I don't think that either Dr. Stein or Mr. Ocampo, with their excellent reputations, would join the board of CYGX unless they felt it was a legitimate company, with good technology, and a great future.

I was also happy to hear that their addition would "bring the company into compliance with the spirit of corporate governance practices and statutes." That sounds like they are looking to be listed on NASDAQ.

Dr. Stein being co-editor of the journal of Antisense & Nucleic Acid Drug Developement. I think that is great and an asset to CYGX.

Sorry I just answered my own question. There is a Cytogen on the Nasdaq exchange.

I was watching CNBC on the opening and they mentioned that the CEO of Cytogen was at the opening bell ceremony and they mentioned the word "cancer." Could that be Cytogenix? It happened so fast that I wasn't sure what exactly was said.

Chipped, I carefully reread the announcement refering to China and India. What I understand is that Phanuel EXERCISED their option to distribute in China, and OBTAINED an option to distribute in India. Do you concur? These actions reassure me that the mice are alive.

If China exercised their option today, they must know something about the rats that hasn't been made public yet. The people selling on the news may not be selling on the exact news they expected.

Is it public information on how much money CYGX gets from this licensing agreement with China and now India?

anyone know why cygx is not trading?

With 120 mice being tested for 30 days, one or two are bound to die from some unrelated cause. How will the market handle this?

I know these tests are not so simple. They somehow have to show that it cured the herpes and that it did not create any other problems in the rats. Thank you for your fast reply and your previous posts. I'm new to this board and would appreciate any other information you may have now or in the future.
