LOL -- Now I think everyone can see it!
Where does it say 80 billion?
LOL
Looks like an eye exam is in order for someone.
I am amazed that those cheap shares are still around with today's news. Get 'em while you can.
Maybe our mod should post that pic of the steak again so we get some good karma grillin'
Seems like there are more jobs posted since the last time I checked. I keep hoping to see something good on the "news coming soon" page.
For now it looks like we've got another exciting M stock to watch. Hopefully MSTF proves to be a great second act.
Encouraging to see MSTF bringing in new talent and Sanspar
(Pham's other company) expanding to another office location. I will just keep waiting to see how it all comes together.
When did Sanspar add an office in Florida?
still here, just quietly and patiently, watching and waiting.
A little light coming into the darkness. Its been dark so long, this is almost blinding.
Thanks, that was much more helpful and insightful.
THANKS, THAT CLEARS IT UP.
I've always understood it to be 10%, but have been confused by schedule 13d. Any thoughts?
§ 240.13d-1 Filing of Schedules 13D and 13G.

(a) Any person who, after acquiring directly or indirectly the beneficial ownership of any equity security of a class which is specified in paragraph (i) of this section, is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than five percent of the class shall, within 10 days after the acquisition, file with the Commission, a statement containing the information required by Schedule 13D (§240.13d–101).
Any thoughts on Rep. Foxx potentially helping to secure federal contracts alluded to in the earlier PR?
WOW, there's a car there too!
I helped by adding #892.
Now that the 90 days is ended, the 60 days no longer applies. It now becomes a waiting game. How long is anyone's guess?
LOL 5 @ 2000.00 ?
someone has opened an account and has free trades with which to play
Has anyone here been to Africa and gone into the bush?
greatly depends upon what MSTF has up its sleeve.
I agree. This new and different equipment will allow additional production during the rainy season.
LOL -- that is interesting to see on Pham's website -- wonder what it means? sure wish we knew what was going on in the dark.
???Maybe when sanspar and monarch merged????
anything new on monarch website?

i agree
It sure seems like a great strategy. I also wouldn't be surprised if they filed to be reinstated, but didn't disclose details until the sp percolates up a little.
that is true--this does seem to be sort of a grey area in the SEC--wondering if exploiting this grey area is the basis for MBA's case study list. Which by the way, I seem to be having difficulty accessing on the website.
I agree--the only time frame they care about is their own.
But if there is a time frame that they might use to their advantage, then the most obvious one (at least for those of us in the dark)is the 90/60 day period.
Take a look at the many companies Walters and Moore have under their control. Look at Accentcare. Now look at the Sanspar divisions. It sure looks like those W & M companies would fit under either one of those Sanspar divisions. Then if Pham is in DC getting those gov contract vehicles filled--wow --great potential. I hope they can pull it off. If they do we should be in great shape. If not, well back to square one.
I think you're right. Pham may not be the one, but there are so many potential candidates already invovled. Why hire a new one? -- just wait til its all wrapped up and use someone who is already been invovled.
I agree with what you see, but any news remotely close to what we expect will blow the T/A away.
Walters and Moore pretty much own the company -- don't think the board really could replace them even if they wanted to replace them. I don't think there has been a new CEO for MSTF for one simple reason -- why pay a new CEO when the reverse merger is about to supply the new CEO. And for that matter, it is likely that the new CEO (from Sanspar) is the old CEO (from MSTF) and that is Pham. Of course I could be totally wrong. Hopefully we'll soon find out.
One of the requirements for a WRASP is that the shell has never been on the OTCBB or had prior operations.
