As I recall the last time we had a volume decline like this
it was followed by a price pop and news.
That was a while ago though.
Hey Percy, there is always CYGX SHM. Right?
Maybe Larry will show up too? One can only hope.....
So Percy, if you have been screwed so badly by this company's management why not cash your chips in completely and MOVE ON to something else? Submit your resume if you have the answers.
I am sure MS would love to have your insight as to how he could procure financing by other means, if in fact that was what they were doing.
Having a Masters and being considered a grunt worker, wow is this world changing. When I worked for DuPont in the late seventies having a high school diploma was all that was needed for associate scientist/lab technician type jobs.
In the 1980s one had to have a BS degree minimum. In the 1990s a BS degree has become what the high school diploma was. Now folks with MS degrees are considered to be what were the BS grunts. What's next? PHDs vs post docs?
Amazing how the push for knowledge has pushed the requirements for employment in many of these companies.
Looking to hire these types of folks is a good sign IMO.
And ice cream has no bones, how philosophical.....
As for the part where management sucks, I am still having a difficult time trying to understand just exactly why when I know how far this company has come in the past 5 years.
noforgettingu, I agree with you that this is a matter of opinion, NOT FACT. I also realize that this company's management may not have done some stellar things in the past, but to continually be on this witch hunt is absurd and pointless. Could the Phenuel situation have been a good move
on management's part to protect PIP? Could they have made some good moves by dissolving the relationship with PP?
Can the same be said for the other trial too?
Why is it automatically assumed by some (not all) on this board that managment always makes a boo-boo? Furthermore, not many OTCbb start up companies attract the best candidates
for managerial positions. Often times you get what you pay for. I already suggested to one poster that if he/she thinks
they can do a better job then maybe they should submit their resume. This is not an automotive company. Things DO take time, regardless of what some here may post. The only time I would expect this thing to take off is if we get DNA purification ramping up for other companies to buy, or if CYGX is able to move to further phase trials of their anti-Herpes cream. The IND application still needs to be submitted though. So sit back and enjoy the ride.
And if I read one more "where have all the patents gone" I'll start singing like Judy Collins, but deeper. Much deeper.
Thanks tibbcat. It'll be interesting to see if you are right.
Big B, about light volume today....
as if everyone is holding their collective breath?
I dunno...
I like your thinking Chadman. Why would someone devote time and effort into googling a moniker or an email address.
Larry has basically taken RB (I say let him have it), now
others come to IHUB to post nonsense having nothing to do with CYGX.
Weren't we all in agreement that discussing the pending lawsuits was perhaps a good thing? Then BAM, we get these
posts not only on IHUB but on RB.
Larry seems to have picked up his pace too. Seems almost like an act of desperation on his part.
These are just my observations. They may mean nothing more than folks with nothing to do all day but sit and post, however, there is always the chance that you may be on the money Chadman. Tibbcat seemed to think a good PR is possible too.
As with the purification of DNA which surprised almost everyone, with the possible exception of Rusty_car, news can happen at anytime. The DNA purifying PR was also evidence that
this company knows how to keep things quiet, and that even those who may know something and post on this board know how to keep it quiet too (just in case there is anyone on this board like that).
tibbcat, do you think this was purely a technical move up in shareprice, and that CYGX may drift down to low $0.60 levels
or do really think news may be the reason for the move up?
Just curious and appreciate your thoughts, so far your analysis has been pretty good.
TIA
CD_98
djharker, I chuckled too, but can we keep this board focused on CYGX and all that relates to it.
Can we please keep this board on the subject of Cytogenix?
Brando, your posting that does not belong on this forum.
Now get lost.
TIA
CD_98
Nice call tibbcat.
Specul8, yeah sure looks like being $400 in the plus column
makes someone look like a financial wizard, huh? LOL!
Oh, I forgot commissions so that lowers it even more.
LOL! Can you guess who I'm talking about?
Got killed on INPH again. Their Q was not good AT ALL.
Time to pull the cord on that one and put my $$ to work somewhere else. Perhaps some of it here?
Nice bounce back....
Big B,
Just know of a few folks that worked at Noramco for $12-$14/hour a few years back and they were QC chemists. Forced overtime and a bunch of other stuff too unbelievable. They didn't last long working their. Just got their teeth cut and left.
I'm sure not all of J&J is like that. I just know I would not work for them after the stories I heard.
BTW, this is just one small part of J&J.
Also know of some folks who worked at McNeil in Blue Bell Pa.
Just not thrilled with some of the things I heard about J&J.
Good call on CYGX bouncing back up Big B.
Keep telling folks on this board that word has gotten out about CYGX. You and I are proof of that!
