Stervc is the absolute KING of modest. He's a pretty good guy too! ;-P
Dr Wonderful... Don't take offense, my anger isn't aimed at you. I would L O V E to bump into just one of the manipulative so n so's someplace quiet with nobody around someday so that I may have the opportunity to fully express my feelings.
The only reason this is "normal" is because of MM BS. It's not normal to have a strong run like that where all the .009's are bought up, then everything come to a dead halt followed by a gap down from .0085 to .006. I can understand if there was some profit taking in a stairstepping fashion from .009 down to here, but not the way it gapped on no shares traded. But, yes, it is "normal" MM garbage.
imo
Do you smell that???
That's shorty crapping himself!
#22 "most read" board today... http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/most_read.asp
Next 3 lvls of resistance at .0045, .0047 and .005. From there it looks like smooth sailing to .007. IMO
Rich
Yessir! em
Welcome Brent! em
Well that sucks. Figures he'd sell into what appeared to be a little P&D campaign.
Nice cup & handle formation on the daily chart. Breakout from .075 would take us to at least a dime imo.
Thanks Sterling. em
Looks like mission accomplished. em
Can anyone verify for me...
Just had the first trade go through in 1 hr and 11 mins for 26,900 @ .0026. The one prior to that was at 1:50:57 EST for 24,347 @ .0023.
Just want to make sure my T&S's info is accurate.
TIA
Rich
puffyk...That's cool, but you might want to go back and look at your 3 posts here that all stated, or at least gave me the impression, that you've been trading this for two years and have bought at .0008 - .0012 each time and sold on the upswings. These are misleading statements that would cause some to question your credibility. I don't think you meant any harm or were trying to be misleading, but you might want to be a little more careful in the future.
If you have been buying the dips and making money on the upswings, my sincere congratulations!
Rich
My time and sales shows no buys for just over 50 minutes from this posting.
The only problem I have with puffyk's posts is that the stock has never been to or below .0012 until 3/7/08, so how could you have been trading it when buying at those levels when it hasn't ever been there until just recently?
I don't have a problem with traders..I am one myself. Just think you need to be careful about the accuracy of your info.
Rich
What about it? Please enlighten us.
Honestly, I can't say whether they failed or not. When you have a CEO who doesn't put out PR's or do much communicating how is one to truly know? I don't think anyone here really does know. I think some shareholders are frustrated and angry and making many assumptions as a result of not knowing, but those are just assumptions. I never thought it wise to make assumptions that lean to the negative or the positive when there is no clear indication either way. Arguments can be made for numerous scenarios, but again that is pointless when you have an information vacuum such as we have here.
The only reason I'm still here is because I am friends with velvet and he still feels strongly that the company will be a success and that all will be revealed when it is appropriate to do so. If I didn't trust velvet I would have been gone from here years ago. That is really the bottom line for me and there's nothing more I can really say that wouldn't be speculation on my part.
Rich
If you're only going to sell as much stock as Sam has you had better get a second job that pays really well!
Well Blockman, if I hadn't have been busy writing that T/A post I might have gotten your 10k shares, so be happy you got what you did!! ;-P
Rich
The float could be zero and the stock price can still rise with none of the longs selling. Keep in mind that the movement of any stock is based upon supply and demand. Let's say for example that the entire O/S was in strong hands, meaning there are no available shares in the float for trading, and the company puts out some spectacular news showing some from of revenues coming in. You will have people look at the current share price and see that it's undervalued and wanting to buy, so they will bid the price up. If the owners are smart they will not sell much if any of their shares and allow the bidders to drive the price up to a point where the longs are willing to begin selling.
You see this occur often when a company announces good news during non-trading hours. When the market opens the stock will gap up, meaning that there is an area of price movement that has occurred where no stock has traded (providing there was no pre-market activity). Those gaps can occur as a result of buyer demand driving the price of the stock up with little to no acutal buying of shares occurring.
Hope that helps.
Rich
Nice grab..seems to be somewhat the norm from what I've seen so far of this stock. Doesn't seem to be much supply.
Rich
For anyone here watching the charts for support areas, there's one here at .005. If support is lost here there might be some at .0045 and .0035, but then I'd expect a gap fill, (from 3/6/08), at somewhere between .0013/.0015. imo.
