You have to give it to them though... they do some superb advertising.
There's only one problem with that device... it's not 4G.
Interesting exchange Bullish. Kept me up past my bedtime. Good night all. :)
Beachsideeddy2. This is a great PR and great news. Just wanted to tell you that although MeshGlobal was officially set up to operate only a month ago, the "MeshGlobal company" idea has existed for months.
I, and I'm sure others saw, several months back, on the MeshGlobal website, saw a detailed illustration of how the Mesh System was going to work. That illustration showed emergency vehicles, businesses, homes, etc. and the frequencies that they would be serviced on. I believe that after MDGC realized that we were viewing that illustration, they took it down and replaced it with the Wytec logo that we now see.
Update For All: As I'm sure you've noticed, The Xcellink International website is under construction; however today I noticed that they updated the statement on the front disclosure webpage. Take a look at that and you'll see, though it is subtle, how much stronger the legal language is.
I truly believe that this company is seriously beginning to focus on what it has to offer the business world; specifically where telecommunications and handheld devices are concerned. Today the price moved from .025 to .03. Though they could and probably will go down again, I think that long term, they are worth holding. www.xcellink.com
MDGC NEWS UPDATE: www.mediag3.com
This company is in the process of getting its' act together. I own shares of this stock; and when MDGC moves - XCEL moves with it. The patents are strong and the company has great connections for some good lucrative business. You just need to hang in there.
Bullish! Hey, I got your message, but I can't private message. Thanks for the kind words and welcome back.
Thanks Charles. I appreciate your reply. I have to be honest with you; I think it a legal and sound business practice, in this case, to legally defer reporting all profits and reinvest those profits back into the company. Especially when doing so will yield a larger monetary return in the end.
Money is coming from somewhere and I wouldn't imagine that it would all come from Val's wallet.
Well actually, Imperial Wireless is Val's brain-child; and could be the "Val's money" they're talking about.
Charles. Maybe the word "hiding" was too strong of a word; I'll change it to "not reporting" their income; which for them, as a delisted company from the SEC; is not illegal. At this point they are legally not obligated to report any income to anyone except the IRS; as now they're almost a private company.
That was my point. Also, I'm sorry but I have to respectfully disagree with your thought that they have not profited. Those unaudited financials don't mention Imperial Wireless or Wytec in the least, and that speaks volumes to me. I know that it's speculation and I could be wrong, but I think that they are reusing profits for the advancement of MDGC, before they re-register with the SEC and have to report everything.
Just my opinion. Your thoughts?
Shutupandgrabtheloot. I truly believe that this company has already made good profits; and are not reporting it to us purposely; and for the following reasons:
1.) As I have said before; Imperial Wireless is in 600 cities. If each city makes an average of $150,000 per month each, that's 90 million dollars a month of income; and $1,080,000,000. 00 a year. For the record: I believe that they made and make more than that; but are simply re-investing it into the company; and it's better for them to tell us later, "what they did with the money" than to tell us now, "what they are going to do with the money".
Clearly, they have to pay for those high-end toys and technology that they are claiming they're going to sell; and ship them and install this and upgrade that. They have to pay for lawyers, advisors and staff; transportation and bills; all in an effort just to begin; and they have begun.
That eats up a billion dollars quickly.
2.) I believe they made profit also because they are hiding their income. As we all know; that which is not said, is sometimes a greater statement than that which is said; and what they have not said is how much they've made; but I don't blame them.
Share prices go up with the announcement of high profit and people sell their shares for millions; millions that the company has to be prepared to pay out.
I could go on but it would be too much. This company and its' partners are going to make billions of dollars on technology that truly will change the way we all live; worldwide. Just think: technology that makes it obsolete to install wire during a cable tv and or phone installation; and that's just one small thing, but name something else in this world that does that; you can't; this venture is huge. Like I said; and I truly believe they are just not reporting their income for good business reasons; and will do so when it makes good business sense; for them and us.
Choifunds. Thanks for sending me that link. Recently, I did some research on Xcellink, Inc. (XCEL). During the searching, I visited their IHUB board page; answered one of the posters' messages and left several websites to connect Xcellink to. China Wi-Max was one of those sites. Check that out and you'll pretty much see where my thoughts are on China Wi-Max. Thanks again.
