AMEN!!
I am year 4
Agreed, HOWEVER, Again JIm is on recored as stating that he is not interested in paying the OTC game any longer.
It is very clear that he will not be doing much ti change status with pinks until the time that the company feels that it is money that is not better to be spent on there company directly.
Are you new to AFTC? If so, good to have you!
I agree that is what it will take. HOWEVER as you will see from past posts. Jim is on the record as saying that he will only post a PR if it is really something that is news worthy - IE a real contract. Anything that is not large enough to move the stock out of the penny hell is going to be posted on the companies website.
Jim has gotten tired of playing games with the pump and dumps. He is also on record as saying that it is not un reasonable for only expect 1 or 2 PR's a year for a R and D company.
In short, I do not think that the company is blocking it from going up as I do not think that AFTC is ready to put out "big news". However, if I am wrong, I expect this stock to take off.
And for the record. It will take off when AFTC gets to the place that they move from R and D to production.
Don't count on that. Unless Jim finally got a large contract. Jim does not put out PR's for the purpose of rasing the PPS.
It has to be MM's, but why? Why would there be someone out there that wants to supress the the price?
Extra cash well spent my friend.
can't wait until we move past the MM crap. It will happen!
I can confirm Bam29ers post. After Jim answered his question, he forwarded me the same e-mail. Bam29er, he did nor take your name out of the e-mail thred. Sorry brotha! I know your real name. Mine is Joseph.
there, I feel better now.
Most interesting :)
classic :)
Got to love Saturday posts! Being that Jim has said to more then one of us that there is a lot in the works, but nothing he can talk about means all we can do is wait and see if any of those things in the works come to fruition.
My last e mail to and from Jim I asked how long something stays proprietary. He said it can be from 2-5 years. However some of that business we will never see, because nothing comes of it.
R/D companies are tuff that way. GLTA
Here is what I find insulting, you think that Jim has news he can share and he does not. I also find it insulting that you listen or comprehend very little to what we have all already said more then once. Talking to you is a practice in insanity.
I stand by what I said. Asking others to force Jim to put out a PR to spike the price is criminal, and I think that is what your goal is. Deal with it.
This will be my last post to Gainmaker. Good luck to you.
BLOCKED.
Gain - The fact that we all have to explain this to you over and over again makes me think that it is more then your shoes that do not fit.
I think that your constant request to ask others to e-mail Jim to manufacture a spike is criminal and you should be band from this site.
Actually not only do I think you should, I am now requesting it.
If you wan't Jim to get sued, then you have a great idea Gainmaker! You are so so so on top of this. I think we will let you handle getting Jim to come " out with it"!
I have a better idea, lets ask Jim what he thinks about magical Piñatas!
good to see I am not the only one ;)
I thought this was a great artical, although a bit outdated, on Coal to DME.
I feel that coal could end up becoming a big source of energy in the states again come 2013.

The good news is that Jim has been consistent with his financials. And the financials have been above water so far for 2012. That is good news.
Jim gave us all a clue a few years back when one of the e-mails he sent our said " my laywer says it is ok to only put out 1PR a year when you are a R/D company.
Point is, get used to it.
I would not pay crap for a PR. I think a PR would only hurt this company until there is really big news.
Jim understands this and I would not expect to see any PR's until that day that we get a real game breaking contract.
Jim is not working to build a stock holder base at this time IMHO.
i also e-mailed him, it was much like the responce he gave you minus the portion about an updated news letter.
10 cents it not the bump I would sell at.
nuff said.
Good to see the Luna!
Cause you are in the know, right?
I asked Jim a month ago if AFTC was still NOT working with Volvo? His response was "NO COMMENT".
MHO is that Volvo actually still is working with AFTC on some level, but is one of the proprietary auto companies.
Agreed!
The US is the Saudi Arabia of Natural Gas. ALSO, Israel who is one of our largest allies in the world has found 2 large deposits of natural gas that they are looking to sell as well. DME from Natural gas is a gold mine for the auto industry IMO.
Luna did some great foot work on natural gas awhile back. I think that the US is going to dive into natural gas in a big way no matter who the next president is. That is not to say that I don’t think one of the candidates would be better for NG then others. Those of you who know me know where I sit in the political spectrum ;)
What do oil companies in the stated thing about DME?
http://oberonfuels.com/
Thanks be to God for that! The flippers have been killing this stock for years.
Now that we all know that Jim will not be pumping phony but only giving us real news we will see less flippers getting into AFTC. This can only serve to help and like you have all already stated, we have a true base of reall investors at this point.
Good things are a comin!
I think things are going to break in the right direction soon, may not have to hold for much longer. JMHO.
There is an old saying, “If you want to make money, invest in things that the United States Military is paying others to research”.
AFTC has been in deep with the military trying to build a pump they would like to use for there transportation purposes.
Tracks records show that once the military is willing to move forward with an item that they paid a company to created and test/prove, that technology hits the big time.
I have NO inside information, but my gut tells me that when we do hear somthing it will be the start of many things to come. That is JMHO.
The posturing of Jim and AFTC makes me think that either he does not care about his company, or that he does not care about keeping the PPS up because he knows that the news in months to come will take care of that. I beleive it is the latter because we all know that he has a plan. GET CONTRACTS!
If Total is touting it, it can't be that far off. The lack of corn from drought this year only makes DME more attractive.

Luna, as always the voice of reason. Jim sent me an e-mail some time back in response to a "taking to task" e mail I sent him. I am positive he has a good plan in place. I will hold.
people who want to keep the price down... I would assume they try and keep it low, then when a sniff of possable news comes out they pump and dump larger share blocks.
That is why I do not trust anyone whos asks other to e-mail Jim and ask for news. If they are not the ones e-mailg Jim for new themselves, then it can't get tied back to them when the play the markets.
Here is something for everyone to keep in mind. AFTC shot up to about .05 on the news that they had sold a fuel system to Ford for testing in 2009. This was great news, but because it was a sale for testing it kept AFTC in the research and development stage. IF and I do state IF there would have been a contract that followed with Ford for continued sales of AFTC parts to Ford the .05 PPS would have kept climbing and at the least remained stable at .05.
NOW lets jump to present. I think that Jim was smart enough to see what happen after the Ford news. So to me the smart money says that he is not willing to put out as much R/D news without the chance of contracts to follow, or at least until contracts are certain. ALSO many of the R/D work that AFTC does are proprietary.
The tuff thing with AFTC is there is not going to be the news indicators that cause it to start up word. One day we are all going to wake up and there will be news of a contract, and WHAMO, but we go. JMHO
Phobia is not keeping Jim from posting PR, lack of real news is keeping him from posting PR. He has said that he is willing to post a PR when there is real news to post.
Agreed, and more importantly I think that Jim is on that same line of thought as well. IMO
"The only significant disadvantage of DME as a diesel-fuel substitute is that it lacks the lubricity and viscosity of diesel oil. An unmodified diesel engine that is run on pure DME would suffer from excessive wear and tear on its injector nozzles, fuel pump, piston gaskets, etc. Replacing standard piston and cylinder gaskets and seals, fuel delivery systems, and fuel tanks with DME-compatible components would be necessary".
In case anyone was wondering, here is where AFTC comes in to play!!
