Yes, Adam Feuerstein is a totally despicable character so it would be more appropriate for him to occupy a prison cell with Trump, Kelly, Miller, Cohen, Manafort, Pence, Pruitt, Donny Jr., Jared, Erik and across the yard from Ivanka, K. Conway, De Vos, and many others (I'm out of breath) who are trying to build a new Fascist state, which explains why Trump loves all the dictators of the world.

Yes. What I should have said is that JNJ is not concerned about the stock price.
JNJ might not at all want to push GERN's price higher. They are (hopefully) looking for a buy out at some point.

You are absolutely right, again, Captain Kirk. Although, now that you mention it, I am not sure anyone here actually thinks the above is true.

Re: "TOTAL BS trying to compare the Zuck to anyone insider involved with OCAT, LOL!! MAKES ZERO SENSE- NONE."
You are absolutely right, Captain Kirk. OCAT insiders have had a much tougher go than Zuckerberg and have been under a lot more pressure to sell over time than Zuckerberg.
You make a great point here.

Re: "Imo the mm's and a few select others have always controlled the stock price since time bgean.
That is all you need to know.
In short, I disagree with your notion that Lanza just arbitrarily picked the planned prices to sell without at least some coaching from 'friends.'"
That is not what I said, elysse. I said the independent program is designed to sell on any spike, not on a set price. And spikes in the history of this company have almost always provided short term tops. That is why Lanza, or his independent program, has looked impressive for always selling at tops. The program is set up to take the chance on spikes. Sometimes that is selling too early in a longer term rally but in general not, so it is a built in and smart strategy.
As for OCAT insider information, some of the insiders have in private conversations with shareholders commented that they expected much higher rallies on some of previous major news releases so any one trading on that knowledge would have missed hitting close to the top on the usual short term spike which has almost always prevailed with OCAT.
Re: ".. In this case and based on what I stated above,I simply stated or meant to infer that imo it went beyond coincidence that the timing of the selling of some of Lanza's shares was near the top. .."
It certainly wasn't a coincidence. Lanza's independently designed and run selling program had an intelligent feature that most of them have; they automatically sell a certain designated amount of shares on any spike. Most spikes produce short term tops and that is what has been happening in almost every instance with OCAT and previously ACTC. It had nothing to do with Lanza having inside info and figuring when their was going to be a top.
Re: "Quote BS LOL, 'Once again, Captain Kirk, you are totally unerring in your description of the PAST.'
NO, my graph, my numbers are QUITE CURRENT, covering right up to the RED $4 and small change showing RIGHT NOW. ....
NOT the freaking 'past', LOL !! TOTAL NONSENSE. 100% FALSE."
Well, now a rare minor error here, Captain Kirk. Even if your chart is current up until yesterday (which is hard to tell) it is still in the PAST.
Re: ".. OCAT common shares are DOWN, not "up"- simple as that. The chart proves it- they're barely sitting off a FIVE YEAR LOW MARKER, the $4 buck line on that chart, back to late 2010. LOL !!!! .."
Once again, Captain Kirk, you are totally unerring in your description of the PAST.
Nobel Prizes usually come several years after the great achievements. In this case, it would likely be after FDA approval followed by at least a few years of highly successful treatment.
Some other companies are having problems with tumor production from their stem cell derivatives. One thing that is amazing (in addition to beneficial outcomes), and not fully appreciated, is the total lack of problems with Ocata cells. This lack of problems is quite unusual in a breakthrough therapy like this. Of course, when serious problems of other stem cell companies get reported investors who aren't aware of the high quality of Ocata cells get worried about all stem cell companies. Ocata takes an undeserved hit because of that.
Re: "Continuing, quoting from the SV BANK security agreement, all THIRTY ONE PAGES OF IT, so freaking air tight in the bank's favor, it wouldn't leak a molecule in the total VACUUM OF OUTER SPACE IMO."
Captain Kirk, can you provide more evidence and documentation for this conclusion? After all, outer space is full of molecules and even larger entities that travel all over galaxies and maybe even back and forth between them.
Re: "... Best quote the guy says IMO, "CHEAP STOCKS ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON", LOL. ..."
You mean it's not true that some make $Millions, a few even make $Billions, by buying cheap and selling dear.
Re: "...As in the case of my baseball analogy, something is amiss with the PR's approach or that of the CEO himself. ..."
And I thought, mea culpa, Belichick was a football guy.
OK, elysse. So does this mean that Ocata should also replace Lanza with someone who has much larger flair and Trump-like presence such as Gronkowski?
And are you sure Belichick has any interest in becoming CEO of Ocata?
I have to say, Captain Kirk, you are unerring again in your argument here. In this day and age dominated by computer, etc., technology the physical location of facilities is not important and GE building a facility in Marlborough would almost certainly have no relationship to any alleged plans to partner in anything with Ocata.
On the other hand, this, in itself, does not mean that GE does not have any interest in Ocata.
Good statement Enough.
Quote BS LOL, ""possible $50 million in grants.""
WHAT????? Based on WHAT FACTS or REALITY????????????????????
They got a lousy $250K "grant"
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Captain Kirk, a mere 200 grants like that and it's done.
"This was $7, SEVEN BUCKS, 3 MONTHS AGO???????"
Precisely, Captain Kirk, we all should take it as a lesson on how fast things can change in the Market.
Quote LOL, "$OCAT on Nasdaq Biggest Percentage Gainers - Markets Data Center - WSJ.com "
Good one, Captain Kirk, this is a great joke all right ..... but who is it on?
Very well done, elysse.

OK, guys, I am now taking my false correction back and reinstating my initial compliment to Gastro.
Myself, I am going to switch to the Pyongyang time zone.
Ooops, I have to take it back, Gastro, I thought I saw an AM after the time not a PM.
I'm very impressed Gastro. Excellent call here.
If Lanza retires it will be most likely in order to continue doing a full days work at precisely what he wants to do. Right now, I do think, he is doing precisely what he wants to do.
