No it isn't MoneyTV. I am starting a Youtube channel and will accept shares in payment for non-professionally produced promotional materials. See the way it works is that once I have the shares and put the video up, I issue a press release about the company securing a sales deal with a major cruise ship line and we all cash in!

The PR concerning the aircraft does not describe a legally binding contract. So, no, citing to that is not DD in my opinion.
The "USGlobal DD" is nothing more than the plans voiced by Tony and the other Baltia representatives. For the most part, it is not factually based.

Sadly, most OTC "investors" do not do any DD at all. As a result, I have to agree with Tony's crew that a change in the ticker symbol will really benefit the PPS. Granted, it would take 5-10 seconds to realize the USGL was BLTA, but most investors are too lazy for that.
From what I have read on the message boards, Jack and Sara were receiving payments from people that were shorting Baltia. That caused them to sneak on the N706BL, bend the girt bar and change the length of the straps on the slides. Their impact cause at least 6 of the 7 failures. The shorts also paid at least one FAA inspector to fail Baltia even though 39 other agreed it was a pass.

It doesn't look like Baltia is going to do anything in June, perhaps they will be a little more motivated in July.
Here is my question. What is the status of the new 767, does it need a heavy check?
Tony should announce the Frequent Flyer Rewards Program. That would be some great press and really get interest back up for the company!!!!

I am not saying any of it was ever true. However, "important people" within the message board community were involved with this and supposedly went to NYC to do an interview with 20/20 or 60 Minutes. It would take hours to type in the whole story. There was going to be lawsuits and indictments. I had the "FBI" call me a few times and say they would be over to pick me up in a few minutes. (I know who that was if they are reading this). If you want to read the "press release", it is below.

A MB member had 20,000 pages of evidence which proved that the FAA had colluded with people shorting Baltia....or so he claimed. He issued a press release to that effect which was reposted by many blogs. That discussion dominated both MBs and all the major players participated in the conversation for at least 6 months.
"On paper" that all looks very manageable. However, I doubt that Tony can sufficiently distance himself from the past to raise the required capital and I doubt he and Sheryl can execute well enough to make it happen. However, he has a chance and the Freedom Fighters may put their wallets (and retirement accounts) behind the new push.
Some fast food franchises require a $1-2 million capital infusion to get into their business as a site owner/operator. I am surprised an airline is only a few fold more.

I assume that the 12 month estimate means that there would be no major problems in the process, ie passing the mini evac in the 1st or 2nd try?
How much money do most companies expend on the cert process assuming it goes reasonably smoothly? I know you need a plane, there are 5 professional positions that must be filled as well as some actual costs in the testing process.
Excluding the aircraft costs, would $1 million do it?

Rolph, flights by 2028 is perfectly acceptable. The Baltia faithful have been waiting decades, what's wrong with a couple more years?
The daily PPS is meaningless!!! What is important is having faith in Tony.
Baltia is like a coiled spring, ready to explode to the upside once they begin flying paying passengers. They just need money to get started, lots of it.

Baltia has had several auditors loose their licences at least in part due to their fine handling of Baltia's books. GBH will have been aware of this prior to taking Baltia on as a client. I am sure their cost estimate has a "high risk" extra fee built in.

It is too bad that Donald Trump announced that he wants to get rid of the Essential Service Program. It could have provided a huge fiscal shot in the arm for Baltia. However, Stewart isn't eligible anyway so maybe it doesn't matter.
