no kidding...did you see them walk the stock down today...selling below the bid...it will take a little time to get the trials off...but then people will understand why we all hold this little bio called Nuvilex...glad to see you back somewhere...the other is a big mess over there...
(keep)
bull
go look at the pps now...I know exactly why the stock gets walked down by the mm's selling below the bid...when a PR mentions progress toward the trials....it doesn't take a genius to know that...
bull
it has nothing to do with " sympathetic arthritic old people"...if you are going to bash the stock at least know what you are talking about...
bull
so TD2 are the ones that are going to be studying the liver like I was talking about in earlier posts....Ascites are most common in liver damage...People with certain cancers in the abdomen develop ascites...... These include cancer of the colon, ovaries, uterus, pancreas, and liver......
so while the Phase 2b is going to get us approval ...TD2 will already be working on the affects of Cell_in_a_Box on the other organs...
bull
that is why we do our DD...
Nuvilex Retains TD2 to Conduct Preclinical and Clinical Studies
The Nuvilex team presents us with a new tool to employ against the symptoms and invasive properties of this very challenging cancer," said Daniel D. Von Hoff, M.D., Chief Development Officer of TD2. "Our Pancreatic Cancer Research Team (PCRT) colleagues are enthusiastic to begin clinical trials with this approach."
In commenting on TD2's work with Nuvilex, Kenneth L. Waggoner, Chief Executive Officer and President of Nuvilex, stated, "We are honored that TD2 and Dr. Von Hoff will play a pivotal role in the development of our treatment for patients with advanced pancreatic cancer that combines the proprietary Cell-in-a-Box(R) live-cell encapsulation technology with the cancer drug ifosfamide.
bull
The main focus for me right now is on the Phase 2b...that is the one that will bring us approval in a relatively short time...once started that will only take 1 year...and we will hear endpoints during that time...there is no amount of trials mandated by the FDA for approval of any drug or therapy...you can apply for approval at any point...
bull
NICE....things are starting to happen for this little bio company....going to get very interesting...
thanks
bull
another company research on Nuvilex...that's good...we need exposure...hey esusan..I knew you were still invested in Nuvilex...tried to email you and it came back with no email for you...I think we should be hearing something by summer to move us along...the end of year report is usually detailed more so we should get some info on progress of trial in July...
keep
bull
the stock is not sinking ...it is only down 3/10 of a penny...and it is doing exactly what it has done since Feb. go up and down in a pennant....longs are waiting on more news for the start of late phase 2b trial and day traders are playing with it...do you not think everyone on here knows what is going on with the stock...us long investors know what is going on with the company because we have done DD and the traders don't know anything about the company and don't really care to...they do what they do...Nuvilex will issue a PR when they have something to say..
bull
that is an oxymoron...large investors don't care one way or another about these type of articles....they do their DD and buy the stock...they are in it for the big money just like I am...
bull
For the last time because I won't comment on this topic anymore...it is lame...every tiny company trying to get on their feet PAY FOR EXPOSURE COVERAGE...that is all it is for...to keep the Nuvilex name out there on the internet for anyone that does not know who they are or what they do...It is not for any long investors that already own Nuvilex...before the internet the paid promotion was done strictly by mail...which they still do...the ones touting something different are day traders...the PR'S will come when they have news...Nuvilex DOES NOT put out constant PR'S...they pay for exposure...we all know why this topic is even up on the mb...
these articles don't bother me either way...the company PR's is what I read and take to heart...
bull
you print paid exposure articles to get the name NUVILEX out there in the light...all small companies do it...this is a lame point..even you know it...
bull
All small bio's pay for exposure until they no longer need to...and what they are saying in the article is true...
he article today is what I was saying before...when you have pancreatic cancer you get metastatic pancreatic cancer that goes to the liver....so this will be one of the endpoints for Nuvilex and if they can eliminate or reduce these with Cell_in_a_Box watch out above...and you will hear about it.
metastatic pancreatic cancer that goes to the liver is Stage IVB pancreatic cancer....it is cancer that has spread to other organs...usually the liver first...so Cell_in_a_Box shrinking or eliminating any of these in other organs is huge
bull
he works for Elite Pharmaceuticals Inc....so what does that have to do with Nuvilex....
bull
yes I know that...and no where in it does it say they have ALREADY applied for Orphan Drug Designation...I am long and I just believe in keeping it real...and no way I plan on selling any of my stock for quite a while...I don't have a goal pps because there is no telling what will happen when CITB gets approval...this little bio will be account changing for anyone who has the foresight to buy and hold a tiny little bio like Nuvilex...and it takes patience...and I am not talking about a few months worth...
bull
where in that release does it say that Nuvilex has already applied for Orphan Drug Designation....it doesn't...
bull
I thought you were long Nuvilex and truly believed in how they are going to improve lives for people with pancreatic cancer and you are going to dump your shares at .40...
this is why you do your own DD and do not take advice from a mb...
bull
If we have success in Phase 2b there won't be a phase 3...and keep in mind that life expectancy and side affects are not the only results they will be looking for in the trial....
one of the endpoints they could see would be the shrinking or elimination of the metastatic pancreatic cancer that goes to the liver...if they have success throughout the trial with these micro metastases...