Rich
There is a form of gap, called a "lap", that exists between the .0013 close on 4/25 and the low of .0015 on 4/28.
So as not to get anyone up in arms and for those not technically oriented who want clarity, a "gap" occurs when the price opens outside of the trading range of the previous day. A "lap" occurs when the price opens within the previous day's trading range, but above or below the previous day's close.
Since the lap on BLDV is such a narrow one I doubt that it has much significance, if any, other than it could be an area of support to keep an eye on if the stock does retrace that far.
Sorry I don't have a chart to post but I don't subscribe to stockcharts.com and eSignal doesn't allow me to post my own charts publically.
Rich
If that is the case Blockman then please call my accountant and explain it to her because I don't think she is aware of it!
Take care
Rich
You mean I have to hold it for a whole week??? ;-P
Oh, sorry I didn't answer your question...
Yes, SPRL is in fact one of my favorite stocks. I have been invested in it for several years and have made many swing trades on it as well. I currently have 708k shares in cert form and 6M in brokerage accounts, which I will hold or trade at my whim.
Take care.
Rich
Oh, and to save you guys a little time, the AS/OS info is updated about every month in the Ibox if you should care to take a gander. But don't take the word of the longs here. By all means, call the company. I'm really looking forward to seeing their response to your call!
They get a 50% return at about .00075 so that's my guess. Anything above will be bonus for them. For as long as they've been pumping, and considering the volume we've seen, I can't say I'm impressed so far. Doesn't look like many others are either.
These guys haven't been creative enough yet. A "PM" about company coming out of a quiet period doesn't seem to be doing it so far. Maybe some inspiration will strike one of them though. I'm rooting for them... at least they're drowning out the whiners.
Well then I guess I'd better double or triple up!
RULiquid... Welcome aboard. I'm curious to know where you heard this from..

No worries Blockman... I'm just a small fish in a big pond anyway.
Appreciate your input.
Rich
Hmmmm... Let's see here... I'm unhappy about the cost of fuel so I'm going to get together with my buddies and drive our big-rigs around DC to protest the fact that we can't afford to pay for fuel. Makes sense to me! lol
Reminds me of the guy a few months ago that set a gas pump on fire in protest of the rising cost of gas.
Funny how often people make the problem worse in the process of protesting the problem. God forbid everyone take personal responsibility and work to conserve from their end instead of blaming everything/everyone else. imo.
Guilty as well. 50k @ .0375 so far. Better late than never, but need to DD more here.
Rich
So how did she manage premarket trades??
Premkt trading? Two trades well before the open for 75k @ .0014 em
Thanks for the reply.
bigisle... OT
Thank you. I'll see if I can find it with a google search.
I presume that the futures you mentioned are the "e-mini's"? How'd that go for you? Your post gave me the impression that you moved on. I tried the S&P and Russell emini's on three separate occasions and finally quit for good. I think I finally got to where I realized that I don't have a scalper's mentality, which is basically what is necessary with the emini's. The nice thing about my experience with them is that it makes trading the pennies seem tame!
BTW, I lived 8 miles N of Hilo for a year in 2006. Beautiful place... but too damn wet! Loved Hapuna Beach!
Thanks and take care.

Some questions for those more informed than I...
I either read somewhere or heard from someone that one of the problems with bio fuels is that they can't run an engine on their own...that they must be mixed with gasoline or some other form of petroleum based fuel. If this is the case then there are obvious limitations on how beneficial bio fuels can be and how much demand there would be for it. I have read a couple articles saying that there is already a glut of production facilities and that many which had been scheduled for construction have been halted and some that were in the process of being built have been halted.
So, are there any more informed individuals here that can comment on my current perspective and perhaps shed some more light for us here? If there are some added benefits that this particular investment offers to insure against the problems I mentioned above, they should certainly be highlighted. If not, then I think it's important to be aware of that as well.
I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade here. I'm in the process of accumulating shares, thanks to Sterling, and I am trying to educate myself more about bio fuels in general.
There has been a lot of positive stuff posted here and I like it, but I always think it wise to consider the negatives in order to be as informed as possible. Looking at the negative aspects of anything allows one to find resolutions to problems...and sometimes prevent problems before they even occur...as well as to aid one in being prepared for unpleasant possibilities. At least this is my intent here.
TIA
