Go Bucks - another win at the buzzer!
Every couple of months would be nice though. And, again, if there are actual material events going on, those are required to be announced.
But, they are required to release material event info on 8k's within a few days of the event. So, my point is, if these shares were used to do some deal that creates revenue, that would be a material event. None has been announced.
It would be so much easier if they just communicated or if their IR people communicated. I worry when penny stock companies don't communicate.
I agree with flipping this stock, although I have chosen not to. But, I did receive info that an Ihub group is pushing it so WGAS is gaining momentum among the flippers.
But the public filings released by the company don't include any announcements of revenue or loans either. So where did the first $12,500 come from? Maybe they issued 14m restricted shares and are doling them out to Tony. If they had cut any deals with anyone that would generate revenue and move the business forward, they would announce it, actually, they would be required to announce it.
Since it's a question that's asked over and over it does deserve some thought, discussion and speculation, I guess. Maybe you are right, but you have to agree, if they were issued to complete some revenue producing deal, or, more specifically, a material event, there are filing requirements.
So, then you think they made that March 11th payment in cash? Where did it come from? I am thinking the payment is being made in restricted shares. Who knows who's right. I just don't know where they would come up with the money. Has there been an 8-k that I missed?
I hope you are right but I bet I am closer to the truth of the mystery of the 14m shares of restricted stock. It's either Tony or one of the other frequent beneficiaries of the share selling, ATM that is WGAS.
This question has been posed over and over and over again.
"Who own the 14m restricted shares"? "Who owns the 14m restricted shares?"
Okay, since we are speculating, I will say it's Tony Mason. His parting gift was the well the shareholders here paid to develop and a lovely severance package. Since the company has no revenue, no prospects and tons of toxic debt, and since Tony already made a bundle here, I will guess that he took some restricted shares so he'll have a nice tax write-off. Kind of a win-win-win for him.
Any other guesses? Maybe WGAS will chime in here.
And, meanwhile WGAS is a nice, solid half-penny stock.
Enjoy and tell her we said hello and that she should read your siggy so she won't be expecting you to perform. She will need to wait until next year, just like your wife!
We were staying in Switzerland, near Lake Lugano at the time. We took a day trip into Italy and also went to Liechtenstein and walked across it so we could say we walked across a country, it took about 3 hours.
Not you, just the UPS guy.
Very nice, are you ever going back?
You have thumps - I thought Derf was the alien?
Impressive!
Hey, my UPS guy is a real cutie! Well worth the trip to the door!
Doorbell - GTG!
Do you have a finger that spells better than the one you are currently using? There are nine others, I bet one of them is a talented speller.
left or right handed?
Okay, so just the sight of it would freeze me from running. You really think I would wrestle it to submission and tickle it's belly? No, I would just be lunch. You could try that though and report on the outcome. I bet you could still type with one arm.
Wow - they are true albinos. I have heard that albinos of any species are prone to blindness. Maybe this is where the phrase, "even a blind squirrel finds and acorn once-in-awhile" originated?
lol
Who knows, those crazy Canadians probably had a surplus and just collected a few thousand and dropped them randomly around the US. I can see that happening.
Where did they come from. I haven't ever seen a white squirrel. Are they true albinos -with pink skin and eyes?
Yes, I think that's the native habitat for these, vicious Toronto Squirrels!
I could probably out run them but fear would overtake me and I would be glued to the spot and become an alligator buffet. I saw one eat a small dog once. You would be surprised how fast they can move.
No, but the squirrels here are black. They were imported from Canada and they exterminated the native squirrels in short order. They are huge and really beautiful.
LOL!
I would sacrifice that ball and take a drop so fast, even in a major. Have you seen the size of some of those gators???
A straw then, it sounds like an awesome milkshake!
The piney flavor is what I like!
Always expect the best from people!
That's kind of my reaction too. I haven't ever drank more than a sip of any of it.
Is that served with an umbrella?
I like to watch golf. Don't tell Derf, but I think it's more exciting than baseball! Shhhh.
As much as you don't like fur tree taste, I don't like that smokey flavor. I have tried but I can't get past it. Straight up or mixed with something?
I am afraid to ask what that is but, here goes, what is a chocolate monkey?
Wow - that is reasonable. Do you remember when Augusta wouldn't let women join and the TV sponsors said they would boycott so Augusta just televised it on their own, sponsor free?
They still have serious resources at a time when so many golf and country clubs are either going under or going public.
Yes, it is kind of a fir tree flavor. I do like the taste. And it is definitely a sipping drink. I learned to like it early in my career when I found that you had to order something and it wasn't career enhancing to get rip roaring drunk in a business setting. It has grown on me. I am not really much of a drinker either.
wow - I was going to ask how you scored those tickets.
I am sure it's well worth it. Is a trip to the Masters on your bucket list?
