Fiat, lying was a poor choice of words.The bottom line is that acknowlgement of the IPO was made in S.E.C filings,why couldn't Burg have just said the Co. has no comment on this issue at this time.Saying that he was totally unaware of any IPO is highly unbelievable.If in fact he is ignorant to the IPO then one would have to assume that he is not privy to the contents of the filings and does not even read them. I'm not out to pick a fight with you but please tell me how an individual in his position could not know of this when we the investing public do just by reading a publicly issued document. Thanks.

Is Burg simply lying about the legitimacy of the IPO?I'm not asking this question to cast doubt upon the man I'm asking it because something as blatant as that coming from the I.R. man seems odd.if this info was divulged in the latest filings how can he make this statement?All replies welcome.

drifter, I think you make a very valid point with your examples of other companies that have crashed and burned due to errroneous press. Maybe many of us should stop and think about the old saying, be careful what you wish for it might come true.

Thanks,to many the mere mention of not getting the UPS loan was like pulling the rug out from underneath them.I understand that paying the interest is foolish if the funds are not currently needed, it's just that with all the talk for several months regarding the UPS loan and then to say for whatever reason they might not get it(need it)would send many short termers to the exits.I am looking to add about another 300K shares at current levels once I've done this I am tapped out as far as "play" money is concerned.

Lochute, I realize that many here have complained to Burg about lack of pertinent info from the Co.What's your take on why the Co. is adament about releasing the facts as they currently stand.There must be some type of gain that the Co. stands to receive by keeping the pps depressed.We all know (including Burg) that with news coming from the Co. in a timely and accurate manner the pps will react positively.I'm not looking for an overnight spike to a dime, or even a nickel for that matter I'm just looking for the retail investor to have the opportunity to know what positive gains are being made with this Co.Sure we got the 8K and the 10K, but let's get some informative, straight forward, easy to understand info from the co. that tells us where we currently stand.Frustration is beginning to run rampant, in a very short time we will be back to ridiculously low levels that we have already flounderd in for the past months.This could be a win win situation for all involved if the communication line from the Co. was open.I will admit that I am in no way an expert in the field of investor relations, but I do know with all certainty that positive info to the investing community from a Co. is key to keeping stability through times such as this where it's primarily a waiting game until the real rubber meets the road when the factory is up and running. This is just my opinion, I'll shut up now and go off to work.

I propose we all throw in $100 each and send someone from this board(preferably someone who has some construction knowledge) to Nigeria to get a first hand look at progress.Hell, I have lost (on paper) 340x that amount since last week.It's obvious that the Co. is going to do nothing worth while to give us an accurate view of what is taking place.Plain and simple, Burg is a very poor spokesman for the Co. that we all have put a great deal of money into. Well said, I don't know if it would matter if 20 or so people called Burg and expressed the same concerns. What I do know is that if 20 or so people never pick up the phone and try we will never know.Many of us here could have made tens of thousands of dollars on other pennies in the last year, I've held out because I feel the potential here can net me several hundreds of thousands of dollars in the next 2 years.JMo.

At this point is there a reason why the Co. would want the pps to stay where it is? The only point I'm trying to make is there are many legitimate happenings taking place that would be worthy of a PR and I feel would add value to the stock.I don't want a bunch of crap released daily, I would just like to see the truthful and important events be released to the investing public and they can decide what value this should currently be at by there response.This may not be worded the best way possible but I feel most here get my drift. I think many were expecting a repeat of last years run.The build up to that was anticipation of the unknown, now we know what is here and where it is going, the "thrill" is gone and so is the interest. JMO.

I would have thought that with all the positive events taking place (i.e. loans, facility being built,a REAL product that is effective in doing what it's supposed to, etc) there would at least be a fair amount of speculative money that would be willing to climb aboard. We are talking a two and a half cent stock that has the potential of being a .50 stock in a year or less.JMO.

Amazing how poorly this stock reacts to positive news.May simply be a case of where the timeframe is still too long for investors to buy this and hold it.I can no longer buy the theory that it's MM manipulation, bottom line is that if there was a demand for the stock it would appreciate in value.Could be a very long summer for those who watch every tick. JMO.

I agree, much is already factored into the pps because it has all been talked about and expected for months.I truely feel that it will take until the machines are pumping out the pills and they are leaving the factory to really see any significant pps appreciation. I would not at all be surprised to see a flat or slightly red day tomorrow,I have been able to scrape together another $6K and will put it to work at these levels. JMO.

At some point we are going to get news from the Co. that is going to have a lasting effect on the pps increase.I think with alot of the past news that we've had come out it has already been factored into the pps due to so much anticipation and talk over the last few months. Once we get the confirmation from the Co. that it has actually taken place all the glory is gone and we retrace.I'm not bitching about where we are currently at I'm just making an observation on how current news has been received and how the pps has responded.I'm holding 2.2M shares and will continue to do so.
