Can you imagine what would happen if some brave soul bought 50,000 shares of POWN at the market? I think we'd see 50 cents in the blink of an eye. This baby is primed for liftoff and we'll soon get a gape at the tale of the tape.
It sure sounds like the Generalissimo is winding up for the big pitch! I hope he throws one right over the plate and Disney hits a grand slam home run off his fastball. I noticed that the last time that POW hit 38 cents was also the last time we had very high 2 day volume like we had the last two trading days. That was on Oct 8th and 11th. On Oct 4th and 5th, we had huge volume and we broke into the 30s after a long time in the 20 cent range. We haven't seen 40 cents since May but we just may see it again if the volume stays high.
Let's just see what The Man is cooking up for us. His birthday is later this month if memory serves and he just might throw us a few good curves. Batter up!
Wow, TT! That's a lot of revenue from the Ultimo comic sales! If POW gets a decent cut from all these revenue sources, it should be rolling in the dough! The next financial filing should show that POW is in the black. Our little pinkie is in position to be a real money machine. If we can just get an uplisting, or another 10% stake taken in the company by Disney, we should be flying higher than the space shuttle. Once we're not invisible to investors anymore, we'll be in for a financial downpour-right into our bank accounts!
It seems we have unanimous agreement that POW is ready to rock and roll! I'm glad that I bought a couple extra boatloads of POW shares at 33 cents though I missed the 20 cent boat at the recent low tide.
You had to be nimble to catch that wave since it only lasted a couple days. Get aboard now, me hardies, or you'll be late for the coming parties! Give the ask a spank or walk the plank. Commodore Lee is setting his sails, and when does, he seldom fails. See the signpost up ahead. Next stop: POW's Highlight Zone!
My feelings exactly, Tamara! We're headed into a bright new and POWerful era. We're in the hottest pinkie in Pinkieville and we can just lay back and enjoy the ride to the wild side. No ifs, ands or buts about it. With Stan at the helm, who can doubt it?
That's downright, stupendous, out of sight, and far out super duper news, Tamara! If we can believe this printed statement in the POW financial filing, it almost guarantees the stock to be profitable in the coming years! Also, it's a foregone conclusion that Disney has its hands wrapped tightly around Stan Lee and everything he's helped to create. A buyout is not only probable but almost certain.
The financial report was very detailed and gave us an honest assessment of the company. The newly created POW website lays out everything an investor would like to know about the projects in place. I've never seen a more beautiful and professionally produced webpage highlighting a business enterprise!
These guys and gals of POW! are setting us up for one heck of a run in the PPS! I've never had so much faith that we're close to going primetime. All this news of good cheer will make for a very merry Christmas and a happy new year for all of us true believing POWsters! It's only bigger and better from here. Patience has its rewards which are soon to appear.
POW is a fully reporting company! Three cheers to Stan and Gill for this unexpected thrill!
That Yoda sure has a way with words! I think we should heed his advice, lest we must buy POWN for twice the price. When you beat around the bush, you take it in the tush.
Nicely stated, Pile-O! A lot of investors will be piling on POW when big news hits the fan. As Yoda would say: The force will be with you. Just follow Stan and go Hollywood right along with him! Luke, you will be skywalking right to da moon!
I agree that POW should become a fully reporting company ASAP, TT.
POW would look more like a legitimate company to invest in if they did that. We need a game changer soon in order to break out of this dizzying 27 to 32 cent trading range. No doubt that will happen in the near future with major events set to make sparks fly in January!
Stan's Hollywood Star and the NHL publicity will give us the boost we've been seeking to kick off the new year. 2011 should be seventh heaven for us POWsters!
I like doing color commentary, Jack. You're the real voice of the POW board but cheerleaders can do a lot from the sidelines. I can't turn any somersaults though, as if I ever could! Poms, poms and rah rahs are about the only things I can manage now. My wife looks better with the poms, poms as you might imagine. She cheered on her hockey team with them in high school quite a few years back.
POWN! What does it spell? Money in the bank and gas in the tank!
I agree with you, Jack. The 7th inning stretch is over for POW and they're swinging for the fence every time they step up to the plate. I see at least a few big 4 baggers in 2011 and I intend to stay in the bleachers to see it happen!
