But I agree, there will probably be a some kind of run for the June 10th factory opening *if there is no delay- That may be the best time to dump this stock.
That's another million shares added to the float. This is over 112 million now, everything bought today was VNDM on the ask.
T-Trades are shares sold throughout the day in blocks, that are tallied at the end of the day. Like those 10k shares just bought @.0311 on WSTI one minute ago. It did not move VNDM off the ask on Level 2 , because he is selling in lots of 10,000. So you get farther away from seeing the real amount of shares on the ask during trading sessions. This is the surest sign of convertible stock being moved, whether it is toxic financing, or in some situations with some companies, shares being dumped into the open market that were issued to Preferred shareholders.
Then the idea is to move the stock on low volume. And it can be done over and over, once the stock nears the perceived assumptive bottom; and sometimes run it from there, or until it collapses again from the huger float it creates. The amount of shares added to the float begin to diminish the share price far more, than even what we may consider to be equal in far short term. A more financially stable company, or smarter company, which needs to raise money, would sell an outright amount of shares in their Offering(s), rather than get into a highly toxic situation. That usually helps keep the shareprice close to the amount of the offering.
If WSTI gets a $20 million grant from India, or if Al Gore and Warren Buffet buy us out, than I'll turn around and give them credit for remaining sustainable beyond their means, and the ambiguity.
Still watching the paint dry I see. Give RNN credit though, the stock has held up real well. It's due for a nice breakout.
I sincerely doubt that WSTI has much control over the toxic situation at this point. The company chose to borrow money from 4 toxic diluters that I'm aware of. Obviously sales at that point were not enough to cover the costs of good sold, with such a large payroll, fixed costs, and hefty executive salaries, non-deferred.
Not saying it might not be good business sense for them, because what they are trying to accomplish is not cheap. They are trying to expand operations and reach a broader market. And there will always be a few windows to trade, however in the near long term it seems pretty inevitable that the stock will either become a cesspool of shares, but most likely, to remain attractive to new investors the company will eventually have to do a r/s, to then have the ability to raise $$ at higher prices. It's an unavoidable spiral when you make a deal with the devil, and they are able to buy back their positions at 70% of the lowest bid for the 3 or more preceding trading sessions.
Didn't expect that 617k bid at .031 to last too long. Still, there sits VNDM, with it uncountable lots in sizes of 10k sitting on the ask. Maybe low volume days are better for everybody. Low volume means far less dilution.
WSTI appears to be in permanent fundraising mode. Why should they stop? Having unlimited authorized shares means you never have to stop diluting. Of course Dan Bates says that it's not his fault. They just happened to buy this shaky shell in Wyoming. See it's not the company's fault, he says, that's just the rules in Wyoming, and there is no reason to have to cap the amount of authorized for the sake of..let's say.. shareholder value.
If anyone ever happens to get the current share structure from the TRANSFER AGENT, please post it. So tired of calling them and being told that the company refuses to make that information public. But Dan Bates says they will update that info in their quarterly filings, naturally.
In at .35, out at .85-guess you think the patents are worthless. The shares won't be cancelled. Not too many of them.
doesn't appear anything you claim has led towards them getting into any trouble, but the appearance hurt their past performance. They're probably getting their act together, and they'll become a monster stock. Looks to me like they avoided a hostile takeover, and bought back most of the float themselves. Look for it to trade over $10 by next quarter, now that they've burned their enemies, and took back control. And it's been a good ride for me! lol
Have fun spitting in the wind!
Looks like you've been wrong about this one. Doesn't appear the O/S will get wiped out, and the stock will probably surge over $10 post bankruptcy. Not enough shares to wipe the slate clean, and plenty of value in AVTC'S intellectual property. No doubt the company has some issues, and needs auditing, but it was always undervalued. Seems like they've had some internal problems that they are getting resolved.
SMKY has never promoted the stock in it's history as a company. There was a third party promotion a few years ago. Stocktalk radio was paid for by a large shareholder, simply to increase awareness, and there was not any stock diluted or sold into the market by the company from it. Smoky has never paid anybody to promote it's stock on IHUB either, I post simply to negate the false claims made here about them, such as this one you've made.
The company has no toxic debt, and no convertible financing. They have at times offered shareholders discounts on buying their food products, but that is it.
There is no manipulation to pump and dump SMKY. Most shareholders are sitting and waiting for further developments, and I am the only person posting on the company currently that can be called a pumper, and I'm not dumping. Also the share structure remains the same, and the company has ZERO toxic debt, and ZERO convertible stocks.
Well currently SMKY is trading low volume, and when those 100,000 shares sold for .01 two weeks ago, I had a bid in for .016. If you believe that Market Making is a hands off operation, and they don't look to make money off of every security, that's your prerogative. There could be another explanation off course, but that doesn't change the fact that this happened, as anybody with a bid on level 2 that day can attest to. There was also another bid at .015 filled for around 8,000 shares, while my bid at .016 still stood. And of course I called Ameritrade after this happened, and they told me there is nothing that can be done. You only have a right to a fill when you are on the ask, if nobody else beats you to it.
I'm all for clean energy, and a healthy environment, but the fact of the matter is that we have a glut of cheap oil in the world right now, and the Bakken fields in North Dakota alone, are expected to produce enough to keep our country non-dependant on foreign oil for the next 100 years. And the oil industry bankrolls many of the decision makers in Washington.
The only thing the shareholder letter kicked off was another round of dilution. But they should create a little excitement when the new facility in India kicks off June 10th, and that will be your best opportunity ever, to trade your current diluted shares to the next hapless round of investors.
