MM's could careless if it's worthless or valuable. They sold a ton a shares when RBNW was being heavily bought last November and had no inventory from which to sell those shares. So the MM's shorted those shares in anticipation of getting them back in the future to cover. The future is here and the MM's are trying to get their shares to cover. It's how it works.

As far as RBNW's worth. That worth is in future business plans. Read the filings. If one believes in Karen and her abilities that she will be able to execute, make a profit, bring RBNW current and continue to move forward. Then they are buyers. And Great value and worth will come to RBNW. If you don't believe Karen will execute then one probably won't buy and move on to other investments.

People stay with an investment only if they feel it will bring them some worth. And look at everyone here? They all see worth in RBNW in one form or another.

Look who's calling the kettle black? It's not Conrad Huss who is the criminal here. It is the MM's and coordinated parties that are orchestrating this Bear Raid to steal shares. End of March is not too long away and a clearer picture of what we have with RBNW will come into focus. And with Karen at the Helm I feel very comfortable adding shares here when I can. They all add up after awhile and will be very profitable IMHO.

Hold tight to your shares is what I say. Don't let the criminals get away with stealing from innocent investors. Read the facts, don't listen to the doom and gloom lies. And then make up your own mind. Believe me there's a reason for the fear mongers working hour after hour, day after day, week after week, for weeks on end. And it's not because of concern for RBNW share holders. The criminals will work hard to steal your shares.

So. We all know the leverage the MM's have to manipulate this share price. And couple with the Doom and Gloom fear tactics we all know the MM's are just trying to shake (steal) shares from innocent investors. Nothing new.

So hopefully everyone holds tight and we weather the storm until the Sun comes back out and we head North again.

That means nothing. And the statements are still irresponsible and baseless. So many differences between the two.

When this Bear Raid is over. RBNW's price heads back up again. And if filings come in to bring RBNW current accompanied by good news at some point RBNW may very well become a crown jewel.

I still say the next month of March will bring much more clarity to this picture and then we will see which way this stock may be headed.

That statement is unfounded and totally irresponsible. To authorize those shares does not equate to L4L not happening and definitely does not equate to an R/S and an SEC suspension. A lot of filings have come forward towards getting the stop sign off and we still may see the company come current with a year end 10k filed. The end of March is not far away and we'll probably see some more share structure updates to see if dilution has ended or not.

It should be no surprise to anyone. I've been saying the MM's will drop RBNW's share price along with the help of some criminals to try and scare shares out of innocent investors.

It's a normal course of action. And those who don't get their shares stolen from them and hang on to their shares or buy more down here will watch the share price rise to new highs as long as Karen executes on her business plan. That's the risk/reward of being here.

For me I continue to buy a few here and a few there and keep adding to my pile.

Manipulation of the market is criminal activity. As I've said earlier a well organized and coordinated group of criminals. Nothing has changed in that regard. I've been very consistent in making note of it.

We can't put them in jail where they belong. So at the least we will try and buy the shares they are trying to buy. The cheap shares trying to extorted by fear and panic out of the hands of innocent investors. Hopefully those investors will not sell and hold tight to their shares. And we who like what we see in the RBNW filings will continue to buy too.

I'm afraid... that when and if... production is ever started on The Mountain... AUMC and MDMN share holders will be nonexistent... all will be dissolved... and The Mountain will stay in the hands of a private company... Sad but I feel that is the truth... we just have to wait and see...

I'm not even sure the Market Makers want RBNW in the trips. If they do it will be there for a short period of time only. But I think the low .003's and maybe dip into the .002's. But we'll have to wait and see. Just be sure to have your powder ready. Buy these dips right along with the Market Makers and get loaded up for lift off because it will happen. Don't know exactly when but it will be coming.

It's just market maker manipulation. The MM's want the price down. They want it to look bad. The MM's want folks to sell them shares down here so they can cover previous shorting from when they had to sell shares and had no inventory to sell. So they shorted the shares in anticipation of covering at a later date. Now we play these manipulation games with the MM's. Once news hits or the MM's get their needed shares we head right back up big time. So go with the MM's buy the shares that they are buying at the prices they are buying them at. This is the time to be buying RBNW. And as long as Karen executes and is successful in her execution the potential of 10, 20 30 bags here is a very real possibility.

Don't listen to the noise. The noise comes and goes as it see's opportunities to strike fear and panic into the market to try and get people to part with RBNW shares so they can buy them on the cheap.

That is a blatant lie. I never said that. This is the first time I've ever said that on this board. And it's the truth, now is the time to be buying RBNW. Now is the time to start building a new position in the stock or add to an existing position. Just ignore all the lies and buy RBNW. If Karen executes well and the right news comes out. You will be extremely happy that you did.

This is definitely the time to be buying/accumualting RBNW shares. After that initial run up last November RBNW has now settled back to build a new base here. And when the filings bring the company current accompanied by other good news... RBNW could very well end up being the stock to own in 2020. But now is the time to build ones position. IMHO of course.

