general is too new, too intriguing and too full of potential for me to accept a loss and move to another MJ play which may be even worse.
I think they'll be something relevant to say from GCBD within the next several days. They tipped their hand to that as has RC. I think Rico is coming EOY. I also think Calkin is sticking to his guns about 2015. He's mentioned it a couple of times. Tough call for some to stick around, I get it, but I'm not talking it up and bailing. I'm satisfied with some things and dissatisfied with others.
No disagreement. I'm not sure what his reasoning is, however I think he has one. I don't know if the silence is related to this "plan" he has which isn't complete, lack of anything relevant to say, or just poor communication skills and lack of experience in running a public firm. Personally, bottom line for me, I have to stick around to find out. I'm still intrigued.
His show clue. Only thing these cats here can do is pi$$ and moan about it. Honestly, I'm dissatisfied with the lack of communication, but I'm not in charge and I have no clue (no pun intended) what's going on behind the scenes except for speculation and guesses. That's why we're here right? GRCU is a speculative start-up, is it not. End of story.
You know the guy right? If you still think he has a plan and he can navigate these rough spots, there's still potential right? Fins next week. Maybe some additional news that can get you closer to even? How much worse can it get? Just make sure you're not kicking yourself in the backside if something relevant comes along with fins. Tough call bro. Btw, average is .018, so getting my a$$ handed to me right now and going nowhere.
I don't worship him either, but I also don't set the timelines and decide when the communication takes place. This is his show, not mine or yours. Looks like his philosophy is, if you don't like it too damn bad. We either deal with it or move along.
Is this really reduced to bantering about whether the man said Board of Investors or Board of Directors? Perhaps he was miffed at the email, which was disrespectful in tone and he shot back with board of investors as a "you ain't in charge of jack," comment. Or maybe, just maybe, he made a mistake. Those things happen right? We read the butchered English language in this forum daily. Shall we pick it apart too? Or maybe Calkin isn't great with the pen. Who cares? Frankly, I'll be please with another tincture and please with a Vape pen and pleased when Rico Suave comes out and just as pleased if they can get their stuff straight with lawyers and timelines. What should we talk about next? His favorite color?
Concerned yes. Panicked, no.