if that happens and is announced during the trial as an endpoint you will see why you invested in Nuvilex
bull
no one here is being duped...this is not my first bio and definitely not my first stock...and every bio I have been in has issued shares or took on debt to accomplish what they need to...they are small start ups and now are sitting pretty good and so is my bank account for buying into them at the right time like this stock ...so I am pretty sure the 27 Million funding from a venture capitalist does not bother the longs term holders of Nuvilex...we are being patient waiting for approval of Cell_in_a_Box and personally from experience with small start up bio's ...this under the radar little bio is the best I have found...
bull
I guess I just don't understand some of the comments about the LPC funding...how can you guys say it was not a good deal for Nuvilex...they got a commitment for 27 MILLION dollars...and can draw on it at Nuvilex's own discretion....choosing when and at what pps they will let LPC have more shares...and yes I would rather them fund these late stage trials with shares rather than massive debt...that way when we come out on the other end and get approval for Cell_in_a_Box we are a debt free company...and yes I DO think we will get approval when we have proof already that the technology beats every standard out there right now....
bull
I think it is an across the board market pullback..exchanges way up....S&P at all time high...I think Chromadex is just following suit...some people say big sell off coming and all wall street follows suit...I am holding all my stocks...if you were out of the market last summer you missed a big move up...my bio's did good...Chromadex will come back...my portfolio is fully invested or I would be adding here...
bull
Since you are the one that posted it...are we reading the same thing because it sounds to me like a pretty sweet deal for Nuvilex for funding for the upcoming trials...
bull
yes a buy for 510,857 for $160,919.955....nice big purchase....
bull
They are making strides with cancer...especially recently...I just saw on Fox this morning that a women who had cancer of the blood was totally cured by giving her a large doses of the measles vaccine...and they are making great strides in treating cancer with your own immune system....

my father was also in Vietnam and he died of lung and multiple cancers at the age of 56....
thank you Senior Chief for your service...you guys were the forgotten ones by way too many people when you returned home...but not me...I hope they find a cure for you...
bull
Just my opinion but I don't think that they needed the money yet..they just got 2M...and one thing I like about this bio is they are not quick to pull the trigger and offer shares or take on any debt....when they need it they will get it...
since this was instigated by Nuvilex...my thought was that LPC wanted more shares and a bigger interest in the company and Nuvilex was not ready to offer any yet...when they do the shares will be offered at market prices...
bull
No...we could not finish trials without the funding...that is why they did the funding in the first place...and I don't understand this talk of no money except for the fact there is one new person bringing it up...we have 25M worth of funding at our fingertips and actually on that deal Nuvilex came out great...with terms in their favor...all small bio's need money...they get it by borrowing or offering shares...I would rather have them offer shares at this point instead of taking on massive debt...
trials take time...if we are lucky they will get accelerated approval after Phase 2b and we won't need a Phase 3...we will go right into Phase 4...there is no rule with the FDA on how many trials you have to do..it is whether you have proof or not..and we have already beaten out the standard...so I have no doubt where this little bio company is going...and anyone that would sell at .40 or .60 cents is crazy....
bull
They have only taken 2M of the 27M funding so how are they going to be broke...and all small bio's have to get funding by borrowing or issuing stock....so your comment does not make sense..
bull
You do know what close escrow means don't you...if not here is a definition for you....
Close of escrow means essentially that a real estate transaction has been completed and that the sale is final.
XTRM Cannabis Ventures Closes Escrow on 40 Acre Parcel to Grow and Process Hemp and Marijuana
Temecula, CA / ACCESSWIRE / March 12th, 2014 / Extreme Biodiesel, Inc. (XTRM) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary XTRM Cannabis Ventures has just closed escrow the 40 acre parcel in California with plans to cultivate Hemp and Marijuana as well as the construction of a massive indoor grow facility and container park.
bull
Have you guys noticed all the accumulation today..
bull
It is trading this way because of the indicators on the chart...MACD crossover about to happen at any time now and when it does we are going up....the last time it crossed over under 0.00 was Jan 2...and you know what happened after that...we are also right at the 20 dma....
bull
Nice one....LOL
bull
where do you read the article or what did it say about Nuvilex...
bull
Really...I don't even have a loss yet.....
bull
not on the site that you and your alias keep posting...
boom
bull
first true thing you have said.....and I meant to say joint venture...so sorry...now cut the crap...bitter man...a thousand dollars is chicken feed ....go make it back somewhere else...I am guessing it was all the money you had and that is why you spend your whole days here whining about it...
they have a joint venture ...so cut the crap
The pps is doing just fine...look how stable the stock has become...also the MACD is shortly going to crossover below the o.oo...the stock will rise when that happens...traders look for it..but the real move will come when Orphan Drug Designation is given....
bull
when they put out a pr people complain about it being fluff and when they don't put out a pr because they have no new news people complain about that....what do you guys want
the company already said they are positioning themselves into a holding company...that is why they merged with Sunburst Biofuels...
to make biodegradable construction materials...this is not the first time they mentioned getting into those materials...they are not selling biofuel anymore...it was not profitable for this small company to keep doing that on such a small basis...
"Dr. Rainer Busch intends to use several of his processes to create additional products currently patented by Dr. Busch, all of which have a much higher profit margin than biodiesel."
and as far as the land development...it takes time...they just leased a building where they will build out the equipment..
bull
It would just be a guess but on Austrianova site they talk about • Ifosfamide /Cyclophosphamide...teaching an old drug new tricks...at the time the first trials were done maybe they felt like a drug used for 30 years in the clinic was safter....