OT (but it pertains to just about every board): I am sure everyone has read this or something similar at one time or another.
As posted on another board......
WHY BASHERS HIT VITX...................
by: mish111222
Long-Term Sentiment: Strong Buy 02/01/05 10:58 am
Msg: 45552 of 45577
Why Bashing?
The Anatomy of a Basher strives to look at the calculated erosion of confidence in a given stock.
Here I provide some information how to identify a basher.
Rule 1: Remember, BASHERS NEVER Bash A BAD STOCK.
Check the boards for stocks with no potential. They never have any Bashers. Bashers only go after stocks that are moving up or have excellent potential to do so. Bashers work to bring the price down to either increase their position at the expense of others or help a Short make their bones.
Rule 2: BASHERS ALWAYS BRING UP OLD NEWS THAT YOU HAVE HEARD MANY TIMES.
Rule 3: BASHERS POST MANY TIMES A DAY.
They'll try to wear you out. They comment on everything and every other post, and can answer every question. THEY KNOW IT ALL! There is no positive comment they won't Bash. They try to control the board.
Lesson 4: BASHERS WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE.
Never trust a Basher. This is a very important note.
BASHERS WANT TO WHISPER IN YOUR EAR - PLANT A SEED OF DOUBT, AND HOPE THAT YOU ARE NOT SAVVY ENOUGH TO RESEARCH THE TRUTH ON YOUR OWN.
This is how they achieve their greatest success.
DOUBT + FEAR + LAZINESS = BAIL OUT!
This is your investment... work for it, protect it and don't panic on the words of every shadowy figure that "has your best interest in their hearts". Consider that one factor: Someone you have never met, is not a member of your family, is now, out of the goodness of their hearts - GIVING YOU FREE ADVICE (that you didn't ask for). It's a no brainer. They have motives. Amen! Absolutely! Something would have to be mentally wrong, albeit it is true in this case, with someone to continue to waste valuable time posting negative comment after negative comment about any company. They have some sort of stake, and if not I challenge them to come up with a better reason why they're here. They don't have one except monetary reasons. If the SEC were to open the files on their accounts I'm sure some interesting woo would creep out.
Rule 5: Bashers know YOU CAN'T VERIFY THEIR STATEMENTS
Ask them to give you a viable link to this information and phone numbers to further your DD. That's why they make the vague statements they do. They rely on you being to lazy to research their droppings other than to scan the board for others opinions. This is particularly dangerous when you consider that Bashers work in packs and often validate and back up each other nonsense with what appears to be "innocuous and unsolicited" verification by comrade Bashers. Let's face it, we are all conditioned to "believe" everything we see in writing. If others by virtue of their "posts" also confirm this belief, then we are subconsciously doomed to swallow the hook, line and sinker...
Basher - 1 Honest Investor - 0
Rule 6: The Bashers PLAY ON YOUR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE.
They can lie about information and you won't know the difference (unless you have done your own DD on the company and know the truth and facts).
Rule 7: Bashers play on your lack of patience.
You have held a stock for a while. You knew it will be a big stock someday, but the BASHER CAN GET TO YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE TIRED OF WAITING FOR YOUR GAIN. That's when the Basher is best. You are tired. You have forgotten the goal for the stock was to hold it for one year. The Basher is bothersome, so you dump it on a bad day. Some others also dump. Then you get mad for your loss and return to let everyone know how mad you are. Then you turn into a semi-Basher as well. THE BASHER HAS WON, AND GAINED A NEW ALLY - YOU!
Rule 8: BRING THE PRICE DOWN.
That is the Basher's job. The truth is not important. Lies are the norm. The bashers post continuously on the boards every day. They are trying to scare the newbies that are just investigating a stock. They are trying to wear down the faithful longs on the board in order to gain free reign.
Funny how the worm can turn.....
Big B
I too am tired of the trash talking and bashing inuendos.
=I think that nearlynapping has done a wonderful job in presenting the cases in a new light...he seems to be well versed in the legalities of the case....I don't question his/her posts....but others, I do question.....one in particular... a wolf in sheeps clothing lets say.....<=
Could not agree with you more.
Companies without legal actions presented against them are few and rare, if any, however, being that CYGX has two cases before it I am keeping an open mind, not dismissing anything.
There must have been a red flag or two that caused mangement to bail from the PP agreement. It may be that we never find out depending on the outcome.
You worked at J&J? Not a very nice place from what I have heard, but then again what place is these days.
>
OT: Miss my week ;ong ski trips to CO. Mostly Vail, Breck, Copper, Keystone, Beaver Creek, Steamboat, Teluride, Aspen, Snowmass.....
Yeah, ski USA, ski Colorado!
