I think also SOME...SLMU shareholders will be shocked by a speculated merger ratio IF SLMU does a reverse merger with DSTI.
Looks like IF SLMU does a reverse merger with DSTI as most assume, the ratio of SLMU sharet to DSTI shares will be more likely
5 or 6 shares of SLMU to 1 share of DSTI, based strictly on current price action. Many alluded to 2 for 1 or 1 for 1...no way is that happening based on current price action of both IMHO.
So 8 million shares of SLMU will become 1.5 million shares of DSTI...in what? a 30M share float? etc., etc.
Anyone been on Yahoo board for TROV...no message section activated...why?

"Every NFC Phone Is Infringing On Our IP"

"Every NFC Phone Is Infringing On Our IP"
A pretty bold statement indeed.
The How To Find Big Stocks Newsletter (Link) identifies major investing waves and then finds the company, or companies with the competitive advantage in them.
We spotted the boom coming when a camera was added to the mobile phone and invested in the chip company with the competitive advantage. From under $3 to over $30 a share in two years.
There is a MUCH BIGGER wave coming to the mobile phone.
It's called near field communications (NFC). When management of a tiny company with key IP and hardware for NFC said "every NFC phone is infringing on our IP" we did some serious digging.
In 2011 approximately 30m phones have NFC, 2012 roughly 60m phones will have it.
The figure for 2013 was 180m phones. That number doubled when Apple made their announcement last week.
This company is still very hidden from Wall Street but not for long. With over $20m in cash and trading at less than sales, this nanocap (<$50m market cap) has the potential to be a very Big Stock.
Estimates of their patent portfolio have ranged from $300m to $1B.
The How To Find Big Stocks Newsletter highlighted this company in the June Issue.

OTIV....Mobile NFC win:
T11 (Turkcell-branded Android phone made by ZTE)
TSM*:
Turkcell (TSM platform developed by SmartSoft)
Secure Element:
SIM
Other Vendors:
MasterCard Worldwide (PayPass application), Gemalto (NFC-enabled SIM, SIM with flexible antenna), NXP Semiconductors (NFC phone chip for T20, T11 and S5230), Inside Secure (NFC phone chip for BlackBerry Bold 9900), On Track Innovations, OTI (SIM with flexible antenna)
Turkcell’s mobile wallet enables subscribers to tap their phones to pay for purchases with a MasterCard PayPass application issued by Turkish banks, including Yapi Kredi and Garanti. Subscribers need to exchange their conventional SIM cards for NFC-enabled SIMs, which costs Turkcell five times the cost of conventional SIMs. The operator launched the wallet service with the Samsung S5230, along with a bridge technology, SIMs that can connect to flexible antennas. The telco later added its own branded Android phone, made by Chinese phone maker Huawei. It plans more branded phones and services.
you mean of course MGT?

