If Dean doesn't get out of the way I will not mind bad things happening to him.
I hope so!
We all lose in the end. Some of us don't get a chance to win in the meantime. This may or may not accustome us to losing, the Big Loss, but it is never fun to lose, so I take it we are extra losers, any longs here, and you can say you learned something, I guess, but some lessons are rather avoided than learned by the luckier or shrewder among us. Dean is a joke. He is a stubborn old man that misled and failed to deliver time and time again. I think he is hell bent on going down with the ship at this point.
Nobody is making money selling here, apart from those who were given shares, i.e. insiders. As this goes lower there is lesser and lesser incentive to sell, apart from longs throwing in the towel for major losses, who were foolish enough like me to keep holding...and by insiders I suppose who got the cheapest shares. To see the pps go much lower signals the final end of the game.
Audits would have happened if there was good news to report. They must be hoping to get funding without being transparent because to be transparent would yeild a miserable state nobody would lend into, thus we seem to be doomed as audits were due a long time ago on stated time lines. Worst investment of my life, and I will probably not get a 2nd chance. Dean probably doesn't care. He is going down with the ship literally.
QASP's support has always become the new resistance, and while this has been looking so good from where Banker and others have been sitting, it looks really ugly to me, and I put our chances of recovery at 10 % or less, most probably less, as much as that sucks.
I don't see any reason to believe this, apart from Verity's posts on things behind the scenes, which however leave me to think things are very tenuous and uncertain, and given the track record here...
It's a shame to see one's hard earned money flushed down the toilet, let alone see the bashers be proved the geniuses and having failed to act on my own doubts in the past. I think our prospects our grim as investors, i.e. suckers who bought into the hype.
Let's see how this plays out...
well considering how much of his own money DB has put into this supposedly, as well as the A/S being maxed out, it seems to follow from what you said that we are in deep $h..t. I doubt QASP is worth very much now, and they seem to be scaling back. Maybe it is just a steady decline from here...well, more of the same.
Makes sense to me. Let's hope they accomplish something like that. I just want them to get ANY funding they can to keep the shop open and hopefully enough to secure Mineseeker and go from there as you suggest.
If we don't get funding, we won't have a very good PR to release. Minseeker's success won't be ours unless we get funded as well. I have no idea whether we will get funding, so it is a worrisome position we are in.
I'm hanging on and hoping for a recovery. Yeah it will hurt a lot if it doesn't, and yes I bought way too much and at too high of a price at that. Hopefully I'll get a recovery on this be more shrewd of an investor/trader/flipper going forward. Why do you think this will recover? Just a feeling or?
Yes, there is every reason for pessimism on this stock. I am preparing for the worst.
Thank you DB and Qausar. Look at me now:

I hope so. I am screwed if not.
I would assume that he does, and given DB's apparent power mongering (and failures to deliver anything for shareholders) I fully support taking action against him if possible, assuming a back up plan is in place (new managment, etc), the aim being to right the company - not to destroy it. Removing Dean (by legal force if necessary) may be to the benefit of the company.
I have no idea what the best action to help the company is, but so far nothing else has worked.
Well Verity is obviously more connected and knows more than us. There may not be much that *can* help us from here, but I hope his efforts will bring good results eventually. It seems clear that something needs to be done. Who knows what that is for sure (the best action), but Verity seems to have shareholder interests in high priority and understands that action needs to be taken.
Meanwhile the ship continues to sink.
Yeah, I'm glad he shared with us. It's good to have some insight as to what is going on...a war of control apparently of some kind. I hope that taking action will help shareholders'. I hope that sharing dirt won't harm us more than help, but I know Verity is trying to help, and I hope that in the end it will motivate/force change that does stop the sinking of this ship.
I can be a loose cannon like Verity, too. I don't blame him for taking it public. He made clear that he attempted the private route first. You do what you have to do...
I am with Verity. Dean has crossed the line. The last "clarification" PR was ridiculous. Insofar as the "consultants" are willing to step in -- I sure hope so! -- I believe DB should be removed from power by legal force if necessary. All of this back handed changes in the BOD on top of everything else, at least from my perspective (not seeing behind the curtain)...all of the mishapped PR's and failures to deliver...it is past time that Dean steps down voluntarily, so either that or by legal force as much as possible and to the extent that the new managment team is ready to step in. If we don't have new, competent managment to step in we are screwed.
rumors and rumors of rumors. the curtain is very thick and widespread. the goings on behind the curtain are very important now.
we all hope this pans out, but this is more like a lotto card than an investment for anyone who is not in the know.
