What a joke razor, you have been trying to tell me (excuse me, not me, all of us) that there was this small float. We know they have an infinite number of shares ready to sell, what else would they be doing. So, as for the small float, I don't think so big boy. That is what I have been trying to tell you, you just aren't listening. You are just singing a tune that you think we all want to hear. And also a math lesson, 188 million a day pre-split value isn't considered continued dilution???? What would you consider continued dilution???? That would be two days worth of trading to reach the authorized share amount.
They said that they performed the reverse split because they were running out of shares to sell, and the only way they were going to continue to stay in operation was to reverse split so that they could sell more shares (more shares meaning they are going to have to increase the authorized shares). Maybe you need to read some PR's
I FOUND WAYNE'S POST with FRED WICKS response to him. What's this tell you? So like I said, we don't know what the authorized shares are, and neither do you or Aufan. So the only thing that is going to move this company is sales of the CT, and I mean large orders.

From Fred
I have listened to your message and I have read all the postings on the investor’s hub today. We realize (and I emphasize the we, because I am one of three board members) that many shareholders are not happy about the R/S. We certainly are not.
I am encouraged that many people on the hub understand why we had to this. They understand that we were approaching the limit of authorized shares. A company cannot buy back shares unless it has cash or financing to do so. So we were left with this alternative to give us more time to continue to build our sales. Our stock price will also be more encouraging to new investors.
Regarding your message below, I can only say that we have broken no trust and we are not out to screw anyone. We are working hard within the framework of the hand that was dealt to us. We are trying to market a unique new product in a world that is experimenting with a new type of application (M2M). Yes times are challenging. However, I remain confident in the Cyber Tracker technology. We continue to have prospects in front of us. We plan to continue to push forward and God willing, make our breakthrough.

Ok, lesson for you. We don't know what the authorized shares is after the split. But again you don't understand. What we do know is that they were at about 9.6 billion prior to the split. We wouldn't have split unless we intended on increasing the authorized shares. I would say that this has already been done. So we or you don't know what the float is or the authorized share amount.
And trying to flip this stock may not necesarily get your money back either. There hasn't been any runs up to speak of in awhile. To be honest, I would prefer no one bought this stock right now. Stop the dilution and make this company perform without selling shares.
I believe I made the point that we don't even know what the float is, so how does he know.
"I don't trust them for a minute. The PRs, etc, have too many bad statements, too many failed promises and too many disappointments for that. Appearantly you have a much lower curosity factor than I. ???"
Do you forget who was behind more than half of those PRs??? Especially the ones that promised the world.
Just in case you did, it was Frank Moody.
Then just bring the technical analysis and chart details not the recommendation to buy. We can make money here whether we buy or not buy. Because we already own the shares. Don't you understand.
It's fine them telling us what the charts say, but them telling us to buy is a different story.
Your wrong, I have been agressive here. I sent out more emails to potential companies as any other person on here with the exception of Spencer. Trying to get product recognition and possible interest from good companies. So I haven't been sitting on my hands here.
So you two are on here simultaneously complimenting each others posts. Seems to much like a planned pump for your benefit. I quess mainly what I am saying is that you are just barking up the wrong tree, you need to barking about this stock on other boards if you are looking for a play.
Ok, so now you are telling us this is our only option to make money on this stock.
We don't need you to pump and then dump and then throw it lower than it was. We need sales by way of major contracts. Your little run from .03 to .06 isn't doing us anything. If we wanted to sell or could sell at .08 we would have already done that.
Looking to get out over .06 and so you tell us the resistance is .08. Thanks for the advice.
We have no clue what the float is. If the float was where we thought it was, they would already be over the authrized shares. He knows nothing, he said so himself.
Well, I do hope the BOD sees this talk about lawsuits and finally gets off their arse and does what they are being paid for, to sell CTs, not just provide new verticals for the CT.
I disagree, without the ability to sell shares, they would be forced to make sales. EOM
I think these blog questions are going to be incorporated into the shareholder letter. JMHO.
That is a reasonable conclusion, and hope that is the case. I wish I had more faith and trust in this company now, but this reverse split hit me deep.
I think you were looking for the cost, I think it was in the upper 300's or the low 400's range.
There it is, thanks skier. It was under Freddy's command too. Disheartning to say the least that none of this ever came to be, and was dropped with no mention as to what happened. These statements are what hooked me. Was it deception, I don't know.
I would reference the shareholder letter where they said they were in the process of finalizing an auto deal.
To add to your comment TRyan, check out the times on those 4 comments. I am not sure if that is when he releases them, or when the poster posts them, but if you look at Wayne's it is 11:46 PM and stoxbox's is at 12:17 AM today. So to me it looks like the time posters post them. What are the odds that 4 people posted within a minute, 3 days after the blog article, unless it was the exact same poster. If that is HISS, then the deception continues. Wayne or stox can you confirm when you posted those comments.

