Thanks Brent
Nice of PacWest to protect us from knowing those nasty A/S numbers. Did you happen to ask what the logic was behind that policy? I could use a chuckle.
Hiya Brent.
I was a day late on the pickup, but I won't be surprised to find myself buying cheaper before long. I could be wrong but I think this could be a battle.
Frankly, I'm getting pretty tired of all the illegal shorting/counterfeiting BS in these markets, but I don't think much of anything will change it short of the next American Revolution where ma, pa and the so called "little guys" stand up to you know who and knock em off their pedestals. I'll be there for that fight if it ever happens.
You've still got 2 hrs and 10 mins from my seat!
Just kidding.
I've been eying KING from as far back as .08. Almost bought yesterday. Got some .002's today but I suspect shorty's involved here. But then again, what's new?
That's a good point, although I didn't find him all that funny. Something about the combination of ignorance and arrogance that nullifies the sensitivity of my funny bone.
I guess I just need to buy more stock here and then I'll probably be able to laugh at him with you.
I agree green. Nobody familiar with this stock has much of an argument against your points. Any time I mention Strat in a post or in conversation I'm careful to point out that nobody really knows what is going on and/or when we'll find out. This is a lottery ticket at best, based upon what is currently publicly known.
Hopefully, (I hate using that word), Sam will open the floodgates of information much sooner than "Soon" and this can go from "lottery ticket" to "meat and potatoes".
RE CDIV,
I don't know why the price opened where it did after the RS. Based upon the previous day's close it should have been .0056 unless I missed something. I see no reason for it to not trade down to that price eventually and certainly would have taken some profits as soon as it opened with a .05 bid that first day.
I'm certainly open to seeing where I'm wrong on this. I had a few 100k shares that I bought, and sold, the day before the RS.
Hopefully the CEO has something really good up his sleeve for those of you still in. I feel a burn in my belly every time I see shareholders get screwed from a manipulative pink sheet play, but investors shouldn't play in this arena without a very clear awareness and understanding of what they're up against. The pinks/OTCBB make Vegas look like Pleasantville.

Unless otherwise stated, any and all information I post is my opinion which is subject to change. I accept no responsibility for anyone who chooses to take any action based upon anything I post.
You were saying?
And thank you for the laughs Brent! I have to go to bed or I won't be up in time for the open tomorrow.
Rich
OT Brent
All I want to know is, how long did that post take you?
On second thought, I don't really want to know.
You did well grasshoppa. Try not to drool too much on your pillow.
Rich
I'll give you a shout out, although hopefully you achieved a much grater gratification from this pick... the opportunity to pay the tax man more come next April!
;-P
Regarding "Borkers"...
For any of you interested in running far, far, FAR away from the problems often occurred with Ameritrade, Etrade and Scottrade, I highly recommend looking into finding a broker that doesn't put you through the nonsense that I have read about and experienced. There are other broker options for people out there that have much better commission structures, more dependable trading interfaces and quote information, faster and more flexible trade executions and much less hassle. I personally use Interactive Brokers although I'm sure there are other good brokers out there.
Since I have already posted my experience and opinion at length about the subject, I'll share the links here:

I have had accounts with Ameritrade and Etrade and will never, ever go back to them. I am absolutely convinced that they are a "cog" in the naked shorting "wheel" based upon past experiences I have had with them both regarding certain games played involving various pink sheet stocks. I can't say for certain that IB isn't involved, but I have never had the problems with them that I have with Aturd and Eturd.
Rich
Admins can delete this but LMAO!
Brent: You crack me up!
Seriously though, somebody has to toot your horn for you from time to time because I know you're not going to do it. I may seem overly wary at times about certain posters or the pink market overall, but I also believe in expressing appreciation and giving credit where it is due. You've proven to me beyond all doubt that integrity tops your list of "things to be"!
In the future I'll try not to write such long posts as I know it strains your tired old eyes. Now please, go back to your rocker with the little inflatable inner-tube and your iced tea. I don't want you to wear yourself out!
Rich
I'm sure there are some "good eggs" out there Blockman. Let me venture a guess that the vast majority of those that you know of are probably involved in state government and probably don't reach much higher than "middle management" positions, so to speak. Their reach is limited so as not to have the ability to effect things in ways that would often, if ever, reach the mainstream media and effect any significant portion of a population beyond that of a town, small city or county.
BTW, I WOULD have voted for Ron Paul had he been given a fair chance in an unmanipulated political arena. I believe that he posed a real threat to the powers that be and so a few calls were made and hands shook and, viola!... he completely vanishes from media coverage overnight. I'm not saying the guy was perfect and had it all together, but I sure would have felt better about giving him a shot as opposed to the crowd of babbling heads that end up getting all of the attention.
Ok, I'm really done now. Have a good night.

