Nice...
pattern looks very similar in last month or so to that b4 last run - not a question of if, just when lift off from here.
I also agree with Cdnkid - TS intends to rid himself of the sell on news cr*p. He has changed his whole communication strategy from last summer - in the end it didn't do anyone any favors to tip his hand. He intends to leave this pps way behind this time.
imo
GLTA
NEVER....
use language like RS lol. If that happens it is bye bye.
I see that happening if no deal on the horizon. If there is, won't happen.
imo
Not sure about the averaging...
but I think a bounce could come if we get the right news.
Right now someone is happy to sell a bucketload for chips.
That means one of 2 things:
1) they are already way in the money presumably on a CD and don't care
or
2) they have info that it's smoke and mirrors
I sure hope it's 1).
imo
Shares that have been converted...
..the last being sold to bring in line with 4.9%?
Just thinking out loud.
I agree...
Manipulation of no news from the company. I do think they are pulling it down for another run. Chart says it happened before.
GM all...
Ludlow Capital rating coming soon perhaps?
tedpeele
you seem like a straight up guy..
you do know that this does not look like straight up stock action /one upset seller based upon lack of further communication from company, right?
I'm pumped...
that bid support looks strong
I have a good feeling what will happen...
Discount retailers...
...do well in a down market.
There is a TON of info out there to prove it.
nice post em
sooooo boooooooring...
they forget that those that have been here a while have heard - if not it all - a LOT of bs lol
any idea when? em
glad you're not...
...working for me.
Oops...
if anything inventory-based lending is an even greater testament to the confidence of WF. As to your last comment, where are your numbers re one store and 5m? Business people run the numbers.
I don't know you. Do you?
Disappointing close imo
Support is waning - need news of some kind
I think we'll only see it....
in the pps action on the stock and perhaps a filing later this month. But not in a PR directly on the issue, just perhaps embedded in an asset announcement.
Could be wrong..but I don't think so.
I think the trading pattern that shows it gone is very near.
excellent...
haven't we been saying c. 970m all along?
hold onto those shares boyz and galz
imo
ain't gonna happen...
dreamer imo
No announcement until ...
dilution done and all are on board
- especially YA
imo
we'll see...
...not expecting many down there but it sure would be nice.
just might try my hand..em
Hmmm..
interesting. We have to be close now.
This month will change things around here imo.
Oops:)
Well don't just sit there!
...and never listen to naysayers - none of us has the time (whether we realize it or not).
Enjoy one of my old favs :)
oh wow..
you mean WF didn't lend the money for them to buy tube socks and non-incandescent light bulbs?
I had no idea...
I think you have hit on...
...the key point WSF - that this stock is exceptional. I am actually loathe to say that instinctively about any stock - it feels like a fool's paradise at first glance. But all of my DD in peeling back the layers - and that of a number of others and so eloquently reflected in Travel's excellent post also - has continued to reinforce my view that this is the ground floor of a great company in the making. All the (rare) signs are there - and I sense TS will come through on all fronts...
It's actually not a question of how many shares an investor may have imo. I have plenty myself and have increased my hold by 50% in the last month - but more critically, I think, the vast majority of my hold in the OTC is in this stock. When you look around the longs, I think you will find a very similar story because there is a universal recognition of how undervalued this is and that the legacy debt is the greatest GIFT in this sense. That so many would invest such a high %age of their OTC portfolio is even even more telling to me - how many OTCs can you say that about? None other imo. Whether it is 200k or 20m shares, the WEIGHTING of the portfolio is the key to understanding the investor confidence here imo.
We have a lot to look forward to.
I agree...
I think this will change the entire landscape here.
March Madness is right:)
yeppers..:)
you're brimming with confidence...
I like that...
On the last run, it was like a light switch.
I believe Tom is taking care of biz and will turn up the heat. None of us here really makes any difference aside from helping to absorb the dump - we will just benefit when he does.
imo
me too...perhaps we should just
do a poll and tally them up lol
I wonder who gets outvoted:)
yer kidding right? lol

I agree ferryman. Tom is an awesome and highly intelligent CEO. He's also surrounded by highly intelligent people - makes SWVC even better.

Just hold and relax. Why sell? NSS is over, lets run this baby. Tom is good and smart CEO! Just talking if there is something to.
Not sure about this either!
In looking at the value of the co. and plans if Tom is intending to boost the pps post legacy debt (which I believe he is) RS on the OTC other than for purposes of uplist is simply not viable. Can someone show me where it has worked? As to the rate of incline/decline, read the posts in mid August of 07. It's like an echo. You are right about the accumulation for the believers. It's just the gradual path up will be from a far higher base imo. Bet hey, we'll see..
The Legacy CD...
was able to be converted at either .001 or 85% of the pps, whichever is lower. That is .001 and - true - it is what the last filing also showed it being converted at.
But let's consider options here that make some sense of what is happening with the Accum Distrib what can be seen on the L2....
1) YA is simply converting shares as buys in cover for shorts. If so the .001 conversion rate seems inapplicable to me (i.e. it has been renegotiated somehow).Certainly seems a possibility.based upon what is occurring. Why do I say that? The apparent "sells" at 85-90% of bid (not bid) that also keep pushing up the the Accum/Distrib forever north, indicating they are in fact buys and therefore increasing the accumulation..
or
2) YA IS converting shares at .001 and then sells the stock they then own at the bid - but presumably no less since it is EITHER .001 OR 85% of the pps. Why don't I like this one? This is not consistent with an increase in Accum Distrib and is also not what is seen on the L2 (i.e. how come there is regularly a discount on bid sells - why would you expect this if they are already converting i.e. buying at .001?)
By the way, 1) is also consistent with good ole YA shorting into any run with a guaranteed move until they are out of fuel. Remember also, in 2) even if they were to convert at .001 they still want to see the stock move long for more upside. This carries more risk for them. They make guaranteed extra money in 1) with a short but not when long in 2) it seems to me.
I am NOT saying I know what is happening here. In fact, my explanation may just announce my ignorance to the better informed. I am simply putting this out there. If I am wrong, however, I am just dying to hear why...
GM DK212 and all...
our time is coming very soon
tightening up nicely here
imo
nice post..em
