Agreed Doggone. I would say that by now he has figured out if he was in fact "Snookered". He is an intelligent and educated individual, albeit possibly naive in the street smart ways of business. But at the end of the day he sits in the big chair and OWNS this nightmare. HE SHOULD HAVE HAD THE TESTICULAR FORTITUDE TO RID THE COMPANY OF THE CANCER. But the cancer is still thriving and the world tour continues. If they ever disclosed the cost per unit of the hard sales factoring in these boondoggles all over the world (as the great majority of real businesses do (sales costs), it would be well in excess of $200 per unit
i think the doctor himself got "snookered", if you've never played Snooker" look up the term

Chart Update 07-06-11
While nothing significant has changed, I'll take a quick read on where we are.
the fake breakout last week as a result of low volume was a very nice attempt, however over all it is only a matter of time until a true breakout occurs,
after setting up the initial wave I that topped out at 0.46, the current correction still stands at 0.21 and this area must hold in order for the current count to remain valid. I see we have moved into a sub .i/.ii pattern with 0.29 continue to be the key area to overcome. As long as we remain under 0.29, selling pressure will continue, so patience is key. I expect wave III to occur in July.
And if we do get a breakout on volume above 0.46, 0.46 will become the new underlying support which will need to hold in order to sustain any bullish momentum, we can certainly monitor this when that time comes.
Notice the thicker red line? the support at 0.25 has been a very crucial bottom for the past 3-4 years. The longer we hold our breath above 0.25, the higher the chance that the bottom has been confirmed
ok the daily 3:59:58 manipulation came through with a hefty $38.00 trade

GETTING READY FOR IRENE, HERE IS A SAFETY TIP MOST PEOPLE ARE NOT AWARE OF, HOPE EVERYONE IN OUR AREA STAYS SAFE.
Technology To Send "TEXT" Messages Is A Key Component In Disaster Relief
It's a little known fact that you can send "TEXT" messages from your wireless communication device even if your cellular signal is not strong enough to make a voice call or the system is overloaded with call traffic.
That's because text messages sent through the SMS wireless gateway use a different technology than voice messages use. That fact hasn't been overlooked by public and private disaster relief agencies and first responders who are increasingly relying on their ability to send SMS messages as a tool to mobilize disaster relief personnel and coordinate disaster relief operations.
The ability to send SMS messages really proved its worth during Hurricane Katrina, which all but wiped out the U.S. city of New Orleans, Louisiana and spread devastation that caused billions of dollars worth of damage and took over a thousand lives across that portion of the United States.
The U.S.Coast Guard depended heavily on their ability to send SMS text messages, when the message traffic on their radio communications system became too heavy, to coordinate their life-saving rescues by sending SMS messages directly to helicopter crewmen.
EDIT: Dog, I don't know you/me/us/we from adams house cat. I have no clue what you do or if you get paid or whatever this crazy stuff is. All I know is that this is a goofy world you guys live in (pinks) its all a freaking mirage. The ASR equities in my opinion are a joke. When I see the 3:59:58, 100 shares at .22 I think one thing, some one is manipulating the shares, possibly because of a covenant in a debt instrument that is driven by a 10 day closing ave price or similar. No I dont mean that covenants like that are gimmicks, but this manipulation is. so when some fraudster posts "That we closed green whoopeee" I feel like they should be hung in the public square. This is all smoke and mirrors, but a lot of people get hurt. They post that its a positive, uptick driven by the immense demand for the ASR shares. of course speaking about actual results and financials is another word for paid basher. While lying outright to get people to put up there hard earned money is what?

i assume we will see another 3:59ish trade to pump the price again, yesterday it was $22.00
I have looked at the other boards, they are a cesspool of insults and invective, at least there is a modicum of decorum here. Why do they not come on here?
You may have noticed that excepting the last few days I haven't been around much. Just too damn busy with Political stuff.
Now we are dealing with preps for the pending storm Irene. Good luck to any and everyone in the path. We are getting the brunt probably Friday night, or early Saturday as a Category 1.
maybe you can ask what the sales are q3 to date?
goes back too far for me, Ron? never heard the name. But then you have so I have and CFG has as well.
It's a damned shame. It really is. A lot of people have money in this stock. Regardless if it was their own decision, they still have money in here. The shameless hype and pumping is downright criminal. ASR had a shot, in my opinion. I know that you and CFG felt differently, I guess I learned my lesson. It could have succeeded, going back 12 18 mos ago. Now I simply don't see it but I hope it does for the sake of all of those that actually put hard earned money in it. It will not succeed if they continue to operate in a manner inconsistent with basic business fundamentals.
you mean the bashing I do? like referencing their financials?
discussing sales and bringing up the profit margins.......
I know this is the best stock that anyone could possibly invest in but my narrow mind can't grasp the forward looking economic theories and my lack of business experience obviously shows when I don't comprehend the management's actions......very bullish..or is that very bulls___........
all true. that is why I ref the issuance of super voting shares prior to reverse split. not to mention the subsequent issuance of more shares to themselves,
Dog, they maybe attempting to show a willingness to listen. I would say that their actions re the Pref Share issuance pretty much undermines that proffer.

