wow there is s new deal I can't quite figure it out as Paas and Aem are making a joint buy out. Will be interesting wish they would sate the price per sahre and the actaul number of shares one would get from each in exchange for the current share of auy. Looks like its shares and cash.
thanks and yea the diesel could be a major problem. The east coast has already been hit with some from what I heard, but a facaility that was shut down has come back on line. Here in the mid west I see most of our harvest is at least 1/2 over and the need to dry corn down is not as great as in some years. It was a dry year. LP is used for drying. Once harvest is complete the run on diesel will drop here. Government interferenece in the channel of distribution has been the casue of the lack of petro. No new refineries have been built and old ones becoming costly to maintain. Green new deal is the problem there still isnn't enough electricity to power what will be needed and the real cost to get the batteries is damaging to the environment. Majority of the mining is ddone in countries with low restrictions and use of child labor
good call on your puts
wow why the plung in FTCO this Am down to new year low. 3 days ago looked like good earnings report this am gold and silvefr up big time.
what are the sttrike prices for those puts

Oh thats right he did post something about the drilling didn't he?
thanks for the update
thanks for the PM that was good news I'll continue to pray for him.
insiders hold over 54% and 23 funds hold almost 7%. The funds usually have smart
managers keeping an eye on things and frequently call investor relations.
I am 82 and have made my share of blunders and got lucky on some others.
My dad bough land in WY from the widow who woerked for him. He llet her keep 1/2 the mineral rights. Then there was an ad in a paper about investing with a firm to get simultaneous mineral rights. I was maybe 16 and orderd a book about these mineral rights offereing. You had to be211 to file. I ordered a dry hole map of WY and the monthly offerings. I wacthed to see wich parcels were won and by who. Aftera a few months I saw that there were psrcels in some that would only get 4 to 10 applying. and the winners were mostly the same ones over and over. Seemed like a small group who knew the area. I had my dad bid on a couple every month but we were not winning just the group. We wrote our congress man and satted the law of avergaes is if there are 4 participants there should be at least one win in 4 attempts. Wee soon began winning and oil companies would wrtie offering to lease. Over the years some of those did hit oil. But the simulaneous game ended.
My gandson was born in 2001. I saw an add for 1/4 oz Kugarands in proof condition price was $99 I bought 1 for him The limit was 2 sI asked the agent if I could have more he said I could have 6 they weren't sell very well. That told me gold was likely at a bottom. Then I bought $500 worth of silver coins from a local dealer. Then I began going to pawn shops and buying any gold or silver.
The last silver I bough was silver rounds at $15 I figure I have enough physical metal in case we do get into barter ssituation. Things are pretty screweed up They are building any new refineries and these old ones need work They say we have a 25 day supply of diesel. Without diesel everything will shut down. To many government restrictions on building newe ones. Just more government interfference in the channel of distribution.
I have not drawn any funds from my Roth or my wifes. Only take the rquired min from the IRAs and reinvest taht back into tthe Roths which I max out everry year. Having taxable earned income allows us to do that. Having a corp and placing eveerything in it except our home allows us to take taxable fees or borrow as needed. Having tilable farm ground we rent gives the corp income as well as stock div.
I was in real estate aand in 1976 I attened a 2 day seminaar by Charles Ray Cosidine who had been the CPA for the Starker family that did the 1031 exchange which was contested as it was drawn out and not done simultaneously. He told us there are 100 ways to take cash out of a corp. I don't remember all of them but he had a long list. We have our CPA balancing the tax situation between the corp and us. We pay them more than we pay the IRS.
this is getting to long and the Iowa State Oklahoma game 1/2 time is over
I see where you are coming from but my situation is mostly differnt. Yes my cost is 6.14 avg, but most of my divs are tax free in 2 roths and 3 ira's. My Corp account can stand the tax as I am hold ing long term not trading. The only way to get capital gains is to trade. Short term trades in the corp are to costly for taxes. So I like the div as I can add morre shares in FTCO or others such as SBSW which is really getting hammered but has a hugh div. When the price of AU/AG takes off thes PM's with div will fly. If you are hell bent on CG's why buy div paying stocks why not hold some such as NG, FSM, EXK, ASM all have earnigs just don't pay a div. I have some of those in the corp acct expecting great LTG to come. I can add to these with divs.