So what are your feelings about things here Tavycal?
Hi tfant
I spoke with Adam today. They seem to have accomplished a lot over the time I was out of touch with them. Looking forward to seeing a bid/ask on this puppy in the very near future.
It's also very nice to have a CEO follow through with what he has said he was going to do. I don't care how long it takes, it's a rare thing in pinkie land to have the kind of management that exists here. I feel very confident in posting my belief that Adam and Bok are the "real deal" and will do what they need to bring value to this company.
Rich
Blockman...
I agree wholeheartedly and have since before I was old enough to vote. Now, here's the problem in my opinion...
People aren't going to be willing to make any sacrifices, (which will be inevitable in the face of any REAL change), in order to end up with a better quality of life. Unfortunately, human beings have a long history of not changing what is wrong in life until it hurts so badly that they can no longer ignore it. Too many people are still too blissfully ignorant to bring about change when it would still be relatively easy.
Want some examples? Look at the energy situation. The price of gas has doubled in what, two years? How much change has occurred over that time? It's just now hitting the mainstream media. In the past two months I've finally starting seeing a little bit of a decrease in freeway traffic, but the mall parking lots are still jammed during the weekends. A couple auto companies are telling us that they'll have some better milage or alternative type vehicles out next year.
For as long as I've been old enough to "get" jokes I have heard all sorts of "jokes" about how politicians screw people over. I have never understood this. Everyone knows that the system is grotesquely flawed, that you have to have millions of dollars and many hands in your pockets and vice versa in order to attain any political office with any power to it. How does the silent, middle income majority expect to get any say in that environment?
The first year I was old enough to vote I asked my Dad how to go about making the right choice in picking a leader. I'll never forget his answer, although I'm paraphrasing here. He said, "Well, you're never going to find someone who is going to do much good for you, so you pick the guy that's going to screw you the least." He was absolutely correct...and that is just plain wrong that it is this way. It's not what the founding fathers had intended at all, but then I believe it was Ben Franklin, after the signing of the Declaration of Independence, that said something to the effect that "we've given you freedom...now let's see if you can keep it." Kinda shows that he knew what was coming.
I voted for President when I was 18 more because I was curious about the process than anything else. But I voted for Perot simply because he was not a politician and he seemed to have some passion and knowledge about how to run things. I voted one other time because I basically guilted myself into it because "good American" would ever not vote. But, I will never vote again until someone is there who I would be willing to follow into battle. I figure if I'm willing to put my life in their hands then they're worth my vote. I don't plan on ever voting again, but I'm certainly open for someone with some balls who doesn't play games to come along and lead us back to being the country that we initially intended to be.
(I promise no more politically oriented posts from me. Every so often something triggers a venting opportunity so I get it out of my system).
Rich
I have one more important comment to make that I missed earlier...
Those 545 people are where they are because THE PEOPLE voted for them. The system exists as it does because THE PEOPLE accept it that way and it will not change until those 300 MILLION PEOPLE choose to change it. The longer THE PEOPLE wait, the worse it's going to get, imo.
Unless otherwise stated, any and all information I post is my opinion which is subject to change. I accept no responsibility for anyone who chooses to take any action based upon anything I post.
Great call! Or, should I say "put"? em
Blockman... I guess I can't blame him for that! He's certainly earned it.
BKSD:
Started buying today at .036. Here's some DD...
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=29343969
Thanks, but all I did was copy some stuff and share it. The credit should go to the guys who have done and continue to do the work. My thanks to them!
Thank you sir. I hope you don't mind but I'm looking to be very, very, very, very happy!
Make that three quarters of a million. Thanks Brent! lol
I sucked at math after about 6th grade. Only do well at it when the numbers are GREEN!
I wasn't planning on buying more than 600k, but I couldn't help myself lately. Now up to a quarter million. It's ok with me if the company signs a deal and PR's it now!