Skiing in the East is not very good. Vermont mountains are like pimples compared to the West.
Big B
Since the lawsuits are associated with the company I don't really see the harm in discussing them and the folks involved. I find some of the information interesting.
Even though I see your point in that these suits will be settled one way or the other regardless of what we think or hope, not everyone on this board considers them not worth
posting about. And it does sure as heck beat posting about
some of the nonsense that had absolutely nothing to do with the company as in the past few weeks.
Just my humble opinion Big B.
BTW, Go Eagles!
Thalio's main focus and effort is in MUCL. Who knows if he even has a position in CYGX. Do know from reading his posts that he likes MUCL management very much and feels their business plan is a good one.
===>I see the PP law suit is back with a vengeance.<===
Yes, somone keeps bringing it out of the woodpile for this board to debate. HHhhhmmmmm
OT: I am too. 3 shots at it and this time they made it in.
About time....
Just hope it is a good game, and not a blow out either way.
Chadman, percy is a manipulator pure and simple. He didn't care about the comings and goings of the company when it was $0.03-$0.05/share. He had no quams about buying a boatlaod when the company had no news to speak of. Now he lampoons management and the company at every opportunity yet he refuses
to cash out on a fraudulent company by which his inuendos claim there are not the number of patents the company claims.
That would mean this company is a scam. If it was a scam any
logical person would take their money and run, but percy knows this one is not a scam. Percy, I don't like you at all.
Your tactics stink. I think you would sell your mother out at her expense to get what you want. That is the type of person I see posting as percy. JMO
The worm will turn someday. Hope he and Larry come to the SHM.
Looking forward to meeting both these bozos up close and in person.
CD_98
percy, ecmorgan and you have every right to sell and post it.
Difference between ecmorgan and yourself is that you post sniping negative inuendos at much of what this company has either done or at what it is currently doing. Take the patents for instance. Another snipe at Chin's recent presentation. Now today at the company's delay in getting
the IND application approval. If you think this is a short term investment fire your broker cause it is long term pal.
If you want to complain about everything this company does
because it doesn't suit you, get your doc to prescribe some Zoloft for your condition, or better yet SELL your position and buy something that makes you happy.
Tell you what percy, if you weren't such a WHINER CRYBABY at every little thing this company does... why don't you cash the heck out and just leave for other greener pastures!
If management tics you off THAT much than why the HECK don't you give them your resume. You may be the ultimate candidate
this company needs to give them the brains to succeed!!!!
It is fine for one to criticize management about the comings and goings of what may be happening, but even IR will only give one so much information. They don't tell you what is REALLY happening behind closed doors because they can't. Certain things management cannot disclose because it could compromise such things as PIP or give competing companies an idea of how they stack up in the scheme of things. Loose lips sink ships percy.
BTW, this is exactly what I posted to you right after you sold
and were complaining to many on this board:

Buy GNTA percy, hope it does well. I am holding CYGX and adding if I can. Not taking any chances. I think there is more to the recent volume/SP rise then meets the eye.
Bottomline, this is a start up company percy. If you expected anything more than a short term pop I suggest that you sell and move on. Please quit your whining and just go. Geeeezzzzzz!!!!!
Many of these scientists who work for CYGX are from acedemia.
No surprises here for me.
What will be interesting is something else.
We shall see shortly.
Getting an IND during a first conference with the FDA would have been unusual. Companies generally do not have all their bases covered in accordance with what the FDA wants the first
time around. Even the big boys go through the hoops with the FDA.
The fact that Cytogenix has been given guidance by the FDA is a positive. Moreover, what would have a dramatic negative is if the FDA told CYGX to bag it and tag it. They did not. Everything is of the norm here. Not much out of the ordinary IMO.
Glad you took this opprotunity to dump some shares. Could be a good move to $0.50 or lower. Hope it works out for you.
CD_98
OT: percy, guess what?
Eagles won. They didn't even play that well either.
New England should win the Super Bowl. I'm just glad the Eagles are playing in the Super Bowl. Been a while.
The Colts were heavily favored to win the Super Bowl against the Jets, but Broadway Joe and the Jet team had other ideas, so anything is possible.
Trivia: Joe Namath is one of Donavan McNabb's favorite NFL QBs, no joke.
Aren't you glad you didn't accept my bet?
I know you are........
I knew you wouldn't........
nuff said!
hogger, I had to use some basic psych in order to find out where you stood. Thanks for your reply. Sorry I had to be so brutal. Was not sure of your connection to the court cases.
I also had to be sure that you were really on board.
Please accept my apology.
So you can still be the engineer of this train when/if it ever gets stoked to really run?