The Federal Court of Appeal has ordered Ottawa to make its websites accessible to the blind.
The decision is a second victory for plaintiff Donna Jodhan. The blind Toronto woman launched her lawsuit after discovering she could neither complete the 2006 census nor apply for a government job online.
The problem was that federal websites weren’t programmed to operate with screen reading software that converts text into speech. Ms. Jodhan, who is an accessibility consultant, claimed her right to equality under Section 15 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms was denied as a result. The government’s defence was that the same information was available by other means such as mail, telephone or in person.
The Federal Court agreed that Ms. Jodhan had been discriminated against and ruled the government is obliged to ensure websites are fully accessible. The three-judge panel noted that the Internet is “one of the most, if not the most important tools ever designed for accessing not only government information and services, but all types of information and services.”
Advocacy groups for the visually impaired welcome the decision.
Great explanation of New Software Releases and impact on bottome line by CEO of Destiny Media:
Now "sell-off" number getting lower than .19 because everyone knows the seller at .19
IMHO ...Will only continue lower as investors try to beat eachother to the door...
Understand spinoff could be in the cards...what is valuation of spinoff of subsidiary and stock impact on CMGO...
Just looking at this point.
Thanks anyone
early "Sellers" trying to beat our "announced" seller before it gets to .19...lol...
oh yes...rumors will fly again ("take 20"..."the Deal")toward the end of week to get pps up and more selling at .19 imho
If they did not "ask" for 60 days...they would have "forfeited" entire property to Attorneys...who could have made a little more than their $1.6 Million owed...Perhaps Moon would have given 10x for it...or $16Million for ENTIRE property...
Lets get real...they are behind the 8 Ball. The property is "pledged" meaning Attorney's have deeds to the property already, just need "default" and it is theirs.
I am sure there was a lot of groveling by USPR for extension, as well as increased vig!
And dont forget...you have "pre-announced" seller at .19
and sold! good luck
"60" days is a "short leash" ...why would Creditor give more? Not Debtors choice...probably "begged" for 60 days, else lose property, or some deep pocket Shareholder to come up with $1.6M.
No Creditor in his right mind (especially Attorneys) would even consider more.
what makes you think Creditor would give them more time?...its been forever to make a deal...this is probably "drop dead" extension.
Ueleaok...you are welcome.
Appears OTIV scored nicely with SPRINT...and Samsung...more to come?
It also appears OTIV NFC far superior to ISIS (Verizon and ATT) and GOOGLE's NFC that has all but struck out!
With Activist SH pressing for sale of co, or replacement of management ...IMHO will finally see $300M in patent value realized sooner than later.
IMHO on IP (patents) alone, the value here is approx. $10 ps.
TODAY'S PRESS RELEASE HUGE, STOCK WILL FOLLOW....IMHO
To watermark Broadcast/Internet Radio is unbelievable...I would think extremely valuable to the content providers (in the thousuands)and radio(ground and streaming) industry especially with streaming radio.
What does it mean in terms of Revenue?...don't know yet...leave it to the real smart guys...like "Einstock" to shed light.
How would not every "content provider" not want the PlayMPE5 platform BEFORE any delivery or sale of content?
And yes...Studios and content providers to TV, Cable and TV Everywhere ... is a natural extension and probably "required" by content providers. IMHO
ALSO...could see a re-alignment of Distribution Channels (or elimiation). Why wouldn't content provider "require" an iTunes to deliver all of Content Providers product "By and Through" DSNY PlayMPE5 from the cloud, just on Watermarking alone?
Bottom line....how does it all covert into Revenue for DSNY...since it would be (I assume) imbedded exclusively in all Platforms licensed by DSNY?
Thoughts anyone?

Solution Enables Tracing the Source of Pirated Audio and Video
VANCOUVER, June 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Destiny Media Technologies (DSY.V) (DSNY), the global standard for the secure distribution of pre-release music to radio and the creator of a new cross platform video streaming format, is pleased to announce approval for a second watermarking patent.
On July 19, 2011, the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued patent # 7983441 entitled Methods For Watermarking Media Data (http://tinyurl.com/7pjlp3a). Before this patent was granted, the company filed a continuation application with further claims. The USPTO has now indicated these new claims are allowable and the company expects a notice of allowance and a second watermarking patent to be granted. Correspondingpatent applications are pending in Canada, Europe and Japan.
The patented technique embeds an inaudible digital trace or watermark into the audio track and this trace survives duplication, filtering, down sampling and conversion into other formats, including non digital ones such as an over the air broadcast. Unlike competing watermarking solutions, it is faster to embed or detect and it is extremely robust without affecting audio quality.
This will be the company's third granted patent. Destiny also has a patented locking technologyDigital Media Distribution Method and System (7466823) that is compatible with peer to peer networks, but still locks content to only play on authorized computing devices. These patented solutions give the content owner the choice of locking content, so it can't be copied or allowing copies, but protecting those copies with a watermark to identify unauthorized duplication.
About Destiny Media Technologies, Inc.
Universal, EMI, Warner, Sony and one thousand other labels use Destiny's secure distribution service to deliver most of their pre-release music to radio, online retail, DJ's, sports stadiums, journalists and VIP. Destiny's instant play streaming includes internet radio, internet TV, online surveys and new cloud and mobile offerings. Patents include watermarking, peer to peer locking and pending cross platform playerless streaming video.

guess so.
supports my point...not a word about its "insulating qualtities"...spoke in terms of "resistance to mold, fungi, and bacteria."
Not saying they are not valid "marketing" attributes, but there seems to be an issue regarding "insulating attributes" of the product that is being used to market this product.
I said all along...there could be other attributes that can help sell the product..."insulating qualities" might not be one of them. IMHO.
Meanwhile..."mold Fungi and bacteria" are important issues in "some" areas, not universal...as is insulation.