Of course if this factory opening is delayed for any reason; best of luck.
Eddie is a very healthy, and hardworking man that is bringing this plan together. The stock went up 22% last week. There are positive developments going on now for the company, and we will soon be on our way to great success, and meet long awaited expectations.
And when it runs..it's going to jump 300-500% in just a few minutes. I'll be adding more stock till then, and hope to get them as cheaply as possible.
And if we do go there, I would be happy to try to gobble up as many shares as possible before somebody else does. Because the ROI will become phenomenal. But I sincerely doubt we will, unless somebody selling is extremely stupid, or desperate. And buying at the current prices have proven to be a boon every time for traders, and this time will be no exception.
Market makers jobs are to make a market for a stock, and profits for themselves, and their companies. They employ more than one employee, and can maneuver easier when a stock is low volume. Whether you believe all their actions are honorable, sincere, or even legal, that is your opinion, because the SEC is not known for strict enforcement, and traders know that part of the risk they take is that much of the game is fixed by big money.
With that said, most of us that trade stocks know that the main reason that Madoff went to jail, is not so much because he did anything different that we don't witness, or read about everyday that happens to regular investors. It's that Madoff had the gall to embezzle from rich and famous people.
Smoky has never changed it's share structure, nor had a reverse split. Nor have any executives in the company ever sold any of their personal stock. That makes them quite different than other OTC companies. The only thing they haven't done up to this point is become successful, but that will change.
Then you don't understand how Market Makers function. They understand every stock they make a market for, and on OTC stocks, they have more liberty to take advantage of bidders. And there were bids that they undercut me, or that I was undercut on my bid-once by 60% on this very stock just a few weeks ago. Ask the trade desk of any brokerage what they can do, and get away with on OTC securities.
I have no reason to say so otherwise, and your opinion about my saying so this last occurance is really irrelevant to the fact that it did happen. For 100k shares too.
We won't go there, but if we did I'd sell other stock and buy all I can. But most likely the MMs would take most of the shares from me, and even undercut me. But I know most stocks hit their absolute lows before they run to new highs. That's how the game works. In my dreams they would go there so I can try to quadruple my positions before this skyrockets
Yeah, but at least there aren't any investors that have been reverse split out of their positions. So if we get back to $1, everyone that held this long does good. And those that averaged down will do better.
I've been trading, and accumalating smky for over a year now. I don't have to back anything I'm saying either because it's performed well for me. You're talking about a few years ago. Different circumstances now. Eddie is getting this together, It's going to do well.
BMAK on the ask. Huge diluter. Lots of shares for sale.
what's the story here? TA is gagged. Investor Relations unavailable, and mailbox full. Why the big drop? Thanks in advance
Can you back those claims? How would you know what's in development right now? I don't see any changes, or any capital being raised in the market, do you? Evidently, not everyone agrees with you.
good to know. Company has all it's physical capital, as well as means to produce and distribute it's products everywhere . At a great price to buy in yet. Maybe we'll get back to your .30 before you know it, since the company has no toxic debt, and the same share structure.
Smoky Market will become a great success! Best tasting smoked baked food in the world. Great opportunity now. Enjoy
SMKY's history says it's a good buy here. I trade other stocks quickly. SMKY is an investment. You have to buy and hold it for awhile while the volume is low. When we get some news, the volume gets huge, and this is a bargain at these current prices.

I trade stocks like most with the goal of making money. I have owned, bought, and sold some of this garbage as well.
Sure they have sold food, just not on a large scale. Yet. It's been a process, but the timing is great today for their smoked food products. The company has the means of large scale production today, and things will work out. And people smart enough to invest today, will do great. Also the company has never had a reverse split, has no toxic debt, and management has never sold any of their personal stock.
It could be more than that. We don't know if it's 120 or 150 million shares now, nor will we most likely till the next quarterly filing. Dan Bates doesn't feel that knowing the share structure is important to investors, so he gagged the transfer agent, and refuses to give that information out to the public, or this board. And that could be fine, if the company stops diluting; but last I checked WSTI still carries plenty of toxic debt.
This still could be a good bet today, since the share price was dragged down over 1000% the last month. And perhaps the toxic financing won't kick back in as hard, till this gets run up to get a better split price, so it can be diluted at a higher price for future offerings.
But there is still no limit to the amount of shares the company can put into the market, and if it's true that they are losing money on every unit sold, then they will have to raise plenty of more cash just to meet payroll, and pay for the high priced executive salaries, much less to continue as a going concern.
Smky has products to sell, and they will come thru with their business plan.
Smky has a lot going for it today. And the company has never scammed anybody.
yes. The company has not succeeded yet despite their lofty ambitions. That is important, and the only legitamite argument against them. All that is going to change though, and they have the means to do it.
My Ameritrade account, (which doesn't substitute for share structure info we cannot get from the gagged Transfer Agent) currently claims 112 million outstanding shares, out of the unlimited amount of authorized shares the company is allowed to produce.
I don't invest in faith. I waited to add more stock for what I consider a good entry, because I know Smoky food products will become successful this year beyond all expectations. That's a belief, and if I can help, I will. And because I understand that your mischaracterization of the CEO isn't worth a grain of salt in the real world, and doesn't correspond to the actual share structure, nor it's history. And the fact that the company has ZERO toxic debt. Good time to buy.
money well spent then if that's the basis of your case
you could always speculate. how do you know this money you claim is blown? Maybe it's the exact opposite of what you say. Let me know when you get that info.