Pennytradingnet. No problem. If you want all of what your company is connected to check out these company sites and read it all; focus on each company's mission for success; look at who's running these companies and how the names bleed and spill into each other's companies; then connect the dots:
www.attila-tech.com
www.asianadragons.com
www.chinawi-max.com
www.mediag3.com
www.wytecintl.com
www.gtwgps.com
www.unilava.com
I believe that Attila is also going to supply technology to MediaG3. MDGC's patented wimax delivery system technology; working with Attila's patented "systems convergence" technology is going to greatly assist in creating, amongst a few other things, a 4G wireless communications company in China, Vietnam and Cambodia; via China Wimax, Inc. and Asianadragons, Inc.; just to start. The goal is to ultimately provide communications with this system globally.
However, for now, the main place is China. Xcellinks, I believe is going to provide the means by which they get patent protected, safe and secure payments from over seas customers.
Investigate this, then I'll tell you more.
Pennytradingnet. Hey, don't be discouraged about this stock. Word has it that they are about to do a lucrative joint venture with MediaG3, Inc. MDGC.
They are going to use their patented payment system to securely take payments from chinese and over seas customers; in general. This is a good stock. Don't sell. Trust me.
Xcellink International Inc. is changing their website as of the date of this post. MediaG3, Inc. just upgraded theirs.click here The connection is Dr. Ray Powers. (Look him up in the "people" section) He's involved with both companies. Please investigate what I have written.
I actually wonder if they're going to manufacture our battery. Just a thought.
Bullish. Here is something to look at and think about:
Go to www.maxwell.com; then click investors; then click the online investor's kit; then click the (PDF) icon in the "Maxwell Technology Corporation Presentation" section.
Look at what the company offers and, on page 7 of the brochure, where their largest manufacturing plant is located.
There's no connection to MDGC - just something to think about.
Choifunds. Check out this Sony Product. Do you see any similarities? www.youtube.com
You know; I think that Val has a really good business mind. It's just too bad that his websites read like a local area commercial; lacking the maturity and good production value needed to sell something like DashSmart Incar Televisions; which are excellent products.
This new battery information can be found on mediag's new website.
Charles. As I'm sure you know; per the 10/26/09 MDGC Press Release; we're going to be selling the The Samsung Mondi.
www.youtube.com
Yale. I agree with you in that I just wanted to get through this trading day and on to tomorrow for the viewing of the website.
As you noticed, the short sellers had their way keeping us out of the .01 and up range, but so what... I know that they won't be able to do that easily when we are trading with through the OTCBB, because they'll have to use a phone to call in their orders; but even that doesn't matter to me.
Like you said, I, and those that have done their homework know that when this company starts to show and report profits in their quarterlies, we won't be low enough to play with by short sellers.
Think about this: We are in 600 cities. If each city makes an average profit of say $150,000.00 a month, that would mean 90 million dollars a month and $1,080,000,000.00 a year; which equals a share price of .71 cents.
Any way my point is is that I'm looking way beyond reaching a penny or two. In a year we'll be in the dollars; and lots of them.
Cassandra. Attach Attila's technology to MDGC's software projects that were completed by Cleat Gan and Dr Pete Peterson. 5G. It's real obvious that you don't do research... unless of course you want to discredit someone elses DD. Stop being a part of the problem.
I do believe in this company's patents and its' leadership. If you're worried that other companies are infringing on our patents; rest assured; they are; and the company has expressed what they were going to do about it. They jut haven't updated us on the subject.
However, like someone posted earlier, I'm not as interested in infringements as I am in what the company is going to do to generate income with their technology and partnerships. That's what's going to give the company value; providing a relevant product.
You should never get confused about this: We give a company value. A company doesn't get its' value from having money. What makes a company valuable is its' ablilty to produce a product that we feel fits into our lives; to the point that we will pay that company to have it. What makes Procter & Gamble valuable is that they supply you and me with soap and toothpaste; those products being relevant to good and healthy daily living.