I do wish FYCO would get onto a btter exchange. It can qulify for NYSE then I can buy without brokerage fees.
You must also be into oil. I sold mosy of our leases in 2017 and bought farm land still have some in the powder river basisn WY
no the toilet paper roll will need 4 table sppons. He can get that much from all the drill holes they did but that would be about all. Yes I forgot he will need the foli hat. Notice the vol has dried up and price is dropping into the .14's won;t be long and it will be under a penny. He can't pump it up anymore. The last PR was a joke.
if you go to Yahoo finance and bring up BMXI click on holders it show 0 for both insiders and institutions
often instittion avoid possition in the pink sheet otc
yes four tablespones full of the sampled soil inserted into a toilet paper carboard roll sealed at both ends with aluminum foil
what you are saying is when they have gold don't sell it hold it That is a great idea expecially at these low prices. Then when they do need funds to expand a mine or open a new one they can sell some of the metal if they have run low on cash.
newsrelease out looks like they are going to try and make a battery from material from a core sample they took. I wonder where the garage is he will do it.
thanks for the PM I suspect I will receive copies from Schhwab
good to knw something is happening. Hope all is well with you and yours
thanks for the PM very sorry to hear about your son I will include him in my daily prayers
then why did you sell several thousand sahres Christmas is a long ways offf. Most shopping begings around Thanksgiving
that emial PR I received this AM had sales up 30% and revenue up, but how with POG down. They did say they reported to the OTC but I want to see an actual audit.Thta would make us fly if it verifies all the stories managment has been telling.
cash is necessary to open a new mine or acquire an exisiitng one. With so many mines beinng at low value due to the low price of gold/silver, now is the time for a cash strong comapny to acquirre one. They do need to do something as that cash is very attractive to other mining companies who could make a buy out offer to get it. They would usse shares to get to the cash. At any rate they should get off the OTC to get other mutal funds to buy in. That would increase SP
what and where is ST board
see post 11752
its got to get off the Pink sheet. No institutional holders
Also must produce an audit and verify the .396 per sharre earnings.
DO that and it should be $5.85 or more
thanks for the PM yes this is a LTH
see 11752 by IVRT its out SSP up 9%
Thanks now maybe this can get off the pink sheet
Looks like there are some heavy hitters or at least there were as of August.
Did any of those lised as shareholders and not officers sell?

weren't we promised the audit a month ago?
If everything this company has been saying is true why is it at .06 with earings of .39.
Maybe the .39 isn't real
where did you see this?
ok so if we hold our warrants they willnot become worthless we will get an offer B4 Oct 22 weekend?
I was in ANV and got screwed been watching with the warrants I was given. Time is running out. But something is going on who is buying the warrants as time is running out.
I sold this a long time ago. Just check in to see what is happening.
Thre is such a remote possibilty they will ever open a mine. If they do it could still be yeras to get it profitable. The Quincy mine in MI was one of the most profitable copper/ silver mines in MI. Yet it took 10 years for it to make a profit where they could begin paying Div/s. If it hadn't had the silver it would have closed early on. If all this has is Mag it may not be enough. Mines often nee another ore with them.
why is he content to have it selling at .22 when it should be $$$'s ?
thanks for the PM and yes this is realy misunderstood.
If the earnings are $3.56 with a .06 PE they sould declase a .22 dividen and thsi would jump up to at least $53. Somehing is wrong earnnigs due Nov 6. Will be interesting to see what tey are then
I don't know but who and why are they being bought. SOmeone knows sometning or needs a big loss to off set someting which IMO is a terrible way to go
expires the 22nd so some one must know something or taking a big risk to get them up so he/she can unload. We need some news Isn't there a law suite on these warrants? today has 93,547 so between $3500 and $4000
he's got to be close to retirement age. He can't seell any more of this stock to rais capiayl and he sure can't borrow any with the curentt study. So drill a few more holes and hope to hit something?? Not very likely he can find what he needs.
yep looks like one in the same.