When the company will officially post the new numbers for Authorized Shares and Outstanding Shares?
October 30, 2007 12:17 AM
If what you say is the case. Then why do you keep coming back and posting. Obviously, you believe that something could possibly happen with this stock. Also, I told you that I wasn't going to start asking any questions of Ed until after the first week of November. He said he was going to be back end of October and so I will give him some time to get things together. If he has produced nothing by November 9th, then I will email him and request an explanation for the silent treatment that shareholders have all of a sudden endured.
If you are not willing to wait then you need to talk to him yourself, and not rely on me to do everything here.
Not to mention TDAmeritrade just charged me $20 for a mandatory reorganization fee related to the reverse split for HISU.
I just posted this to the blog, so that they would know how I feel, and how pissed I am at these guys.
You guys did your damage! None of the longs here are buying any more shares, no matter how you try to make these PRs look like we are on the brink of great success. We all have forked enough money in this company to get it started and you failed to do so in timely fashion. Me personally xxK and I am not getting a salary like all of you, I am left with about a 2K investment thanks to being supportive and faithful for so long. You had your chance with great shareholders, and you slapped the hand that feeds you.
Thanks for responding skier.
I was just wanting to show Fred, that he is slapping the same hand that has been feeding him this whole time.
Yah, but Bravo should be willing to pay for the equipment at near full price, because they are wanting to get that recurring revenue, and they could just sell at their cost or less even to the customer. Win, win for Bravo, in my opinion.
Does anybody want to proceed with the idea of letting this BOD know just how much we have been supporting this company. I think skier would be the man to send the amount you have invested in this company to. He has the closest contact with the company.
I don't think Fred and boys really know who has been supporting their business this whole time. I think we should send him an email with a list of the people here and how much we have invested in this company. I think he thinks that we are just peons that are complaining and we haven't really done anything for him. It's time he knows better. I would like to keep it confidential as much as possible, because not everybody needs to know the details. I would guarantee that we probably have had in the range of $500,000-1,000,000 invested with the people on this board. Once the final total is accumulated then someone could post that total for us to see. Anybody up for that? So if they want anything from us, they need to reward us first for our contributions, and quit stealing our money to pay their non producing salaries. In terms of sales, they are just dead weight for this company.
I guarantee you don't want to be in my position, if you knew my investment here.
I'm in, it's the only way the longs are going to get anything out of this stock. The false reporting that took place under Moody should have already been started. Why are we waiting on Fred to due the court appearance with them. The only people that are going to see the fruits of that suit are the BOD.
I haven't had my vent yet. I am disgusted with this decision. Now my investment that has been fluctuating from 3,000 to 6,000 daily is now going down to the lower points of probably $500 to $1,000 a day after they get done diluting this company. At least my 75,000 shares my now be worth more than one ply sheet of toilet paper. F Fred and the rest of the board, this wasn't the right move, take a pay cut you ungrateful people. Ungrateful because us longs have been here from the get go, and the only people going to make money off of this POS is the people that get in down below where we are now. THIS SUCKS!!!! THE BOD SUCKS, and cares nothing for their investors otherwise they wouldn't be pocketing 120,000 a year for nothing at this point. In my opinion, at this point, you shouldn't get paid untill we get paid. Trust is gone Fred.
I too would like $2-3, that would make my long investment here worth while. I would wait another year if needed though, considering where this company was just 1 1/2 years ago, I am happy with the progress that has been communicated to us. I am hoping that we can count on Edward and that he will look out for the shareholders here.
He only responds if I email him. I haven't emailed him since then. I emailed him and suggested that I think it was time to communicate something to the shareholders. He responded that he would address that when he got back from his overseas trip in late October. I don't intend to disrespect him by emailing him every week asking for an update, then I would be considered a pest and lose my good communication line with him.
In his last email to me, he stated that he would not be back here until the end of October. So if nothing comes by the first week of November then we should question why no news to report. As of right now, not much we can do but wait.
For you and my sake, I hope we do get that PPS increase.
Wayne, I think you took that the wrong way. I didn't say you were barking up the wrong tree. I basically said that your were dangling the bait in front of their noses, even to the point that a cat may get down from the tree to go after a new ball of yarn with a dog waiting for the chase. Like I said, if it works the first round is on me, for the effort.
I sent many emails similar to that one to many trucking companies and school systems around my area. Doesn't sound like anyone went after the ball of yarn though from our lack of sales. And sales are what we need, especially with the amount I have invested here.
LOL, wow Wayne, you are definitely barking up trees, trying to the tease the cat with a new ball of yarn. If that works, the first round is on me.
My thought is we will start installing these at the time of installation of the taxi meters, if everyone is going toward this method of metering. Seems like getting in with Digitax would be the approach to take, that way we would at least get mentioned as an option with every meter sale they make. I could be wrong, maybe they have their own already. Their system looked to have quite a few accesory capabilities on the website.
That is very reassuring, please I hope we can get this deal. It should lead to a continued partnership with Digitax.