I hope that MDGC gets licensing agreements for the infringemets, not money; because the ageement adds value to the company; which ultimately means a higher share price; which is really what we want as investors.
For what it's worth; Citing a patent in a patent application is done for the following reason(s):
1.) It tells the patent examiner," I know that my invention is similar to this one but here are the differences; and here is how mine is superior"; and or
2.) "I know that this gadget works but if you add this and take away that, it will work and or look better." A perfect example of this is a roto-dial phone versus a push button one.
In the nutshell: citing a patent is done to show that the person seeking the patent is NOT infringing on an existing patent.
Impact58. The reason the stock price went and is going down is because the stock moved up on hype and not company / financial value. Exposing these websites is important because the sites will show, for the first time, company value, partners, deals, carriers and solid direction; from the horses mouth; which will show real financial value to it's existing and future shareholders. Something that long time share holders have been waiting for; were excited about; didn't get; and now the wind is knocked out of us.
When the websites are finally seen, confidence will almost immediately be re-established and I believe that, only then, the stock price will permenantly move out of the subpenny area. At this point: they have to fully release those sites before anything else can be respected. It's just too bad that MDGC lost momentum with this event.
Excellent Post!
Something Fun. For whatever it's worth: While you're fantasizing about how much you're going to make; go to the below website and calculate how much the government is going to take.
www.moneychimp.com/features/capgain.htm
Sbb4th. 5G technology definitely exists. click here
Excellent post! Exciting. Powerful technology. I really hope that we are in business with them. They are right up our alley. $$$$$ For sure.
They are late to reporting their financials or filed incomplete financials to OTCBB. If they don't comply within 30 days, they will be dropped from trading with / through OTCBB.
JWilson2001florida. That was a great post; a great and very informative find. Thank you for sharing that.
I liked today's financials but have come to realize, while discussing face to face with another MDGC investor, that they're only the interim financials. I think that here are more coming; especially with no mention of Imperial Wireless, Wytec, Ohana Wireless; or any of their dealings in China; all of who I'm sure made some money.
Think about this: Imperial Wireless has locations in 19 states - 500 cities. If they made just $50 thousand dollars in each city; that's $25 million dollars. I believe there's more to come and I can't wait.
Thunderbolt. I see that you are referencing a Sprint Backhaul company but can you please give a little more information on a connection; if any?
LOL! Why do I get the feeling that if the stock shot up to $20.00 a share, some of you would complain that it didn't go to $21.00. Stop picking on me J_Walker... believe me... I mean well. (smile)
Absolutely, my friend.
These reports are part of the audited financials. You probably shouldn't see them as separate from any other report associated with this round of financial documents for this year.
Thanks Bobsmith, and I agree. We shouldn't think that these financials are designed to raise share prices, per se, but are more designed to open up the company's financial books and business actions to its partners and investors.
So to speak, they're recapping, with greater detail; telling us what happened 3 years back. Then, preferably today, or if not, hopefully sometime before the close of the week; they will tell us what happened 3 months ago. Then finally, in or around February, we should receive the annual report; whiich should update us as to where the company is going and with whom; in great detail.
I'm personally looking forward to the 2nd Quarter 2010 report, and hope that it comes out today because it should tell us the real value of the company.
I'm sure that you noticed that the company moved up from a Pinksheets value of about $29,000 to over $3.3 million; just on these enhanced unaudited reports alone.
It's going to be real interesting to find out factually how much Imperial Wireless; Wytec; and Ohana Wireless has made. I trust the company; believe that they are doing good and productive work; and believe that they will yield fruit in about 18 months or sooner.
Negativeforce. Moxy is male? LOL. Previous post led me to believe that Moxy was female.
Enjoy your water Moxy.
J_Walker. In that post I was responding to Mike87's post;and Val made it clear that NUVU was not a part of MDGC; which is off the subject of our debate.
Truthfully, I don't care if you come up with 20 things that counter my information and highlight your point; which you won't; but I don't care if you do. Because in order for you to do that, you would have to do some good DD; which helps us all.
I mean think about it: Why would you devote so much time researching to find something that discredits another poster's post, when you could be researching to help better educate the board and yourself with respect to a stock that could make you and all of us money?
Something to think about.