Might as well fill the gap now at .01 and hope it finds support there.
Some of the movement may be the result of my post from this weekend...
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=29871932
Doesn't look like any dilution going on this time. Nice to "not" see.
Nice to see some activity going on here again. Also glad to see a new mod and assistant. I moved to Hawaii from early 06 and left about a year later. Have had a lot going on away from the boards and stopped trading for over a year, so I wasn't spending much time on Ihub.
I had several discussions with both Adam Jenn and Van der bok Busboom when I was in Hawaii. They are a couple of honest, intelligent individuals, imo, and have the best of intentions for this company. I suspect that things have not moved along the timeline that they would have preferred, but so often is this the case in business, and especially this industry.
Looking forward to seeing how things move into the future.
Rich
Thanks again for the update. em
Sheff...
I don't mind taking some credit for bringing them to your attention, but the DD is not mine. That credit goes to Brentjanice and eatyourshortsms.
Take care.
Rich
Sheff, is there a reason you don't have CDCH or MDMN on your list here? I would have thought that Brent would have brought it to your attention already!
Also, I mentioned it to you privately before but now I'm going to publicly say that SPRL is worth keeping an eye on. It's a tough one to give DD on because the Company hasn't put a PR out in close to a year, but at .0006 and a 760,870,591 shares O/S it's worth taking a look at. The CEO has been diluting but only for the purpose of handling company expenses. Here is a great post by a poster I know and trust who summarized very clearly what I also believe to be going on with SPRL: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=29859290
Also keep an eye on posts by http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/profile.asp?user=51931, who speaks with SPRL's CEO Sam Hyams fairly frequently. "Velvet" is a close personal friend of mine whom I have complete trust in, fwiw.
For disclosure purposes, I have owned and traded SPRL since early 2004. I have a cert for 708k shares with a basis of .055. (Yes, OUCH!, but I believe the company will eventually bring some value to those shares). I have also traded the stock numerous times. I currently own close to 9M shares in a trading account at a .0006 basis, some of which I intend to trade and some I will hold for when news is finally released again. For anyone new to the stock, I would treat it as a "lottery stock", which means that you might only want to put money into it that you don't mind having sit around for a while...possibly a very long while. I have been told that news could come "soon", but have no time frame on what "soon" might mean.
As for MDMN and CDCH, there are numerous excellent DD posts on various boards for it which I will spend some time searching out and will post here when I find them...possibly later this evening as I have some things to do once I post this. Here is the CDCH board to start with, which has some great DD in the Ibox: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=6483
For disclosure purposes, I currently own 450,000 shares of MDMN at a basis of .0234 which I typically trade for 10 - 20% profits. I own 700,000 shares of CDCH as a long term investment at a basis of .056 and continue to accumulate.
Hope you all had a great weekend.
Rich

What team is THAT?? I'm gonna have to start watching the Olympics again! :-P
Ok, you win! lol em
It's almost that much for regular unleaded now in San Diego. The price went from $4 to 4.46 here in about three weeks.

Hi Blockman
Nice post you shared. Experience tends to lead many to the same conclusions. Took me 5 years to realize that the most important aspects of trading are money management and the use of stop losses, 2 things you almost never see or hear mention of.
Have a great weekend.

OT Beerup...
The first Lep song that really turned me on to them was Bringin on the Heartbreak, but Foolin, Rock of Ages and Photograph from Pyromania is what really hooked me. When Hysteria came out I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. I think I drove everyone I knew nuts because it was the only music I played for almost a year.
I only saw them once in Upstate NY during the Hysteria tour. I'm not a big fan of the huge crowds with all of the pushing and shoving, but I played that music so much during the 80's that I can listen to it any time and it brings me right back as if I had a video camera following me along all through my teens. Hard to believe so much time has passed so quickly!
Have a great weekend.
Rich
Thanks again for the updates beerdup. My basis is .02 but down 16% is a lot better than 50%!
Blast some Lep for me while you're at it! They've been my favorite band since my first year of high school in '84.
Have a great weekend.
Rich