Another robust trading day
Amazing the volume, always good to see the traditional 3:59:58 PM trade to create an illusion of an uptick.
RE-EDIT: Triple, a few weeks pre-reverse split management issued themselves what is commonly called SUPER VOTING STOCK ,a feature that can be a part of any pref.. They determined the voting weight of each share and issued themselves enough to ensure that between them they had enough votes so as to do as they please. After the issuance of the Pref they implemented the RS (200 : 1).
They disclosed this event via an 8K filing (I believe). I am sure that this is covered in the bowels of the by-laws.
They no longer have to consult the common shareholders on any actions. While you may think this is unethical etc.. it is legal as long as its disclosed and the Pref Shares are provided for in the BY-Laws. I hope this answers your question.
EDIT: ccfg, pls look at the Yahoo board under news and the Saturday posting that looks like its from Edgar. It shows a whopping 25% increase in the previously reported Q2 losses.
that translates into 96 cents in losses for every dollar in revenues.
They would deliver better results by closing the doors.
yes but neither of these reflect the much deeper looses as does the item we found in the NEWS section..Initial 2nd qtr losses were reported as 4.0 mill the item we found now has the losses at 4.95 mill for q2...if its accurate and we re reading it properly.....but it is attributed to EDGAR online if you look at it.
if you look at the actual item in Yahoo board under news you will see the EDGAR attribution. This is an adverse material event. It absolutely has to be filed with SEC
does this look like an actual restatement to you that they tried to slip under the radar screen?
CFG, your take?

A minor adjustment ensuring compliance. They are obviously committed to strict compliance. A good thing. Look for uplist soon.

Possibly if not probably they understated the dilutive effect of their transactions and got called on it by the auditors. The Q's are not audited so the numbers can be generated internally.
this appeared with no notice dated Saturday, if its AN ACTUAL re-statement it reflects a $5million dollar loss for the Q for 2nd QTR or a 25% increase in the loss and a huge understatement in the Q, maybe the new board member would not join until it was disclosed????
25% is a big discrepancy, or is it a great opportunity we dont want to miss out on.......

We are all Cybill's now...... You gotta admit it's hilarious. Up is down, down is sideways, sideways is upside down and ASR is the next Microsoft. The To Da Moon gang must be losing their minds....they have to look at themselves in the mirror everyday..of course they can't recognize the guy on the other side.........I am sure that Bloomberg has a whole team of analysts that focus on this incredible opportunity.
That explains the massive accumulation by the folks at KAOS remember Gt Smart!?
it seems the ASR fraudsters don't mind spending $66.00 dollars to promote their scam....
Where are the howling screams of "Manipulation" now?
I agree 100%. The one caveat is that I do not see a company or PE fund doing anything that involves bringing this management team into the fold. With all due respect to the individuals, they have not shown any reason to inspire confidence in their capabilities.
The core product (Thermo) is a me too entry. The revenue stream has been hypothecated to debt holders. The corporate baggage is in my opinion overwhelming.
I believe that it would be immensely difficult to get such a transaction of any significance, past Corporate legal.
I cannot speak to the uplist as I said before. I agree that timely compliance is a positive indicator. I do not share the opinions that this will be a great thing long, mid or near term. Just my opinion.
I have seen too much in the way of management missteps and actions that are contrary to the best in interests of the shareholders vis-a-vis the Super voting stock issuance that took the shareholders out of the equation, the action that led to a court ordered national recall etc..
But good luck and I still watch and will comment. If someone takes exception and wants to focus your attention as to why I do that, you may want to carefully review the totality of my comments and see if there is a balance and objectivity. Do I give credit where credit is due?? Unfortunately if you look at the history with a dispassionate eye and look at cold hard realities, you may agree with me that there has not been a lot to crow about.
That needs to be done with objectivity as well. In my opinion "To Da Moon" and "everything is Looking good" when the company has lost approximately 85% of it's market cap in less than 12 months may be worthy of a closer consideration.
CW, you asked what was the issue? I did not comment on the impact on the ever elusive uplist because I have no idea.
In order to have an unbiased opinion, you may want to do your own independent research and contact one or more of the many financial pundits that are readily available via email or on blogs. Ask them the same questions. Be open and disclose the company and its symbol.
They will give you technically informed and unbiased opinions, as that all any of this can be since no one here is inside the company or the independent auditors.
I have experience with ASR and lost money. Others here are directly encouraging the world at large to invest in this incredible company that defies the challenging market trends. That alone should give you pause to what our answers are.
You may find that an independent source that doesn't have any experience with ASR will be direct, blunt and perhaps illuminating
You may decide to either mortgage your home and sell the kids or run like hell and take your losses...or continue hoping against hope that logic, common sense and hard facts are inconsequential and that ASR will fund a wonderful life in Provence.

Never mind, I got it! At least with the burger and drinks I get to burp and enjoy my money twice...........
My ASR stock would be enjoyed.............never