POW is certainly receiving revenues from the many projects already in circulation that it's associated with. It's just a matter of time before they report the profits that are coming into the coffers of the Generalissimo every day now. We're in the short previews of coming attractions phase at the present time but we're quickly heading into the feature presentation phase where Stan can really show us the money!
Three cheers for Gil Champion for the great investor newsletter he released today! He mentioned that POW is eager to emphasize the fact that it's a publicly traded company since it's been operating under the radar up until now. He said so many positive things, it almost made my head spin! We have much to look forward to in 2011 and beyond. POW's management is serious about establishing better investor relations and publicizing its many projects. I'd be shocked if this stock doesn't at least triple in PPS by next summer. It could easily happen by early February with any luck at all! GO POWN GO!!!
Amen to that, brother! Stan says that movie deals are very close to being announced and when that happens: This baby goes POW! It's famine time now but I can smell the feast and it's really good chow!
All trades in POW today were sells-all 20,000 shares traded. But the bid is still at 28 cents which is a positive sign. Those in the know realize that this is a valuable stock that is ready to rock! I'm sure that Disney will either acquire POW in 2011 or announce a couple major joint projects with the company. Either way, we'll be in the money, honey before too long! And I'm not just whistling Dixie! I hope that POW hits the radar scope of many a savvy investor soon. It's almost showtime!
December should be a very good month for POW. We should be in for some big surprises in January, ending with the big NHL superhero characters being revealed on the 30th. I expect the PPS to rise soon in anticipation of big things to come in 2011. Our ship is coming in for a real celebration. Plan to be there when we pop the cork!
I feel the same way, Profit. It seems that we're all just floating along on calm seas, waiting for the wind that will really send us sailing. We all know our day is coming but most of the financial world is blind to POW's potential. Stan has more projects in play than Donald Trump! I hope he discussed them with the Donald when they had lunch together recently. That YouTube video idea of yours sounds interesting. It would help to expose our soon to explode pinkie to those who are not in the know. We're almost certain to see a dollar a share for POW in 2011. I'd bet that the regular POW IHub posters do control a million or two million shares of the stock, at the very least. We're all standing pat until our ship comes in. That will be a reality soon since the tide is on our side!
POW is now trading at its lowest level since early October. Just before Oct. 5th it was in the low 20s and even touched the teens a few times. Shortly after Oct. 5th, it flew into the 30s very quickly. We seem to be on a tipping point right now. With all the good news out on POW, I'd guess it's headed to the upside very soon.
No doubt this is a tremendous buying opportunity. I snagged another 10K shares at 33 recently but wish I'd waited for 27 cents which some were buying it for yesterday.
I'm sure that Stan is telling the truth when he says that a movie deal is close to being announced. Maybe it won't hit the theaters for a year or more but Stan and Disney should be giving us some details about an upcoming joint production before long.
We'll be coming up roses along with the Rose Bowl in January! No way we won't see 40 cents at a minimum before that month is out!
A million here, a million there-pretty soon POW will be making some real MONEY!
Oui, oui, TT! No fooley, Muley When that announcement is made at the end of January, POWN will be a stock of renown! This pinkie should go up in anticipation of the announcement and we could already be at a buck by then. Those on the outside will rue the day they didn't get on board the Stan Lee Express sooner! Happy days will be here again for us long loyal POWsters. Bring 'em on, I say!
At least Stan is hawking his wares when he gets the chance. He's a real promoter and that's good news for us!
My thought, exactly, Niner! Stan was his usual perky and hyperactive self last night on the Ferguson show. They really know how to spar with each other! Stan mentioned the usual POW movie and TV prospects briefly but I wish he's tell the world that it's a publicly traded company. Then we'd be in like Flinn on the way to Eldorado! Hold for the gold indeed!
I hope that there's more than a skeleton of a chance that Stan will make a big announcement tonight on the Craig Ferguson Show! No bones about it! It should be another good jousting match between the two of them. Night owls like me will be watching.
I feel the same way, TT. Stan knows that big news for POWN is just around the corner. I'll stand pat for that!
