Find me a corporate website, contact information, secretary of state filing, articles of incorporation, etc..
Organic Product Solution does not own the trademark to Natures Solution.
"Natures Solution" is also not a valid trademark that's owned by GRBG or "Organic Product Solutions".. 2 things that don't exist down so far with this PR.
Natures Solution is owned by Nature Technologies International LLC.
I don't think Organic Product Solutions exists, btw. I can't find any corporate records of them, no secretary of state filings, and no PR's, websites, or news other then what came out today.
Sounds like a boiler room move.
Never said GRBG did.. I said WowGreen did
They can file a lawsuit against WowGreen, since it was WowGreen's CEO that flat out stated and spelled out GRBG in the CC.
Happens too often.
A few of us have that CC saved.
Impressive that the directors were involved with pump and dump scams in the past? How is that impressive?
A few people saved that conference call that was removed. It's flat out illegal what they did and are trying to cover their tracks.
IMAI involved with pump and dump directors? You don't say? :)
Conference call with Ali stating they bought GRBG (named the ticker specifically) and said they're a public traded company has been removed from the website.
Illegal activities.
The company. They are the ones that have been telling people themselves that WowGreen bought GRBG and that the PR was just days away from beign released. Walter in their Customer Service department told me this himself.
WowGreen just told me that Walter is a customer service guy and would have no knowledge of mergers or investor relations. Walter was the one that told me, and many others that WowGreen bought out GRBG and will be putting out a PR any day now.
Looks like they're covering up their story.
He started over 7 companies since 2006 in Florida. He's been busy.. they all get dissolved shortly after being incorporated.
Its on yahoo finance as well.
It looks like the SEC will receive many more complaints as well. Add IMAI to the list of pump and dumps Tom, Derreck, and Joshua are behind.
Everything expected out of a Tom Gaffney company?
The PR dates keep being pushed back? What's next? PR by DECEMBER 2011?
The "payday industry" preys on low income hispanic families. Have you ever worked with these type of companies before? They screw people over, just like the car title loan businesses. A lot of people aren't using them these days, in fact people are more knowledgeable to stay away from them. Stop spreading lies.
Tom Gaffney is invovled in this, and so is his past gang of crooks.
His other companies
1) don't have 20 BILLION AS
2) Are questionable and being manipulated since DSNM jumped 94% off of 500 shares (0.01 to 0.15), then dropped 94% off of 100 shares (0.15 to 0.01).
You're right. It must be really hard to write 20,000,000,000 with crayons. It'd take me days to do that.
Great find! Also, who the hell thinks that payday loan companies taht targets minorities is a good idea? Its a LOAN SHARK business. The stereotype of companies that do that isn't good.. they scam and prey on people, and in this case its low income minorities that are the backbone of America. Stereotype, yes, but with the IMAI director's past and affiliations with Gaffney its hard not to assume that for this as well.
I can name a couple of reasons why it won't get to 0.01.
20 BILLION A/S (can we say reverse split?)
Crap CEO
Lack of transparency
Questionable "truth" in PR's
Here's a FABULOUS idea. If anyone is lucky enough to find Healing Center of Montana's phone number for Mike Smith, why don't you call him and ask if he's heard from HESG or Tom :)
Believe it or not I am curious about what will be said.
Avon and Tupperware were weak companies with weak products? Nope. They did quite well, and continue to do so.
Cleaning products have a network of distributors, and often own many brands that stock shore shelves. If this company were to get into brick & mortar shops there could be a conflict of interest against their distributor. I'm not sure on the details of this, but I do know the beer industry has the same problems because the distributors are often either owned or paid heavily by Budweiser & Miller/Coors. You may have a great craft beer, but it's getting to the far back corner of the cooler and delivered on a Budweiser truck. The other side of the coin is shelf space: also known as real estate.
They also may not want their product to be associated with heavy chemical cleaning products, or even next to them & giving people the wrong impression (chemical smells as well). Remember, most products are lucky to even get 2-3 seconds of someone's attention span in a store.
There's more to think about then what's at face value when it comes to distribution rights.. you don't know who is lining the distributors pockets. A superior product that's being put out there could take money away from customers that a distributor depends on the most (80/20 principle). This shady practice happens all the time.
MLM's are often a quick and effective way to get your product out. Many companies that are just starting or are just small do this because it is cost effective with lower risk. It softens the blow of burned funds if things don't go as planned while paying off huge if it does take off. I do not expect WowGreen to continue the MLM model once their products are more widely available.
TRADR, its the MM's! They are trying to keep poor Tom down! There's an entire network of fake Tom's trying to do the same!
Go..(HESG)
:) Thanks
It it drops below $1.00 longer then 30 days its delisted unless the government steps in.
I can understand if you're here b/c you have something against a pinksheet company, but being on here if you have a vendetta against the entire pinksheets market is a new one to me. Why? There's over 4,000 companies to choose from in pinkie land so why are you specific to this one if you think Pinks are rubbish?
I don't really see the logic in that. There's other forums out there to address these issues with a market.
The transparency is better then most of what you'll see on pinksheets. I personally don't see a problem with it because I've been in companies that have had less, and gagged their TA but still ran.
So I guess every mom & pop shop out there, or small business, or LLC isn't a real business? WowGreen isn't on any exchange, being a LLC, so does that make them a crappy company? Modus Health Care, LLC is another one with a value of over 80 Million USD (you could have bought 30% of the company for 25M last year). These small, private firms provide most of the jobs in this country and you're attacking them because they don't have enough suits, personnel, or means of support to play on the big boards? C'mon.. ever heard of GROWTH? It happens, and some people have to go this route.
Pinksheets does have its share of bad apples, but there are good ones out there.
NASDAQ/NYSE require $1.00 PPS or higher and a whole lot more regulations.. some smaller companies may not have the personnel required just to keep an operation going to support the bigger exchanges requirements.
If you're upset over EESO, I understand, but if you feel this way about all pinksheet companies, why do you spend so much time here?
How do you expect WowGreen go OTC-BB when they are a non traded LLC?
GRBG is Pinksheets Current, just a step or two below OTCBB, which is GOOD.
GRBG doesn't have a gagged TA
GRBG will gladly talk to you about any concerns you may have & does take the time to answer. They take pride in customer interaction.
Those 3 things are better then what most Pinksheet companies can offer shareholders.
That's actually great news. Thanks for the info, Millenium
I've been noticing a little volume over the past few days, and its been getting bigger. Who is buying ECCI?
Great post. The guru is usually dead on with his picks. Glad to see he's supporting this play.
So you're saying everything hasn't gone south so far from 0024 to when it hit 0001?
What does this have to do with HESG? HESG isn't in the MMJ business. They just say they are yet fail to provide proof.
He said its already been taken care of & the SoS of Nevada should be updated any time now.
HESG never bought that shop in Montana according to HESG itself. They didn't buy it because they couldn't afford to, so they bought a license. Never bought, never owned, never whatever other word you can come up with that shows personal or corporate ownership of any kind.
Read the PR's again. Tom likes to fill people's imagination with his wording on these things, just like he did on the Modus deal & the share retirement. Its not a lie, but it can be misleading if you don't pay close attention.
This stock should not be trading this way... its undervalued, the volume continues to be way up, the share structure is very attractive, a PR showing a $4 million dollar sale, yet its down.
Weird.
Volume is still good on this one.
