'Cee-It' ..Please enlighten me, this is a Pink Sheet stock.
'Cee-It' ..I am not wrong. Nobody sold their shares on Friday and received $0.23. That is a fact!
This is stock market 101. The Market Maker received $0.23. The Market Maker sold his inventory and profited by the spread.
Piecemaker..What are you saying the price of PPO shares is today? Why would goodfree lie ???
Piecemaker READ THIS !!!
believe this poster.

Ok I just got of the phone with them and they take the average price for the past 5 days and cut it half for the 144 stocks. So like 8 cents a share or so right now. But you need to hold onto them for at least one year so this looks to be a good option if you plan to go long!
Cheers!
Fact:
1. The company has sold PPO's to non-accredited investors.
Quarterly Report June 30, 2008
Regulation D offering commenced on 5/14/08 with the latest shares sold on 6/23/08 at an average price per share of $.07. A total of nine shareholders purchased in this offering – seven accredited and two non-accredited in the states of Florida, Illinois, California and New Jersey. All certificates contain a legend stating that the shares have not been registered under the Securities Act and that such shares cannot be sold or transferred for a period of 12 months under Rule 144 of the Securities Act.
cee-it:
What I told Finandandy was that you could not sell shares on Friday for $0.23. He was wrong and what he proposed could not happen. Did you ever hear of a Market Maker?
Bid price
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jump to: navigation, search
This article is about financial bidding. For other uses, see Bid.
A bid price is the highest price that a buyer (i.e., bidder) is willing to pay for a good. It is usually referred to simply as the "bid."
In bid and ask, the bid price stands in contrast to the ask price or "offer", and the difference between the two is called the bid/ask spread.
An unsolicited bid or offer is when a person or company receives a bid even though they are not looking to sell. A bidding war is said to occur when a large number of bids are placed in rapid succession by two or more entities, especially when the price paid is much greater than the ask price, or greater than the first bid in the case of unsolicited bidding.
In the context of stock trading on a stock exchange, the bid price is the highest price a buyer of a stock is willing to pay for a share of that given stock. The bid price displayed in most quote services is the highest bid price in the market. The ask or offer price on the other hand is the lowest price a seller of a particular stock is willing to sell a share of that given stock. The ask or offer price displayed is the lowest ask/offer price in the market (Stock market).
What Does Market Maker Mean?
A broker-dealer firm that accepts the risk of holding a certain number of shares of a particular security in order to facilitate trading in that security. Each market maker competes for customer order flow by displaying buy and sell quotations for a guaranteed number of shares. Once an order is received, the market maker immediately sells from its own inventory or seeks an offsetting order. This process takes place in mere seconds.
goodfree: I am not clear on what in that post you disagree with. I agree with buying low and selling high, any way you can accomplish it.
feinanddandy: Once again you are wrong. You could not have sold the shares on Friday for $0.23. Because that was the ask price. The bid price was $0.14. When you sell you get the bid price.
Piecemaker,Yes we do agree, Cyclone is showing mock-ups. The problem is that there is not an equivalent running engine/product. Another very disturbing issue is that the same mock-up pictures appear on the Cyclone web-site and in both cases the viewer is not told he is looking at mock-ups.
The video is not of an unassisted engine. They all have wires and hoses attached. The cyclone generator or lawn mower or vehicle engine only exists as mock-ups.
Cyclone (CYPW) did not go public because they wanted to spread the wealth around, they went public so that they could sell Private Placement shares (PPO's). IMHO
I think the best play for this stock is to buy a PPO for half price and if the stock goes nowhere (stays at todays price) you will double your money in one year. If it goes up you are way ahead. The thing not to do is buy it on the open market.IMHO

piecemaker, I believe this is also a mock-up.IMHO
These are mock-ups, not running . This is a fact. Cyclone does not yet have a running lawnmower to show the public.

Frazdog.O.T.The claims of the Scuderi Split-Cycle Engine sound familiar.
PROVEN RESULTS
A world-renowned independent research laboratory has verified the innovative technology of the Scuderi Split-Cycle Engine.
Studies showed engine efficiency increases from 33% to almost 40% while toxic emissions are reduced by as much as 80%.