Last November RBNW put out news which brought an influx of buying from folks establishing positions in the stock. At that time RBNW increased 700%. Now as we wait for RBNW to execute it's plans it is only natural for the stock to retrace back to where the price was just before those initial position takers jumped in. Now is the time to be buying RBNW to accumulate more stock and average down for those who bought higher. Once the filings and good news hits RBNW will be right back to 700% up plus much much more.

All we've been seeing with RBNW's share price is MM manipulation to try and steal cheap shares. And all these lies about RBNW being a scam, is just that, lies. RBNW hasn't even started yet. Since last falls announcement when the stock jumped up from the initial surge of people getting in, the stock has retraced to where it was then. That is perfectly normal. But once filings become current, and the symbol and name change go through, a whole new ball game starts. IMHO anyone accumulating shares now is going to cash in big time when the whole picture comes into focus.

Just have to let the process go it's course.

And those are some of the actual facts that surround this story. Does that make it a guarantee? No, but it sure makes a prospective investor feel that there is a better then reasonable chance that Karen is going to deliver with L4L, Lust for Life too. And if she does, well yes, what a great investment this could turn out to be.

Smart investor. Will admit do the same here. No one picks winners 100% of the time and to diversify is only smart. And as RBNW stays at these prices or goes lower I will continue to add to my stash of shares. I too feel it is only a matter of time and a big reversal will come to us here.

There is just so many good things that seem to be in the making. And yes management must execute and perform well for all to come together but I have confidence that Karen will get it done.

No proof what so ever of a scam.

In fact the activity I see is proof of how much interest there is in RBNW. Like the statement read: (pay special attention to the bold part)

Who spends hour after hour, day after day, week after week for weeks on end, trying to scare innocent investors into selling their shares, without having a personal agenda so money can be made on RBNW.

I don't know if they still pay the Criminals now a days but I know for a fact that Criminals in the past were being paid to convince innocent investors to sell their shares so they could be bought (stolen) from them at cheap prices on many otc stocks such as RBNW.

Who would intentionally make a concerted effort to harm, hurt and steal from another, only a true criminal. It's a Blight, it's a shame there are such things going on.

Wait a second. If I read this right. RBNW has NOT been proven to be scam. Ok I get that part. Have know that all along.

Every stock needs new eyes on it. That's when word really starts getting around. Lots of new eyes will show up. It speaks volumes in itself too.

My guess is for RBNW the mission isn't getting accomplished as planned. The Criminals haven't stolen enough shares yet is my guess. So working overtime is probably in play. With all hands on deck.

Next week looks like it could be shaping up to offer us some great buying opportunities. That is for any of us who are still looking to add to our share count and accumulate. My spidy senses tell me I better have dry powder on hand. And I love these opportunities too. Wish there were more of them around the market. But will take them when I can.

I think all the posts over the last few weeks bears out what's in bold. I come across so much desperate calls to sell and run. Only a true Criminal would take efforts to try and convince (deceive) someone into doing something so the criminal could steal from them (have a personal agenda so they can make money).

They should be in jail, but unfortunately they are not.

I'm pretty sure the Criminals have set the stage for their big attack to happen next week. So be warned.

I think I called it spot on. The price force down and the negativity attacks. Next week should be more of the same as it's the end of the month. Will be buying throughout the week and putting them quietly away as I wait for filings, news, quarterly reports.

IMHO, Buy the Fear so all the cheap shares don't go to the criminals.

Why would anybody care if we do or don't? Different folks have different risk tolerances and make their own investment decisions. If some folks want to buy RBNW at these prices or even lower if it goes there. What is that to anyone else is my question. I would say it is nobody else's business. I can't understand why so many others might have a problem with that unless they had an ulterior motive behind it. They must have something to gain if they convince folks to sell their RBNW is all I can make of it.

I grabbed some myself. Also have an order in hoping to get filled on. A few more minutes to see if I get some more.

Thanks for clarifying that. And I for one, after seeing all the past filings sent in, do believe they are working on and will become current. And I still believe we just may see RBNW become current with symbol and name changes with the next quarterly filings that are coming due. For now we wait to see how it actually plays out.

No one except insiders would know the answer to that question. So we wait and see when it comes. We do know a quarterly report will be due soon so that would be the best date to guess as to when we will hear something.

There is zero proof that any of that is true. Just ones opinion and speculation as I see it. Just because it hasn't happened yet does not mean it won't. In fact I'm believing it's in the process for the filings indicate that the symbol and stock names change is in the making and I'm sure as they proceed it will all happen in due time.

I see absolutely zero verifiable proof that anything points towards RBNW being a scam. I see zero bases for that accusation about RBNW.

I am absolutely coming to believe that we do have a sophisticated and organized group of criminals working an RBNW stock scam. And it's a scam that appears to be designed to steal RBNW shares from innocent investors at cheap prices for the criminals personal greedy gains. The more I dig in and read about RBNW the clearer that picture is coming into focus.

No one is ignoring RBNW's pps. I for one have been watching it closely. I told everyone watch NITE and ETRF. It appears our .0035 orders, or at least some of them, are going to get filled. Been waiting for this opportunity for a while now. I wouldn't think anyone who is liking the RBNW filings will want to miss out on this buying opportunity. At least I won't miss out on it.
