Well, just call it hearsay and speculation then. I have no problem with that. I'm just saying that one of us mentioned to Mark about going dark concerning who the next auditor would be and apparently he took that person's advice.
What it is, people don't know how to trade and when they got in this stock they lost their asses because they got in at the wrong time. Now, us longs are the brunt of bagholder frustration and I know that's what it is. It's not my fault that people lost their asses here and taking their frustrations out on anything and everybody.
Dude, I told people that I made $30,000 already. BUT, someone else mentioned to me that I can only call $30,000 money in the bank IF I sold. And I figured, well, that does make sense. Yeah, it's only on paper then. But a controversy whether I sold or didn't sell is truly beside the point. This company should be your main subject matter. Lol. Truly amazing that I'm somehow the subject here.
This is truly funny! People believe that I sold my position but they won't believe us when we say that the company went dark over harassment.
I never sold. Sure, go through my posts. It's only on paper. I told someone else that I made $30.000 so far and they told me that unless I sold it's only on paper. And they're right, it's only on paper then.
Believe what you want. There’s very few of us that actually talk to Mark and why the company went dark. The company went dark so Mark wouldn’t have to say who the next auditor would be. So no harassment.
Take it as what you will, but yes, proof! We are the ones who have talked with Mark but yet we have no proof? That part is what's funny.
Let's just say we agree to disagree, how about that. But Mark did, in fact, tell us he was going dark because he wouldn't have to tell anyone about the new auditor. No more harassments. And unless anyone has anything different from Mark then I guess we'll have to believe that Mark did say this.
Let me just jump in here and say that it is ALWAYS being said that the harassment of RRBB is "fabricated nonsense", but no proof to say otherwise. We were in fact informed that RRBB declined continuing to work with Mark as the auditor because of this harassment. Let this be the final word that the harassment of the auditor is in fact true AND is the reason why Mark went dark.
That's just your view of things, not mine. Oh well. Sheesh. I really, really try to tell everyone to visit but no one listens!
Nope, I didn't say that! I said that to get a better perspective on what you've invested in the doors to the company are open for viewing and talking to Mark. It's a lot better than knowing nothing.
So true.
Yes, yes, yes all that is already known. I have been to the company to know better. But again, don't take my word for it. Things that are being said are based upon what you know and NOT what you don't know. This is why it's critical for people to visit the company to realize the TRUE value of this company.
That's fine that you don't believe me or understand that the company is almost, or, already in position for NASDAQ.
Yeah, but you can forget the r/s idea and Mark won't do that and I wouldn't be in this stock for them to do that. Mark makes enough from this that I've seen from my visit to uplist to NASDAQ on their own. Just take my word for it, the company is making plenty enough money to uplist. And it's fine that you wouldn't believe me about how much the company is making, that's ok.
Oh yeah, people will be willing to sell their positions in this stock for a tax write off? I can just see that happening -- NOT! Many longs won't do that because they realize this stock could take off at any time. I have held to my position in this company for over 2 years and I'm not about to let some tax write off make me lose my position.
HA! There's hoping for you. Lol.
Nope. Wrong! I put in an extra $6000 at .03.
Everyone has their reason for being here. Mine is because I believe in the company’s products.
The only thing this has taught me is to check auditing firms very closely. Mark is no saint but I’m also pretty sure RRBB isn’t either.
<<On one side you have a reputable auditing company.... On the other side you have a proven liar!>>
HA! Just because you have an auditing firm who is suppose to be very reputable in their field doesn't mean they're God's gift to businesses. This is why you need to do background checks as much as you can of auditing firms. This isn't one size fits all. Auditing firms can make HUGE mistakes in their own right. Also, trying to compare this auditing firm to Mark is very, very outlandish to say the least! I don't know RRBB from the back of my hand, so you can't compare the auditing firm to Mark. It's completely unjustifiable to do so.
I guess.
Or, it could be RRBB was saving face by saying they resigned. I mean, really, who likes saying they were fired? It doesn't look good to other clients by saying you were fired. I certainly wouldn't put that on my resume.
The end result though, I know what I know about this company and this is why I invested in Arrayit.
Nope, haven't seen any signed...you have me there, HA! But the main point was, it being said that Mark never signed a contract. Well, through all those lovely prs that Mark put out, at least for the two years I've been in this, he stated he signed contracts with companies. But I know what I know and that's why I'm invested with this company.
Have fun...that's alright. Someone had to explain Contract Law 101. Mark has put out many prs that they signed "agreements" with other companies. Plain and simple. Those agreements are actually contracts!
You are right, Arrayit has signed contracts. All the "agreements" they have gotten into are contracts. It doesn't have to say "This is a contract" in order for it to be a "contract", but ANY, any "agreement" you get into with ANYONE is still considered a contract under Business Law.
By the way, when you say a "contract", Arrayit has signed many, many contracts. Each "agreement" that Mark gets into is considered to be a contract. Both parties have to agree to terms and conditions of each agreement which in and of itself in Business Law is considered a contract. YOu are offering something in consideration for something else being done. Just figured I would let you know.
Look, invest where you want and WHEN you want. Don't let others tell you WHAT to invest in. I bought in at .005 and have made $30,000 so far. If I had listened to all the "noise" about not investing I wouldn't have made even that much. GLTU on your investing. By the way, the $30,000 is still on paper because I have yet to cash in. I expect big things with this company! It's taken awhile but longs here are patiently waiting.
Well, do what others do then and just flip this baby. Hopefully you're savvy enough to know when to jump in and when to get out. Darn! It's really not that hard if you believe the company is bogus, which I don't.
Yep, ,03s are here. Now let's see how this closes out the day.
Half of what you said is true and the other half we really don't know about. Yes, this is a Form 15 filer, Yes they haven't filed in about 5 years, but no, we have no idea about any new investors. Truth is the company is dark on half the issues you spoke of so I don't know how we would know about any new investors? Lol, that's a good one.
Yes, and if I didn't like what I was invested in by not having financials out already I would leave. It's not hard to understand people leaving because of no fins out yet. So instead of my complaining and not liking what the company is doing, I would just move along.
Well, not everyone is probably in favor of cheap shares but it's a low blow to call the interview fake or bogus. I mean, the interview was pretty real and he's trying to let new customers and (prospective investors) know about the company.
We will see this week if anyone payed much attention to the television interview. https://www.ktvu.com/video/628515
All in your opinion of course.
Same thing I've been thinking for the past few days since that television interview came out. I'm wondering with the skull and cross bones if new investors will be interested, but time will tell. For those here for a good pump and dump I guess it will help them anyway. But Mark NEEDS to get the skull and cross bones removed first I would think.
Rene still works at Arrayit from what I understand it’s just that Mark has taken the helm of things.
What do you mean Rene doesn't exist?
Well then this should make Mark and Arrayit go over big then because the products aren't fake unlike Theranos. That television interview should hit big shortly!