The impact of this technology is simply staggering:
This technology not only saves energy but also increases the power of an engine while significantly reducing its cost.
Vehicles will be able to exceed all current mileage and emission standards without compromising size or performance.
Consumers would save billions of dollars in fuel costs. Reduction in emissions would be in the hundreds of millions of tons per year.

Sorry, You don't quiet get my point. You are only speaking about half of the system, that is why these are mock-ups. They do not run and have not been seen running..
Sorry if I am not being to clear. If you propose running the Cyclone engine on steam in a vehicle. You would need a steam generator, burning fuel etc. The point I am making is Cyclone has not shown a complete stand alone system. What you saw at the trade show is nothing more than a new different external powered motor. The power is not coming from what you saw it is being applied to what you saw.
Frazdog
What would you propose be used to generate the pressure and volume needed to run the Cyclone engine if it where used in a vehicle?
IMHO You fail to answer the question. What would you propose as the source of power if the Cyclone engine was used in a vehicle?
Frazdog. I would be interested in your opinion of this engine.
http://www.scuderigroup.com/index.html
Frazdog..I agree with you. You saw a motor running with an external source of power. The generation of the power is the key. Cyclone has not shown a complete motor. A motor uses fuel to generate motion. What you saw was is an external source of power creating motion.
Believe me, I am not a paid basher. I am asking a simple question. Why is there not a real complete engines shown running on a video after over two years. This question is not about the mechanisms of the engine or my motivation or the number of authorized shares or anything else. It is a very basic question.
Note:Frazdog..You are not considering the efficiency of the power source. (steam)
feinanddandy..You are asking me to prove something doesn't exist. That clearly is impossible on the other hand can you prove it does exist. Please show a Video of any running unassisted cyclone engine.
Two reasons given Piecemaker why this cannot be shown running.
Quote Piecemaker (i-Hub Moderator)I was given 2 reasons why I could not show it:
1. It is property of Revgine, and contractually, CPT must have permission from them to run it, show it or use it.
2. What you see in the picture is a mock-up to satisfy trade show regulations (no fire, no fuel.... ever).
Were the people at the trade show told this was a mock-up?THIS ENGINE DOES NOT RUN!!!
Not only is there not proof of a running Cyclone lawn mower, but there is not documented proof of any Cyclone engine running by itself. Every video of a Cyclone engine has wires and hoses or compressed air lines connected to it. Why is there not a single video of a Cyclone engine running without some kind of external assistance? Cyclone has claimed that they had a working engine for over two years ?
THIS ENGINE DOES NOT RUN!!!
When Piecemaker(I-hub moderator) asked about it he was told. QUOTE:This project is one of many awaiting the Team's finishing touches.
How many people at the trade shows knew this engine did not run????????
Ernie..Cyclone does not yet have a running lawnmower to show the public and you make this statement.
"Cyclone Engines would also be excellent replacements for engines on smaller naval vessels, up to perhaps 100 feet in length. They would be ideal as the primary engine on prop powered UAVs, UCAVs, and helicopters"
Anybody that makes their choices in whether to buy or sell a stock from info posted on a message forum is not being very responsible in the first place.
Piece, You failed to mention that there were only two trades at $0.23 one for 350 shares and one for 458 shares. The bid price remained at $0.17.
I don't call that a Symphony. I would call that an odd note.
Piece, I would just like to add a note . The list of engineers you claim are working on the Cyclone engine simply means they are working on the engine, not that they have been able to create a product that is any better than what we now have.
Frazdog..I have no reason to disagree with anything you have said.
Piecemaker. For the record I never said scam. I said:
IMHO Cyclone does not have a complete working engine.
I will believe this until I see proof otherwise.
Thinking of the Cyclone engine I get the picture of the magician on stage passing a ring abound the floating woman.
Piece. Why do you think there is not a video of a working running engine? I would think there would be many. Cyclone has claimed they had an engine for at least two years.
Frazdog. This is what I know about it.
The emissions test results came from Cyclone. They may have been run on an incomplete assisted engine. Raytheon has not said a word and posters on I-hub have not been able to find anyone at Raytheon who new about Cyclone.