That's some kind of weird trading pattern! I think the MM must be working off a pretty bad hangover from the election Tuesday. He must have been on the wrong side that day. Or he woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning! It makes you wonder. That's for sure. Now get going, you little pinkie POWN you!
That would be a dream come true for all of us POWsters! It seems in the realm of possibility to me. The sky's the limit for any movie deal Stan makes with Disney! All of us could soon have a new nickname: Rich!
I hope the Generalissimo has a big, fat press release for us brigadiers tomorrow! Something like, Disney executives announce their decision to allocate $50 million dollars to fund the first POW-Disney film, set for release in mid-2011. Tigress will be filmed in 3D and is expected to be shown in over 200 theaters nationwide. This will be the spectacular movie that Stan has alluded to in the past. Any takers on my prediction?
She was a hottie, alright. Stan knows how to pick 'em! I hope we hear from one of those movie studios soon. The ones who are swearing Stan to silence. We all know that Disney is the most likely candidate to make a joint announcement that will catapult POWN to da moon and beyond! Every day moves us closer to paydirt. We'll just have to muddle through until then.
I agree. Stan has more projects going than you can shake a stick at. It's frustrating to feel like only about 50 people know that POW is a publicly traded company. If it was more well known, we'd be over a buck a share right now. I hope our secret gets out of the bag soon. Maybe Stan will give us something to cheer about this weekend at the Detroit Comic Faire.
Stan was a guest on the NPR National Public Radio Talk of the Nation program yesterday. You can listen to the broadcast or just read the transcript of the interview. Here's the link:

This is incredibly tremendous artwork! I'm sure that Traveler will be at least as successful as Soldier Zero. Stan and his fellow genius collaborators are taking the comic world by storm! POWN should be making some good change from these ventures. Hope it translates into a higher stock price soon!
Jack, I wonder if this will officially appear as a press release. I checked my Scottrade account and there is no mention of this release as of 2:45 CST. I hope it appears as a PR since it's very positive news for POWN. We should have some bright days just ahead IMO. GLTA of my fellow POWsters!
With news like this, POWN will be really be on the radar of anyone investing in comic stocks! Soldier Zero once again makes Stan Lee a hero! This best seller will make our POWN a stellar standout in the pinkie world. We'll soon be ready for an uplist so we can go primetime Saturday night! Today's volume was the lowest since early August. I predict it won't stay that way for long! Buy now or cry later.
That's what I was referring to. Stan made it sound like the reporter's eyes would bug out when he hears what will be announced at this weekend's comic faire. People should be loading up on POWN like there's no tomorrow! No one ever seems to buy this stock when it's on the low side. Only when it doubles in price will the buyers jump into the fray. Doesn't make sense to me but the market seldom acts with any logic. Sock it to us, Stan! With you at the helm, yes we can!
Not many POWN posters today. Maybe after this coming weekend when Stan makes another big announcement at the Detroit Comic show, this board will be buzzing again. He's strongly hinted that he's letting a pritty kitty out of the bag there. I hope he comes through again for his loyal brigadiers! Excelsior, up, up, and away!
That goes for me too. I'm looking for a happy ending but a poke in the pooper is not my my idea of a good time. Not ifs, ands, or butts about that! POWN at a buck would really be luck.
Yes, we need something from Stan that we can take to the bank before we go primetime. Financials would be a game changer but a POW-Disney movie announcement would be good for at least a temporary jump in the PPS. Revenue is what we need the most before anyone here can really boast. Next weekend could be interesting so stay tuned for that.
I expect some pretty significant news from Stan at the Detroit Fanfare comic book show next weekend. We'll just have to see what happens but something is brewing in the Halloween pot. I hope that Stan has more treats than tricks for us when he goes live from Motown. An uplisting, movie news, or a bigger partnership with Disney could boost us from the launching pad in a hurry!
We need some real volume to pick up for POWN. I bought another 10K batch of shares today at 33 cents since I really believe we're on the verge of a surge. It seems that most of the trading is coming from the POWN board members. When the out of the loopers join us troopers, we'll get rid of the Cooper's droopers of the world! Then we can head straight to da moon once again! By All Saints Day we could be moving past the Milky Way! Hop on board before the last call. General Stanley's on the ball.