DB has failed the longs from way back in a big way. he consisently failed to deliver on over stated hype. even the last back to back series of PR's of new managment followed by 'clarification' (improper use of language) to managment consultants....is all very sketchy.
nothing dean has said in favor of QASP has amounted to anything other than demise. we can hope new managment does take control, financing is acquired...but I am at best a lotto ticket holder at this point and at worse an investor who believed the hype to his personal demise.
I despise where I stand as an investor on this investment. Learning a lesson is quite the hallmark statement and could never counterbalance my personal losses = unless I win the lottery. This investment is a lotto ticket at best, not a reasoned probability to make money. DB is a joke and/or criminal and/or incompetent and needs to be dealt with immediately.
I am very curious about Verity's jockying and the drama involved.
this is a joke of an investment. I hope I can be happy in the end, but no matter what some major F ups happened for which I will not be nice about.
Hopefully good news is coming soon.
just watching the stock price. bottom line.
how will that effect evaluation of our stock price.
a triple from here, 300% gains, and I am almost broke even. dramatic effect.
should be easy right? no problem. 300% gains happen all the time in penny land. losing it was easy enough.
I wish everyone else believed this, let alone that you are correct. This pps and direction is depressing. That light at the end of the tunnel is just not very bright apparently. I hope it will not be a problem to get back to penny land soon. We got a good but false start this week. I hope better times are ahead and soon. It would seem that our chances are better given the new management situation, but the past casts doubt along side this, let alone the current market action on our stock. Let's hope this comes together in a manner favorable to current shareholders!
did you end up going all in as you said or had second thoughts? I went all in a long time ago -- bad move. would've been FAR better to sold all when you did and consider loading the boat in the sub pennies...painful to not even be able to buy anything in the .002's -- never saw that coming. Thankfully there is hope coming off the brink of financial extinction. After SO long, I finally see room for some optimism. Hears hoping for a happy outcome.
Well we'll see if your dream has anything to do with reality -- interesting how specific the terms were in the dream. I just hope they get funding period and that the terms are generally favorable and any share structure or other moves made are favorable to current shareholders. Interesting "prediction" though.
Starting to look better now. Long way to go still -- well just a double -- and I am even.
Which two of the 5 companies do you think are most likely to go green (hopefully sustainable, not a bump then drop)?
Also, do any of these companies depend on the Nov outcome or can be profitable under current law (which ones seems best given either outcome in Nov)? thanks
Is MJNA not your favorite in the category?
What do you expect is the potential of this company? What is in November? Nice gains for you today, congrats! -- I just discovered this co. so don't know much about it...are there other good companies in this area of medical marijuana?
I have the sense that things are turning around. I hope that's the case.
we may have a chance here, although once again I say how horrible of an investment I made at higher levels, no matter what happens.
that said a green day is always good. dead cat bounce?
I feel bad for me and all my friends who bought into all the hype previously and have been in the serious toilet, unable to buy our shares at bargain basement prices while who knows who Lucky MoFo's get in at these dirt, dirt cheap prices. If this soars, it has been a very ugly ride all the way until later...and loyal longs got burnt the worst.
I hope so. Can you elaborate?
based on what reasons? Dean has failed time and again, A/S is maxed out, ... why should one be positive now, although I admit it could and I hope will happen. I need 5-600% just to break even. Get your head around those numbers.
There is tons of doubt, don't be ridiculous, but I hope they pull it off which I think is a long shot though possible. Obviously will get funding? You have to be kidding me.
I certainly hope you are right. I am hunkering down as if in a trench, shells blasting, hoping to see the light of day at the end of it all. It's really anybody's guess if funding will come together (in time) or not -- I hope so...in too deep to get out and play all of these other opportunities I am hearing about.

for your consideration. All the philosophy in the world apparently will not necessarily save you from idiotic investing strategies. QASP can kiss my....middle finger in upright position.