Piece..You have a hard time selling a product when you can not show the product working, but you can sell Private Placement shares (PPO's} in a company without a working model of a product.
Piece .I would like to see a video of a complete unassisted Cyclone engine running. We can see pictures of parts of the engine we can see mockups of the engine we have videos of the engine running on compressed air. So why is there not a video of the Complete engine standing by itself without any wires or tubes connected to it.
Piece you went to Florida and Cyclone did not demonstrate a complete running engine. WHY????
As i have said.
Something is not right.
IMHO Cyclone does not have a complete working engine.
I will believe this until I see proof otherwise.
There seems to be too many reasons why no one has seen a Cyclone engine run by itself, standing alone, with no outside source of power or control. I am sure if the lawn mower could run or ever ran, there would at least be a video tape of the event. Why is there not one video of a device running using a Cyclone engine? Not a video of a weed eater, generator, lawn mower, postal service vehicle or any motor running.
It has been a year and a half since the Advent PR and not a word about any progress or products since.
POMPANO BEACH, Fla., July 25, 2007 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cyclone Power Technologies Inc. (Pink Sheets:CYPW) announced today that it has signed an option for a second license agreement with Advent Power Systems, Inc.
Something is not right.
IMHO Cyclone does not have a complete working engine.
I will believe this until I see proof otherwise.
Piece.Thank you for your honest answer. I can think of no reason why Revgine would not want Cyclone to run the engine. I would like to see a video of a stand alone running engine. Did you see the new WHE running?
Did you see this run?
'Cee-It' ..I don't know why you are attacking me for asking a legitimate question. I also noticed Piecemakers comment.
"Main Workspace with Frankie and Client's Wife in foreground standing in front of the 33O HP Cyclone mounted on a truck chassis. This project is one of many awaiting the Team's finishing touches. "
I am starting to get the feeling that the pictures we are looking at on the web-site are not running engines. They may be just mockups of what Cyclone is hoping they might look like .
What do you think Piecemaker you saw them first hand?
I don't quiet understand why you were shown such a Developmental Model.
Why weren't you shown the model on the web-site actually cutting grass?
Piece thanks. I also see about 10 wires and a couple of hoses going off the table do you have any idea what they are for.
Piece, I am trying to understand your video "Lawnmower engine running on propane " Do you remember what it is mounted on or how it was fastened to what looks like a table?
Picemaker, I am sure you remember Cyclone does not get the Million until they deliver the prototype.
Cyclone Power Technologies Announces New License Option; Application Could Present 'Clean and Green' Alternative for U.S. Postal Vehicles
POMPANO BEACH, Fla., July 25, 2007 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cyclone Power Technologies Inc. (Pink Sheets:CYPW) announced today that it has signed an option for a second license agreement with Advent Power Systems, Inc.
Under the terms of the license option, Advent will have the exclusive right to pursue commercial applications for Cyclone's high-performance, heat-regenerative Green Revolution Engine(tm) with the U.S. Postal Department. Currently, Advent holds the exclusive licensing rights for generator applications for the Cyclone engine with the U.S. Military.
Advent paid Cyclone a non-refundable deposit upon the signing of the option. Upon the exercise of the option, Advent has agreed to pay an initial $1,000,000 royalty and a continuing per-unit royalty.
According to Harry Schoell, President and CEO of Cyclone, "Our Green Revolution Engine(tm) is ideal for Post Office vehicles, as the fuel actually shuts off when the vehicle is stopped and does not need to idle, making this engine a highly-efficient, earth-friendly technology for the 1000s of postal delivery trucks on America's streets."
Cyclone's Green Revolution Engine(tm) regenerates (or recycles) its heat, which allows it to run cleaner, cooler and more efficiently than traditional internal combustion engines. Moreover, it is a high-performance engine capable of running on any liquid or gaseous fuel, including ethanol and propane, and is lubricated with water instead of motor oil.
About Cyclone
Piecemaker. I will look , but it is only a memory now.
Thanks for your answer.
I remember if Cyclone does not deliver a prototype by the end of the year to Advent and Revgine the deal is off.
