Another Potential Buyer for Gas Natural Fenosa
MELFOSUR, is another Spanish company that has declared its interest in purchasing Gas Natural Fenosa in Nicaragua. The other potential buyer is TSK Electrónica y Electricidad.
Tuesday, January 22, 2013
Citing as an information sources from the website of the newspaper Nueva España, El Nuevo Diario reported that the Spanish companies, Montajes Eléctricos y Fomento del Sur (MELFOSUR) and TSK Electrónica y Electricidad are interested in acquiring 84% of the assets of Gas Natural Fenosa the distributor installed in Nicaragua.
Speaking to the Nicaraguan press Santos Porras Fernandez MELFOSUR’s representative in the country, said "this morning a colleague of yours asked me the same thing, I called Spain and was told that is totally untrue."
El Nuevo Diario reported similar negative statements about the intentions of TSK, even though the Minister of Energy and Mines Emilio Rapaciolli, gave confirmation of the company's participation in the negotiation.
Thanks, Manipulation?

Are you still sure if CONC's future is well?
...Cosep pide negociar
Ahorro de US$228 millones
The time is over now we have December not June. Meantime hase the in. position has changed.
Could you send me the web link
Noode12. What's your oppinion?
Are there any news?
Conc will be successful. I can not imagine that they will invest over such a long period a lot of time and money for nothing.
They could really have a great product. Why not. But they should make sure that finally a MR is coming. Hopefully they don't need several months again for the market introduction.