CD_98
Last post to percy for tonight:
In my post to hogger I wrote this...........
->Why didn't he b(percy)/b question the company back when the stock sank
to $0.03-$0.05? He seemed rather upbeat as I recall. In fact he claimed he bought more, right? Funny that he gets distraught with CYGX just when it seems like the company is finally starting to put some cement on the ground.<-
It is rather odd......
My bet isn't about me percy, it's all about you.
You seem so confident the Eagles will lose I figure
you won't mind a bet like this. Eagles win and you
will not post on this board anymore. EVER.
Since the Eagles are going to lose you can just
accept the bet and keep right on posting, right?
Time for you to step up and put yourself where your mouth
is.
Eagles win and you
will not post on this board anymore. EVER.
Are you game enough percy? Or is this more hot air?
It's your call......
Hogger
It is good to ask questions. Never said it wasn't, however,
when you equate percy's questions to rational and logical
I start to wonder what game you are watching. Guess maybe Larry may not be what he seems to be either? Maybe the longs here should just be ho-hum about the recent movement in share price and PRs that have come out?
Percy is dogmatic. That is what I see.
Why didn't he question the company back when the stock sank
to $0.03-$0.05? He seemed rather upbeat as I recall. In fact he claimed he bought more, right? Funny that he gets distraught with CYGX just when it seems like the company is finally starting to put some cement on the ground.
Even more so is your defense of his "questions"?? Why shouldn't these "questions" be asked? He should not be labeled a basher, blah blah blah. The pumpers are just as bad.
Yeah, like how? Optimistic, but bad? Dude get real!
Like I said, there are lots of agendas here. Depends on which side of the fence you stand or if you sit on top and fall to the side that's to your liking. You are involved in a legal
proceeding with CYGX right now, right hogger?
Yeah, I am starting to see that there IS MUCH at stake here.
Perhaps more than common shareholders know. Right hogger?
Yeahhhh.....
Martin was a SUMU long for longer than that percy.
My bet percy, Eagles win, you don't post here anymore.
EVER!
That's it. Take it or leave it.
Can you put a stone mortal lock on that percy?
percy, wanna bet? BOY?
Hogger, it isn't the FACT that percy is a "devils advocate", but more that he keeps HARPING on the same things over and over and over. His dogmatic responses have become quite old.
As for you, not quite sure of which side of the fence you sit on because you are involved in at least one of the law suits.
What I do know of you is that you have been honest with this board when you say the technology works. As for management, I know you aren't very keen about them. I was not involved with CyotGenix stock as far back as you, and I know you are an old timer with this company so you have a much better and different perspective on what happened and what is happening.
Whatever management is currently doing (or maybe it is the direction the company is taking) sure looks like they have stirred the pot some and have PO'd a few folks along the way.
Many folks have hidden in the weeds and are now coming out
to be exposed for what they are. JMO
Larry's diabetic problem is really just an excuse for poor overall judgement. If he has a problem sticking to his diet he is making his own bed for a healthy life. He should stick to the facts when it concerns CYGX. Inuendo does not cut it.
Nice of you to provide an explaination for defense of his actions though hogger. My father was diabetic so I know it does change one's personality if fact Larry does in have this disease.
->The IHUb board is controlled by investors who paid Matt money to post on his board. That board is run by PPO Lawrence Wunderlich purchasers who pump the stock while at the same time selling when the restrictions on their PPO's stop.<-
As it was posted by Larry on RB.
From ME, CD_98, I have never met Mssr. Wunderlich and I have NEVER paid Matt to post here. Not one 1/10th of a penny!
All false allegations by a poster who has the handle lawrenceolivier.
Now he can use that against me in a court of law is he has the
gutz to do so.
I have sent Arnold over to IHUB to help you in your war with the PPO pumpers at IHUB.
That was from Larry on RB. If it smells like a rat, looks like a rat, scurries like a rat...... it's a rat.
So arnold has gained the comfort of posting here as well.
That makes two bashers. This is beginning to look good as to a positive move up and a NICE news possibility in the not so distant furture. JMO
How much did you buy on margin percy? Is that why you seem
so scrambled lately. Almost desperate. Did you short CYGX
through an Ontario brokerage percy? Easy enough to do......
And it CAN be done.....
Mikey will eat anything......
percy will say anything......
Basher post. Come on, percy you can do better than that.
You have been outted and YOU are a FRAUD percy.
Your intent was to come on this board, let folks get comfortable with you and then bash when things start to roll.
I said I put you on iggy, and I did for a while, but I just had to read your baseless posts for myself.
You remeind me of Larry. Do you talk to yourself on BR too percy?? percy aka Larry??? me thinks more and more.......yep!
